This place is just called Model Nails (new ownership as of 12/05/25). The place is unassuming but the service is unmatched. Andy, Hannah, Daisy, and the rest of the team are just wonderful. I have been going for the past 3 months and I haven't been disappointed. Now, be patient because they only have 3 to 4 people working at a time, so I suggest making an appointment. They do natural nails and ads ons including gelx and hybrid/builder gel (which is my personal favorite). I can't speak on the designs because I'm generally pretty basic, opting for simple cat eye or chrome, but I hear Hannah is super artistic! Will continue to support our local business. read more

Great nail salon. Really nice atmosphere. Nine plush chairs for pedicures with massage. Regular pedicure is 15 dollars. You can upgrade and have the deluxe or spa pedicure for a little more money. The first couple times I came here I really liked it but I finally stopped coming because the pedicures were too painful. The man who did my nails was too rough I'm sorry to say. So I've changed my review. I have not had any manicures here so I can't comment on that. read more

Usually pretty quick to be taken care of. I only do toes here. Usually do my own finger polish. I do like their equipment is sanitized in an enclave and the basins are cleaned between uses then covered in a nice plastic liner so to me helps to decrease chances of spread of bacteria or fungus. I appreciate their extras to make sure :) Color select is ok, not huge but defiantly has decent selections. Staff always greets me and is friendly. And I get the best legs and foot massage too! I went here to get my toes polished the next morning I put my shoes on the Polish smeared on both feet. The next day I went back to have my toes repolished and they did the same thing the next morning. Two days in a row the nail tech apparently used to much Polish which didnt allow for a hard dry. I called the third day and the tech told me because it wasn't gel Polish it takes at least 25 mins to fully dry which i did wait under the dryer for it to dry. I asked if it took 24 hours to dry because that's when I put closed toe shoes on for work the next morning. She also stated that I could pay them $20 more dollars after I paid two days ago for a redo. They will never get my money again. she was also very rude I am very dissatisfied! read more

This is the worst nail salon I've been to. Their customer service is awful! I was reminded repeatedly how much my services were for me and the other person I was with; as if I couldn't afford to pay! Before my services were complete I went ahead and asked if I should pay first and was given a gleeful "yes". I planned to tip 20% of the services which totaled $105; which would've been $21. I needed change so I told the lady who performed my services to give me back $30 from $150 leaving her with a $15 tip. She had the nerve to say "so just $15" and laugh. Again, I needed change and I didn't want one associate to have to tell the other the total for the tip. I wanted to tip them separately. I gave the other lady $10 for a $35 service. BOTH technicians were tipped MORE THAN 20%. There was no one in the salon so they should've been grateful to have business; especially during a pandemic. They have a 90 rating and I had to ask the lady who performed my services to change her gloves after she went outside to get a foot scraper from the car and she asked why. I told her because she touched other items! Just ridiculous!!! Stay away! They didn't do that spectacular of a job to even deserve 20%. Update: the toe nail polish must've been old because it started chopping the same night. It had to be blended with another color and fixed by me. Never go to this place. read more

Super nice nail salon! My daughter and I got a full set and a fill in. Both were done perfectly. They had a huge selection of gel polishes and were great with the custom designs we asked for. I didn't have time for a pedicure but will be finding a way to fit that in before the holiday. There were maybe 8 pedicure stations, all with beautiful blown glass soaking bowls that couldn't help but make you feel super special. I was also impressed by how clean and modern the entire salon was. We went on a Friday but they did have a special 10% discount on any service over $20 if you go Monday-Thursday. Since they are open until 7:00 pm during the week, it would be easy to take advantage of this. This is my new go to salon for nails! read more

I've been to this salon twice now. The people are VERY nice and they offer you drinks when you arrive. The pedicure always looks WONDERFUL when they are done, though this last time they were a little rough. I am allergic to the primer used in many special manicures, but I wanted something more than the basic mani. The lady who did my nails understood and avoided the primer and still gave me a beautiful gel manicure on my super short nails. the prices are very reasonable as well. I was not happy with my experience here. I went in to get a gel polish change. First, they sat me at a station that had a dirty towel with someone else's gels on it. Then he soaked my nails in the acetone to remove the old polish. Once he was done removing the gel he proceeded to pour the acetone (that my hands were soaking in)back into the tube it came out of and then back into the drawer!!! I questioned him about it and he said it was trash.. Yeah..sure. I really wanted to like this place but I will never be back. read more

As far as the pedicure and manicure they looked great and did last for 3 weeks, I did get in and out quick which I liked. Place is nice and clean but they were really rough during pedicure and it was painful I almost had to tell her to stop but did endure it, the worker that did my mani and pedi was also rude. read more
