Horrible place. It took almost an hour to get attended. The lady that was helping us out was complaining that we wanted to try on more than 3 dresses on. Also the dress that was "new" was already dirty and ripped. Including the crown that they said was "new" had many missing beads and they said they would go get another one. The dresses were perfect. But they only let you try on four dresses. Salesperson said my dress was fine but I knew it needed to be taken in so I went to Nordstrom and they made it fit perfectly. When I first purchased the dress I told the girl I had a coupon that was given to me earlier and I tried to use it for a crown and the girl looked at me and rolled her eyes like I was bothering her. They have dresses on display but were not able to order for two different sizes so we had to choose another dress for my little cousins. They tried to sell me a dress they didn't have and didn't offer a refund only store credit. A young girl named Jimena who was standing in the front desk told me there were no magazines for dama dresses. I knew that was a lie because I have seen them for my damas. This dress was going to be for me for later when I am dancing. I asked someone else and she got me the magazines. My daughter just picked up her wedding gown from Moda 2000 and it is everything she dreamed it would be. Patty was our consultant, and she was the best part of the experience. She really understood what my daughter was going for and made it happen. I know Moda sells a ton of Quinceanera gowns, but they are also a great wedding dress shop. Over priced to be honest paid 2,000 dollars for my sisters dressed . Ended up going to HP last minute for some photo album and well found the dress there for 700$ what a rip off . This was 2018 and the male lady not gonna lie she does pretty good work but things the packet came with like cleaning the face and more stuff they didn't do . I felt like I was playing my own dress up game or if I was a Barbie. I tried on many dresses and they did not hesitate to stop me. Yes they have a lot of dresses but their service is terrible. We walked in and we were greeted but my sister (we are shopping for her 15 dress) she is very sensitive to the clothing she wears and the lady kept being upset at us like it was our fault that she wasn't comfortable in any dress. She was demanding and constantly asking us why don't we like it and what isn't there to like, she didn't have the patience I hoped for. She was on the phone the whole time. It's in the same plaza as that big mexican super market. Right when you walk in, there are HUGE purple dresses on your left.. I was like WHOA.. They have lots of options for bridal dresses, prom and etc. Organized by colors and styles. They even have wedding dresses and tuxedos but not that many. the prices are decent. they are only for sale. Nothing for rent but it's about the same price to buy it as to rent it compared to other viet bridal places in Bolsa. I will come back again with my bridesmaid to try out the dresses. I found my one of my daughter's prom dress here. Dress is nice, and saved a trip to LA, but paid a lot for it, plus alterations. Also, local HS kids are supposed to get a discount. Mine didn't. My neighbor did...so ask. Maybe you'll get lucky. Service is extremely subpar, especially compared to mall stores and even DTLA stores. Dress wasn't ready when they said it would be. They said they would rush it and it would be ready soon. We came back and they couldn't find it right away. Parking is horrible. Customer service was pretty good. They had the dresses my daughter wanted to try out, but they weren't as nice as she thought they would be. The prices were extremely high. When I asked how much the deposit needed to be on an $800 dress, they told me it had to be at least $300. Ridiculous! And of course there are not returns if my daughter doesn't like how it looks once she receives it in 5 to 6 months, after it's custom made for her. I don't recommend buying from them. I came here shortly after we had girl help us with and she did allow my daughtwr to try on 2 dresses but while on thw second dress we lost her she kinda forgot about us, so we walked out. Im all about customer service. I knew they were busy so I called the next day to tell them I needed a dress for my daughter I told them if you want my business I need a girl to help me from when i get there to when I leave my dress because were paying cash on the day of. We were there for about 20 minutes, looked through all of their merchandise. We finally asked someone about color availability, she called someone else who translated to say they only had a different shade. They didn't even offer alternate styles in the color we were looking or ask in what other ways to assist. They both walked away and helped other LARGER parties. We made an appointment 6 weeks ahead and drove 4 hours. We got there and were told my daughter could only try on 2 dresses. Furthermore, every single dress she selected from their brochures , they did not have available for her to try on. We were told the dress needed to be ordered and paid for. When I explained that I would not pay for any dress or order a dress without my daughter being able to try it on, I was asked to leave my phone number. So that when someone else ordered the dress and it came in, they could call me and have my daughter try on that dress!!! REALLY??? That means if you purchase a dress from them and someone wants to try it on ( because realistically they only have old rejected styles on the floor for the girls to try on) anyone can try on a DRESS you purchased. The only reason my daughter could not try on someone else's purchased dress today was because no one had ordered the color she was looking for... So be aware if you purchase a dress they may let other girls try it on!!!! read more

Took a while to get noticed then when we finally got help the lady was basically harassing us to buy the dress. She went from being sweet to being rude real quick. She then shoved a paper in the birthday girls hands and told her to sign the paper! One she is a minor and shouldn't be signing any forms. I asked her what the form was she got even ruder like no idc if it's just a standard form for entire logs. We stayed nice with her the whole time but at the end we told her we would come back and she just walked away with attitude and said "bye" all upset. Don't go here unless u want a bad experience, negative energy, and high prices! Take your time and money to places where they will treat you right and honestly care about your business. Also you have to put a deposit of at least $300 for an $800 Dress. And they won't give u the full amount after taxes until you place the deposit for that dress. So basically go to mom and pa shops or to LA and HP recently went there and they were so much nicer! Will be giving reviews on those amazing places soon.
