There was nobody at the register however. There are two kiosks but I refuse to use them. This is just anyway to avoid hiring. I had a number three which is two Chicago's with fries and a drink. My wife ordered a fried CHICKEN sandwich with cheese and bacon. She also ordered fries and a shake. The order was stamped at 3:44. At 4:03 our order was finally ready. They put the bags on the counter then made her shake. When she opened her sandwich there was her cheese and bacon on top of a HAMBURGER! After waiting 20 minutes they had to remake her meal. Meanwhile my dogs and fries were cold. In all fairness the manager refunded our money but a $33.00 meal in a very slow restaurant should have been correct the first time. All that said, the quality of the dogs was fair at best. The fries are crinkle cut and from frozen. I have had better Chicago dogs at James Coney Island but they have closed several stores close to us.

Once I got there, it took them a few minutes to come to the drive-thru window to ask what was the name. I told them the name for the order, and I proceeded to wait in my car for about 25-30 minutes. I'm not kidding, I kept an eye on the clock. There was no one else behind me, I was the only car, and it didn't seem to be very busy? Once I got back home, my mom checked the bowl and it was barely even filled! In total, with the 30 minutes beforehand, it took them about an hour to get 2 bowls ready. I'm not using the app anymore, just go inside, it'll be faster.
