This isn't the best MOD location I've been to. My pizza was burnt at the edges and was left in the oven too long . Wait times were longer than usual and there are not enough tables in the restaurant to be able to sit down. We had to take our family of 5 outside in the cold because of the lack of tables . They can't control the crowd problem but they sure could've built a bigger restaurant to accommodate the new trendy shopping center and crowds they attract . read more

So we tried to go here today ... my three little boys were excited! Went through the line, pizzas made (but not in oven yet) and drinks selected. I hand over my credit card and am told cash only. I asked if they were joking and they said no. I said there should have been a sign on the door that their cc machine was not working and/or they should have told me when I placed my order. Gal told me that the manager told her not to put a sign on the door. I asked if they could take the cc manually. Again no. Again I asked if they were kidding. Sadly nope! So I scooted myself, two six year olds and a three year old put the door. I am still shocked. We won't be back. read more

This was my second experience with Mod Pizza. My first experience was at the location at Hwy 6 @ West Rd and it was fantastic! My experience at that location, along with great tasting pizza prompted me to try this particular location, which was closer to my house. When my family and I arrived, we were greeted promptly. Then the race was on. The three of us were rushed through our entire experience. There was no one else in line behind us and we arrived two hours before closing time so I don't really know why there was such a rush. There were some ingredients that my son and my fiance' wanted on their pizza that they didn't get because the staff was in such a hurry to get us out of there. We will probably make the push to The Woodlands location rather than to visit this location again. read more

The pizza there is absolutely amazing. the turnaround time is great you don't really have to wait too long for the pizza to bake. It's like the Chipotle of pizza you choose what you want and then have the pizza baked. The best part is that they have a vegan cheese option in the crust is already vegan. read more

Tried this place out for the very first time this week. I built my own pizza and love that you can add as many toppings as you want for the exact same price. The service was great, everything was fast and everyone working was extremely nice and polite. The restaurant was clean as well. I was in and out in less then 40 minutes, which was great. Love the concept but it SUCKS compared to Pieology. My crust wasn't crispy at all which caused my toppings to slide off when I held it up. My toppings were placed horribly so there were spots with basically nothing on them. They need to better the assembling quality. read more

I love mod pizza. There's one location I like better than the Holzwarth one. But all in all I love them! They have biodegradable straws! And I'm allergic to dairy and they have dairy free cheese! And I also love their balsamic glaze- I get it on the side- and their Marionnberry lemonade. Yumm. I add lots of water and ice to it so it's less calories and not so sweet- but it's awesome! read more

My family and I love MOD pizza what a great place to go to on your down time. Staff are friendly, Clean Environment, The food is amazing.

Went for lunch with coworkers today. Hot fresh and fast. I ordered the Dillon James, added brussel sprouts. All extra toppings are free. Service was really fast. In and out well fed in under an hour. They had a good selection of beers so would be great outside of work hours. read more

Stopped for lunch today,Mod Pizza was okay, either the sauce or Pepparonis were too spicy. I ordered a small salad and drink, it totaled $18.09 a bit much for a personal pizza very small salad and small drink. We finally have some restaurant close by Springwood Villages. I am excited because this is close to home, compare to the one I go to. I came to their soft opening pizza was good, but the only that trouble me is.... trying not to eat pork, they have spicy chicken which is good. But they have the Spicy Italian Sausage meatballs next to the Spicy Chicken meatball. I did see, accidentally the Italian sausage falling into the chicken. Well the good thing it's not a big deal to me but my boyfriend eats halal and I can see this... creating issue for us. Maybe it time for a new bf lol. On another note I did see this one girl perhaps in her 20 trying to bring her German Shepard puppy into the establishment,a manager got involved ask if was a service dog (an actually service dog not therapeutic service dog) she was not allow to bring him in. Kiddos, on that and they kept their four stars. I love dog, I actually have a rescue puppy but I would never bring him into a restaurant. The reason being dog are animals and there are kids around you never know what might happened. One time, I let a lady in my office with her dog. The fcking dog took the biggest shit in my office, lesson learned. She clean most of it but I had to buy cleaning supplies and I ended up trying to get rid of the stain. I was mortified as well because it smelled,so bad. My office was all glass, the cleaning lady has no cleaning supplies and I was able to get some the stain out. People don't bring your dog everywhere, please. read more

Great Pizza and Wonderful Staff This new location is excellent. It was our first time visiting and the staff made us feel very welcomed. I love the option of building your own pizza, that way you get all of what you love and none of what you don't. My 9 year old nephew had a blast building is personal size pizza and he ate every bite. He loved being able to decorate his name tag and sticking it on the wall. A great place to eat! read more

I love MOD pizza, long before they started in Houston. But this location is trash!!! The customer service is horrible and sloppy. I was so excited to get this location near me, but now I'd rather eat somewhere else or drive to the vintage or woodlands locations. Really disappointing. My wife and I frequent this establishment a lot. Every time I go there, I'm met with friendly faces, and employees who take a great pride in their work. The manager can be seen, more often than not, within the ranks of his employees, whether they are swamped with customers or not. They will always do you right. read more

Pizza tastes great. If you're in a hurry and expect your order ready in a certain amount of time, DON'T ORDER ONLINE. Twice now I have placed an order online and had to wait 10-15 minutes past the "ready" time. The most recent time visiting, I placed an online order which was ready for pick up at 5:28. They never called my name so I asked if they had the order ready thinking maybe I missed them calling it. At 5:36 they had not even started the pizza. They had to prepare it and bake it while I was in the store waiting for my order that was supposed to be ready at 5:28. I would suggest not ordering online and just wait in line to place your order. read more

This place is awesome! They make your pizza just the way you like it and they bring it out pretty fast. I've been coming to this location since they opened. For their teacher appreciation day they were inconvenienced by some sort of power outage that disabled their card machine, so they gave me my meal for free. They probably didn't have to do that, but they made that call. They definitely know how to appreciate a teacher! read more

This last visit disappointed me. The trash cans were overflowing and the condiments and straw bins were empty. The ice machine was overflowing with ice as well. The workers acted like they did not want to be there and were very neglecting towards the customers. I think management needs to look into this and maintain the dining room better. read more
