Cons: -messy, they had pizza boxes and random things just everywhere -no masks by any employee, which is obviously allowed but it was very uncomfortable in a place where they are so up close and personal. -honestly felt like they could be more sanitary. While she did my piercing she was going on her phone and touching things other than what was needed to just do my piercing. Also I'm not sure if this is considered a pro or a con it's just kind of a comment, but this didn't feel like a very personal experience like how I've seen other tattoo and piercing shops. The results here turned out fine, but If I personally was getting a tattoo I would have went somewhere where I would have felt more like they cared about my results rather than just trying to get me done. (If that makes sense) So if you are someone looking for a personal experience I don't think this is the place to go. Jen did an amazing job on the design and I ended up spending less on it than I had budgeted for (this is all subjective though; always ask what the pricing would be because I also got a relatively simple design). There were also so many cool things to look at in the shop, which really helped take my mind off the fact that I was nervous for my first time tattoo. The piercer was very nice and seemed professional, he had a legit set up and sterilization tools. He ended up using the wrong needle and the wrong jewelry in my helix and I had to take it out. I didn't notice it was wrong until I left the shop. I called them this afternoon to ask for a refund, which they refused. In this call, the person on the other end of the line essentially blamed me for not checking that he was using the right tools. He also tried to tell me that the type of jewelry he used was, in fact, the right one. I have had over 10 piercings in my life as well as a fully healed helix on the other side of my ear, so I know for a fact that this is wrong. As a customer, I should not have to make sure the professional is doing his job right. Not sure about their tattoos, but definitely don't get pierced here.
