This is my favorite pizza ever. Good service, friendly place to come eat and very fast.

You've most likely drove by and thought, "I've got to try that place." I will agree - you should. I've been here 4/5 times and every time has been excellent. The manager Dennis is a great! Not only does he greet you when you come in - he takes the time to check in with you sometime during the meal to make sure everything is fine. He was super friendly but not overly in your business. He and the crew kept the tables clean. No sticky tables or trash left out by customers. One night when there was a birthday party / fundraiser night and the 5 o'clock customers coming in for dinner ... the place was full. I kid you not...Dennis and crew handled it like I've seen no other place (including Blaze). They threw it down and everyone got their food without long waiting time and Dennis still made time to check on me and friend. That caught my attention! Excellent job! read more

Really great first time experience. The staff was amazing. They get 10 stars. They are all amazingly helpful and kind, and manage to make you laugh which is nice. Greet you coming in, say goodbye when you leave. I felt really welcomed. The facility is clean and open. The food is good. They made it the way I wanted, salad was yummy too, exactly how I like it made. Supposedly the products are all natural and come from farms with food only made for MOD, but I can't taste the difference between them and a less expensive trendy pizza place like blaze or pieology. The price is the only downfall. I got a coke, a regular MOD pizza, and salad. It was $18. For one person that's a little high. The food was good, but not that good. read more

Its ok... Blaze is so much better. The staff was great. I did a phone order and it was ready on time. The pizza though just isn't the value and doesn't have the same amount of pop and ingredients like Blaze which is only a mile away. I also hate the location and the parking lot is small and is sometimes jammed because its next to a starbucks. read more

Love this place!!! Great pizza, amazing customer service, fun atmosphere. Our family has been here twice now. And both times we've had a stellar experience. All of the staff we encountered were friendly, courteous and genuine. The pizza is delicious and the salad is our son's favorite. The staff was friendly but I got really sick after eating it for the first time. I waited a few months thinking I had just had a stomach bug, so the next time I tried a salad but still got sick about 10 min after I finished. I appreciated the warn greeting and the wonderful explanation of their business model and all the extras they afford beside pizza to any and all new comers. Compared to Blaze and Pieology I took a look at the crust and thought I don't think I'm going to be a fan of this, but to my delight, it rides once cooked! They specialize in thin crust but so do the other folks, so no big difference there. They don't have as many tops as the other two formidable establishments but I'm sure there's reason behind that. I do like that they offer a smaller version for your kiddos! The place was very clean and the pizza was good, it doesn't stand out more than Blaze but probably on par with Pieology. The one glaring misstep because the customer experience is important from beginning to end was Derek employee Don or Donald or DJ or whatever the gentleman's name was really made you feel like you was embarking on his personal conversation. He had to be called several times to attend to the register and when he did get there was no, how are you doing is there anything else I can get you, he just stared at me I'm waiting for him to provide a total to ask if there was anything else I wanted to go with my order all I got was did you want something to drink or something. Aww man why did you have to ruin the experience! Now it wasn't detrimental enough for me not to return for the price for the overall Ambiance it was very nice it's just that we need to be careful about ensuring the customer experience because that's all it comes down to whether people return or not. you could have the best product in the world but if I don't feel good about spending my money with you then I won't! This is the best pizza place ever. Excellent customer service. I just went there tonight and I was greeted by Meeka she made sure we had everything we needed. She even came out to the patio to check on us as she saw my daughter picking onions off the pizza and she asked if there was anything she could do to correct or remake the pizza and it wasn't even their fault. Love the friendly staff here, especially how enthusiastic everyone is about their product. The patio is dog-friendly, which is a huge plus. One of the servers informed me that the majority of the veggies they use are organic and locally grown - awesome! Vegan cheese available, always a plus. My friend had meat on her pizza and said it was fresh. The build-your-own salads are my favorite... They are huge and delicious! Did not disappoint!! Great ambiance upon arrival. Super friendly staff. Food is well priced. We had a meat lovers pizza and added a few extras. Had a super duper salad with all the goodies. Hangar 24 Orange Wheat on tap and Internet Coast from San Clemente (a light lager with a small hop), that's what we had and it was great! Nice open area for dining. My first time here and it is now my go to spot for pizza! Love the "one price get what ever you want". The thin, light crust allows you to fully enjoy the fresh toppings. This is my second time here...today, i decided to write a review. Both times I have been here, it has been great. Lina was the who helped us. I came in with my four girls. Each girl wanted to create their own pizza. Of course this was going to cost me more because I was purchasing 3 mini pizzas. Lina allowed my girls to each create their own mini pizza. Which, made my girls happy. Lina and her staff were very attentive to my girls requests. they made them feel special. When it was time to pay, Lina gave me some great deals and was able to make this visit affordable. I ordered the BOB pizza. It is so good. Roasted cauliflower and corn. Who'da thunk it?!! It is very good. Everything you have to choose from is fresh. The fresh lemonade and ice teas are amazing. My girls love the marionberry. (I think that was it was called). Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely be back. MOD pizza is an awesome treat and reward for girls. And I don't feel guilty about eating pizza!! I went to MOD Pizza yesterday with my two kids for the first time. It was the best customer service that I had experienced in years. Their manager, Dennis, is very attentive and went out of his way to make sure that our family was well taken care of. The cashier, Savannah, is so kind-hearted and considerate; my kids absolutely loved her. The guy making our pizza was so nice and explained all the different things we could choose. Came here because it was closer than Blaze Pizza 5 minutes away. It is the same idea, make your own pizza with whatever toppings you want. The thing is, they burnt the crust, basically ruining the entire underside of the pizza. For $10, I'd rather go to Blaze. read more
