This is a below average location for the sbarro company tbh because every time I come here the pastas are dried out and do not look fresh nor do the pizza slices unless you get here pretty early around opening time and My visit here today was very disappointing. I ordered the baked ziti and one of the employees who is a cook and had an apron on came over to serve me, and Instead of giving me a fresh piece of baked ziti with cheese and everything on top of it how you're supposed to serve it, he gave me all of the discolored non cheesy partially hard pieces that were left over from the corner where they had fallen from them scooping previous customers pasta. On top of that, the pasta was mushy and watery, and did not have enough cream or ricotta in it, which it usually does at every other Sbarro location I go to . I was highly disappointed and I really don't think I will ever return again which is sad because some of the employees are nice , the food is just not well prepared. Maybe if they hire a different cook it would turn out better. given how unprofessional he was while serving me that pasta I don't know how he even is employed as a cook there that is not standard procedure to give a customer leftover hard scraps in the corner rather than a fresh piece that is sitting right in front of you. read more

Better than I expected for mall food court food and honestly better prices than some fast food chains these days. Better food and cheaper than hot dog on a stick next door. It's not gourmet by any means, but for food court lunch it's decent enough. read more

There are other more tasty places to eat in the food court and better customer service. My daughter wanted a pizza so we picked this place. The guy taking my order could not comprehend that I only wanted 1 slices of pizza. Trying to be so headstrong that I had to do the combo with 2 pizza and a drink. Don't know if it was a language barrier but then her had to get another employee involved and they kept saying the same thing. While I kept saying all I wanted was 1 slice of pizza not 2. Overall pizza was less than average- prolly a frozen pizza from the grocery store would have tasted better. And Customer service needs a big improvement at this place. read more

Came here for a couple regular slices of NY style pepperoni pizza, like advertised on the sign, like they've always had. The girl working the counter said they didn't have any and when asked if they could make it she sighed, rolled her eyes, asked the guy making the pizzas if they'd make one and he said no. Mind you, this was around lunch time during a holiday shopping weekend when you'd think they'd want to stay stocked up with what they're known for, no wonder they only had 2 people in line when every other place was packed. All they sell is this nasty thick, mostly crust, "Roman pizza" and not what sbarro is even known for. Went here a year ago right before Covid and saw the guy preparing the pizza coughing all over it like on purpose, just before they opened for the day. Went to The Oaks food court again with some clients. There were kids being served pizza so my clients went up to order and the woman barked at us that they don't open until 11. Yeah we knew that but saw her serving these kids. I don't eat the pizza there but my clients do which I try to discourage but they really want pizza. Hispanic man working at 1:20 pm on 10/25 deserves a raise. I came on my lunch to get a slice of pizza and side salad. I was going to pay and as soon as I inserted my card, it did not try and process then decline, it just immediately said "card rejected abort please." Now I know my card is loaded loaded and I had just used it the day before so I knew it was not truly declining. Anyways, the man told me do not worry about it. He said take the food for now. It's good but it's just warm because it's reheated. If I had it to do over I would just ask them to send it through the toaster twice. I went to Sbarro this weekend, hoping for a yummy hot pepperoni slice of pizza. I was horribly treated. I noticed there were only 2 pepperoni slices in display case. Those pizzas looked so poorly made, with little cheese, and the cheese and dough didn't even look like it was cooked all the way. It looked like the cafeteria pizzas back in grade school. I simply asked the Mexican worker when he was going to make a fresh pepperoni pizza. He then rolled his eyes at me and said he is not, then turned his back to toss doe, talking in Spanish to the other Mexican worker. I said wow, what terrible customer service you have! I then asked the woman, when is there going to be made a fresh pizza? She said, sorry. The two of them had no solution for me, and I was not allowed to know the time of the fresh pizza! I have had Sbarro pizza in Santa Monica, and it was so good! So fresh, so appealing. I am so offended at this Sbarro pizza place at oaks mall!!!! They only hire Mexican workers!!!
