We did have an initial issue with the AC not blowing cold but it worked after driving the car... today it's not working again. We got side tracked and forgot to ask for a warranty for this.But my daughter did get a great deal on the extended warranty so hopefully it's covered under that .... It would suck to have such an expensive fix right in 10 days of ownership when we had a small issue during the test drive. I don't want to go into the issues we had with Orange but this is the 2nd car we've gotten from Fullerton. Please if you go talk to Chris. I attempted to negotiate a lower price for the listed vehicle and apparently he didn't or couldn't read the request presented and then proceeded to become condescending and unprofessional. All he needed to simply say is no we cannot accommodate your request at this time and conclude communication. I don't know what kind of business you have over there, but as someone looking to buy a reliable use car today, his poor customer service skills definitely lost you a customer and I will make sure I let others I know (who are looking for a used car in the area) that Auto Republic in Fullerton is definitely not the place to spend your money.

Long story short, between CarMax and Carvana, CarMax won. The process does take some time to complete the inspection and paperwork at the dealership but overall still easier than dealing with private party sales IMO. Pro Tip: if you own your car (loan paid off more than 30 days) but you can't find the title, CarMax can look it up so no need to order a replacement title from the DMV.

Extremely disappointing experience at Tesla Buena Park Service…read more I brought in my brand-new Cybertruck with several delivery-related concerns, including noticeable optical distortion in the windshield. The distortion is clearly visible while driving and causes dizziness and nausea. Multiple people have looked through the windshield and noticed the same distortion. Instead of properly documenting my concerns, the service advisor kept disagreeing with me and even said he was not going to note them down because he believed they were "within spec." I had to repeatedly ask him to document my concerns. Whether Tesla ultimately determines something is within spec or not, a customer's reported concern--especially one involving driver visibility and safety--should at least be documented and evaluated. I was also told by the Long Beach delivery team that the issues they documented at delivery would be transferred to the service center. Unfortunately, none of those notes were transferred as promised. With the advisor's dismissive attitude from the beginning, I had very little confidence that my concerns would actually be addressed. Unfortunately, that turned out to be the case. None of the issues I brought the vehicle in for were taken care of. I will be rescheduling my service at another Tesla location and will not return to the Buena Park Service Center. For a brand-new vehicle, and especially for concerns affecting the driver's visibility through the windshield, I expected a much more professional and thorough response than simply being told everything is "within spec."

Any normal dealer or mechanic will tell you to really drive a car, to test the brakes and to feel it accelerate and LISTEN to acceleration and turns, but this salesperson (can you really call someone a salesperson if they are terrible at sale?) insisted on keeping the AC on and was incredibly, shockingly rude. I would never buy a car from Rigo/Rico, let alone a toothpick. What a waste of time. Go elsewhere, I implore you. Oh, and the car accelerated like shit.
