This was when I noticed him moving on to another client. No "thank you". No "have a nice day". No "please make your way to the counter". Altogether, his unacceptable and unpalatable service and actions signaled that he requires additional training for frontline service. Otherwise, I must needs adjust my expectations for this busines... I am a regular customer and may return to Cayuga Nails, but will absolutely object if Kyle is assigned to me for future services.
