The whole process was so easy, and hard to turn down. Rich, I believe, was our dealer and we had a great experience with him (sorry for all the silliness!). He walked us through the whole process, then connected us to the Tesla app to finish our application. By noon the next day, our car was already ready! Everyone here is very friendly and nice. Never has getting a new car felt so easy. And already in love with my new Tesla. I was nervous to drive it at first, but it is very easy to drive. Best of all, no more high priced gas to put in!

Charging half a grand for a basic lubrication service is absolutely predatory and reinforces the worst stereotypes about dealership service costs. As a result of this experience, Tesla has officially lost a repeat customer. With the current market full of competitive EV manufacturers, there is no reason to stay loyal to a brand that rips off its owners for routine maintenance.
