It included color sealing a tiled kitchen counter with extremely stained grout that could not be cleaned. Also color sealing three floors and two tiled bay windows. Everything is completely transformed. It's early days, but even the countertop has been easy to maintain despite the insults of a busy kitchen. We had one glitch. The technician applied samples of several colors to each part of the job. The one I picked for one of the floors looked very unattractive to me once it was applied to the entire floor. It wasn't Sir Grout's fault, but Chris worked with me to find a very fair solution. By the time the technician left the floor looked great. I also showed Chris a fully tiled bathroom. Aside from the floor, which we did color seal, Chris recommended skipping that room since it is in such good shape and showers can get expensive. It is refreshing to find a company that does not oversell. I think that Chris takes a very long term view of his company and values loyal customers over short term revenue. I visited this business to…read morepurchase tile for my. new kitchen backsplash. the salesman, Ian Michael, strongly insisted that I purchase a very expensive tile ($61.00 per sheet). I asked a million questions about durability, maintenance, and installation as the tile is a B mosaic of marble and mother of pearl. Ian Michael insisted that this was the perfect choice. I ordered 9 sheets; he ordered 23. I was charged $1,403.00 for tile for a 2x3 backsplas. I hired a very reputable company to install the tile. It looked terrible. The installer returned the next day and it took him 10 hours to reinstall the tile one tiny piece at a time. It still looked terrible as there was a manufacturing error with the tile and it was not intended for this application. When I contacted Rhode Island Tile, I was told that this was MY problem and refused to help me in any way. I would have never purchased this tile if the salesman had not pressured and mislead me. I feel that I was taken advantage of in every way (I am an elderly "person), cheated, and mislead. I strongly urge everyone not to patronize this business!

I was left with numerous errors. Less cabinets than what I had. A truly non-functional kitchen. From lighting to flooring and everything else in between. Complete disaster. They made mistakes and tried to blame my husband and charge us for the corrections. Tried to install a shelving system in one cabinet which didn't fit so they cut a brand new cabinet to force it to fit. The shelving system (which they get a commission on for selling it) still couldn't be used to the full extent. Had them remove the system and they pieced together the cabinet they cut to make it fit. One month later my lighting works intermittently, some plugs don't work at all. Told someone will come out to check it out. Of course after 3 cancellations, when the electrician finally came the lights were working. Hasn't returned to fix them. I could go on and on but what is the point. I would NEVER recommend this company and advise all to stay away.
