Jen did an amazing job on the design and I ended up spending less on it than I had budgeted for (this is all subjective though; always ask what the pricing would be because I also got a relatively simple design). There were also so many cool things to look at in the shop, which really helped take my mind off the fact that I was nervous for my first time tattoo. There was even a little Starship Enterprise hanging from the ceiling, which I thought was so cool.

Each was better than this‍ My Best friend and I went in the get matching tattoos after 10-11 years of friendship, we wanted to get something smaller than a half dollar, just a little something to mark the time together. We chose to go to this shop because she was in NY for a few days and my regular artist was booked until long after I will have left the state as well. We picked what we wanted, two dandelions; one healthy new one and one that had turned into one of those blow it out, make a wish, poof things. Mine in black and white like all my others and hers in color like her others. Simple request right? We show up and tell the girl at the front that we are there for an appointment, she looks pretty pissed off and annoyed. She did not introduce herself and told us to Email her that we wanted!! Pictures from google! And because we both wanted unique tattoos that are inspired by others we told her the modification we wanted, and that it was to be the size of a half dollar no bigger. She took the pics we sent and went outside for about three cigarettes wile, modifying the images on her tablet. She drew up our stencil on three separate pieces of paper and got us set up. She did not tell us her name, did not shave the area, did not clean the area, did not talk to us while tattooing. She did not show us our tattoos before leaving the shop. She was not proud at all! During my friends tattoo, she got up and left without saying a word for about 5-10 min and came back with bloodshot eyes!! My friend got her tattoo on her breast and aloud her boyfriend to stand in the room wile she tattooed. She did not cover her up or close the curtains! When we got home we were pretty upset when we saw them! We emailed immediately and spoke to the girl who did the work. Again she did not give her name and told us to come back and have someone else fix them when they healed. Like we would ever let that shop touch us again! Yesterday I called and spoke to the manager and explained the situation. She said she watching everything on camera and there was nothing she could do for us unless we wanted to come back. I refund, no partial refund or apology in any way. I will be calling against I get in contact with the owners. DONT GO HERE! THIS IS THE "TALENT" THAT THEY HIRE!

I…read morewanted my helix done yesterday and luckily they said they had availability but it was later in the evening, not a problem. The piercer was very nice and seemed professional, he had a legit set up and sterilization tools. He ended up using the wrong needle and the wrong jewelry in my helix and I had to take it out. I didn't notice it was wrong until I left the shop. I called them this afternoon to ask for a refund, which they refused. In this call, the person on the other end of the line essentially blamed me for not checking that he was using the right tools. He also tried to tell me that the type of jewelry he used was, in fact, the right one. I have had over 10 piercings in my life as well as a fully healed helix on the other side of my ear, so I know for a fact that this is wrong. As a customer, I should not have to make sure the professional is doing his job right. Not sure about their tattoos, but definitely don't get pierced here.

The staff recommended switching to a bar, which seemed reasonable at the time, but they chose one that was far too small. Less than 24 hours later, my ear was hot, red, painful, and swollen to the point where the bar was almost completely embedded. This was both alarming and extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, I had just spent $150 here yesterday on the purchase, only to have to pay again for multiple Ubers back and forth to fix a problem that should never have happened in the first place if the correct jewelry had been used. When I came back today, instead of professionalism and care, I was met with rudeness and dismissiveness. Rob Ford, the piercer who helped me, was passive-aggressive, treated me as though I wasn't a loyal customer, and even tried to blame the issue on my headphones rather than acknowledging that the bar they chose was far too small. To make matters worse, he was rude to me simply for arriving less than five minutes early to my appointment, which felt completely unnecessary and unprofessional. What makes this worse is the complete lack of accountability. I was not offered a refund, a free replacement bar, or even a sincere apology for the pain and inconvenience this caused. As a nearby college student and a loyal customer who has trusted this shop, it's shocking to be treated with so little respect. The service I received was unprofessional, hostile, and dismissive. For a business that deals with something as sensitive as piercings, the lack of care is unacceptable. Considering how painful and potentially unsafe the situation was, it should have been handled immediately, respectfully, and with accountability. Never again. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend that others take their business to a shop where staff treat their customers with professionalism, respect, and responsibility. Not only is Rob extremely rude, it was to my surprise to find out that he is co-owner, thus establishment is extremely unprofessional and needs to be evaluated.

He is professional, helpful, informative and caring. I have never once not been happy with all of the staff. I have also had nipple piercings here with great results. This is an awesome shop that will continue to be the go-to for my family.
