Worked all morning, was starving, and decided on pizza. The staff, Korinna especially, was extremely accommodating and helpful as always. Alex, a new guy I think, made my pizza. It was a little more on the burnt side than normal, but was still very good. He'll get there. All the other times I've been here, the pizza and service has be excellent. My girlfriend and I happened across this pizza spot after a marathon study session across the parking lot. We were intrigued by the superfast pizza concept. I'm so glad we came in! Not only is their pizza topping selection extensive, fresh and unlimited, the restaurant is clean and the service is amazing. Andre and Foster walked us through ordering the first time and were patient as we explored all the options. Jack cooked our pizzas in the woodfire grill and Matt and Zowie made sure we loved everything we ordered. They even have dessert!!! After reading the reviews and trying them out , definitely not my type of pizza! 8$ was convincing but yet you think about it why its so cheap to put all these unlimited toppins on them for only 8$ bucks are you kidding me?? Wow!! I went here today with my son and it was amazing! One of the best pizzas I have ever tasted:) of course you get to create your own so whatever you're feeling like that day you can put on it from fresh artichokes to olives to pineapples it was a great experience:) very clean and the service is friendly! read more

I recently visited MOD pizza for the third time since it opened. I must say our experience there all three times has been nothing short of wonderful. The workers are so friendly and courteous. They always seem to be having fun and are really fast. People always seem to check on me and make sure everything is okay. The manager came and we told him it was my friends birthday and he gave her a free shake. I highly reccomend this place and i will be a loyal customer. read more

I only write reviews when I feel extremely convinced of my opinion on a place. The amount of stars I give and the words I write I feel whole heartedly. That is why I do not write many reviews. In the case of mod pizza I feel that it is a wonderful place deserving of a 5 star review and that if your in Simi Valley you owe it to yourself to check it out. 1. The food. Unlimited Toppings with anything you want. Good tasting quality ingredients. Good oven. Great beer on tap. Every time I have eaten here I have thoroughly enjoyed it. So has my gf and my dad. 2. The staff. When is the last time you actually felt like the staff gave a damn about you in any business? Since the first time I have been to Mod Pizza the staff have remembered me by name and what I like on my pie. Brandon, Zoe, Yulie, Andre....I know them by name because they talk to us. They care. They remember us, not just what we like to eat but who we are and what we are doing based on past little conversation we have had. Tonight we came in. Brandon gave us handshakes and asked us when we were leaving because he remembered we live in another country and are visiting my parents. He learned that a month ago. Zoe remembered exactly what we like to eat and helped us very patiently with a smile. Then Yulie helped us with the taps when we ordered drinks. Later Andre, who wasnt even working but came to visit and help the staff clean came by and did a table tap and asked us how we were. Its like a little family in there. You can tell they all get along great and support each other and like working there. That's a good sign when the staff believes in the business. Best part: Toward the end of our visit a young guy came in who had fallen on his skateboard. His hand was bleeding. Every single staff member treated him like he was important. He was seated down, Brandon went and got the med kit, they wrapped him up, offered him a free drink, and he hung out and chatted for more than an hour while they took care of him. Are you serious? They did everything they could to help the guy. Brandon was apologetic that they couldn't do more for him. All this while they didn't know anyone was listening. Go to mod pizza. The food is good. My girlfriend who is from Argentina loves the pizza. If you know Argentinian pizza that should tell you everything you need to know. The pizza in Argentina is insanely good and puts almost all pizza to shame. The people who work at Mod make the experience great. It's a rarity in today's world. We just visited MOD for the first time and it was great! Was a little concerned about the crust being so thin at first, but that disappeared at the first bite. It didn't dry out and turn into a cracker as I feared; it kept a good softness to it. Tom and the rest of the staff were awesome! Very friendly and knowledgeable. First time here, went with a large group of people got service fast and got our food surprisingly very quickly. Honestly great food, great service. The manager and all the staff were amazing, explained throughly how the process of ordering was. I will definitely be coming here more often! Great low calorie option for Pizza or you can load it with lots of calories... The option is yours! Great tasting! Very friendly staff! They greet each customer as they walk in and explain how to pick your own ingredients to customize your own creation!! Evan the manager was on hand to answer questions and was very friendly.. We are Digg'n MOD PIZZA!!! The servers are always "chillax", and more than happy to serve!!! Not only does the music Rock, but so does their pizza!!! Make it how you want it. My favorite is 1/2 pesto, 1/2 marinara sauce with chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, red onions, olives, sausage, ham, artichoke, basil, garlic, green peppers, and a little motzarella to top it off. So YUMMY !!! Hope they bring in Coors Light or Bud cuz that's the bomb with any pizza :) read more

I have really enjoyed the customization pizzas here. We have carnivores and vegetarians in our family, so we always can get what works best for the individual at a reasonable price. This is my first Yelp review but had to share our dinning experience with MOD Pizza in Simi Valley. First of all the pizza I designed was not only great looking but so delicious and affordable. The young people that run this place were all amazing. Korrina, Evan, Bre, Jack, Andre & Alexi made you feel like family and went out of their way to make each pizza a work of art. These young people worked fast but made each pizza to your specifications. They all seem to love working at Mod Pizza and it sure shows. One of the people at my table asked to split a salad with someone and Korrina said "NO PROBLEM" How refreshing it is to go to a restaurant that wants to give good service and puts out delicious food at the same time. We met with our group "Simi Fit" and learned how to order pizza wisely and be able to be a vegetarian when ordering pizza. This was our last class for a couple weeks but we meet in Simi Valley and get Healthy Living Cooking Classes. e:simifithealthyliving@gmail.com.
