My experience was wonderful. I was politely greeted. They took their time prepping my tattered hands for the nails, applying the tips and acrylic. My only regret is not being able to fit a longer session into my schedule. She's also super friendly, and her studio has an easeful, relaxing environment. The price was very reasonable, $40 for 30min. Our only regret is that we weren't sure if we should tip... there wasn't a tip request on the Square app, but I'm never sure with these things.
