5 stars?! That's crazy, right?! No it's simple. Here's why: 1. The staff were super friendly and walked me through their process. 2. Service was very fast. After picking my toppings and the such, 5 minute wait for cooking. 3. The price wasn't insane. You choose the dough/size, and load whatever you want onto it. No. Limits. 4. The place was super clean. 5. They're open later than most other places around here. I went in hungry, and very shortly thereafter I left with 2.5 days worth of meals, that didn't make me cry at checkout, at 9pm, treated well by people who work hard. This customer is happy. 5 stars. Went for nurse's week as they were kind enough for two for one. I appreciate that. I've had Mod via DD/UE, so it's not a new place for me but my first time inside. The lack of clear labeling on the toppings is the biggest issue and makes it overwhelming. Considering everything is custom, the food came out fast. I was concerned it was undercooked as the crust was light, but it was spot on. No spice was noted on the spicy sausage, fyi. The place was mostly clean with lots of seating. The feel is just sterile, but this was a Thursday afternoon. Pearland is not the place for pizza, but this will do in a crunch. read more

Yummm. My order was ready in twenty minutes. This busy location is centered in the heart of Pearland. Located not far from the towns center I placed an online order for my family. Realizing the location removed the curbside option, going in was a slight down fall. With a side of arugula in hand , because I like it fresh for my pizza, my family zoomed home with a warm decision awaiting our arrival. Upon taking my first bite I can agree that all the ingredients are fresh. So why not five stars you ask? My pizza dough still tasted raw.... Which for some maybe delightful but it was a turn off for me. Although that was a huge concern I scraped my topping off and ate them in delight. I will agree about the texture of the pizza... but results do not lie. Those toppings were delicious! read more

I really like MOD Pizza, but the service seems to be slow at every location that I go to. I think this location may be a tad faster than the one on Pearland Parkway, but it still took 15 minutes to go down the line and pay. I had to wait another 5 minutes for the pizza to cook after I paid which sadly was shorter than some other people who had been waiting before me. I opted for the Build Your Own pizza. The staff wears gloves when they are putting ingredients on the pizza which is good, but they don't change the gloves which could be a problem if you have allergies, sensitivities, or intolerances. The woman in front of me asked for jalapeños, then changed her mind and wanted serrano peppers. The young man grabbed jalapeños followed by serranos and placed them on her pie. When he went to make my pizza next, some of the spice from her peppers transferred onto my pizza. It wasn't terribly spicy, but I could detect the spice. They may want to consider using utensils for the ingredients to prevent cross contamination. The restaurant is very spacious with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is friendly. The young man who boxed up my pizza pointed out that there was a hole in one of the slices. He offered to remake the pizza and let me keep the original one, but I didn't feel like waiting another 20 minutes for a second pizza. I appreciated the offer though. The pizza tasted good which is what really mattered. read more

Hits the spot every time!!! I will start off the appreciation with the fact that they are vegan friendly or at least inclusive of the diet. I been here twice in the last month or 2 two and have been satisfied each time. The pizza is made my way with a variety of herbs and vegetables along with vegan options to add as well, yummy! I didn't realize, until today the lemonades and teas are exceptional as well. The faculty is very well maintained and the staff very patient and get it right the first time, so no do overs. The ambiance and noise levels have never been loud during any of my visit, so it's great for me. So if you have not tried, you should at least once. Until the next time, Bye - Bye! read more

I asked for pizza to be cooked crispy during initial order. When it came out I asked that it be cooked longer. The cook was didn't cook it crispy but burned the edges instead. The visit was 1/5124 @ 6:35 pm. I feel the teenager burnt it on purpose because I asked that it be cooked longer. Free parking. I'm not sure how they track which customers have paid and who has not paid. After you customise your order, you can pay or wait to pay. No receipt required to pick up your order. read more

Excellent Pizza Fix -- scratch that..Excellent VEGAN Pizza Fix! MOD offers Vegan Cheese & it is delicious! Nice vibe, quick service, & the customer service is always wonderful! -They were so considerate with the vegan cheese and changed their gloves before pouring on the amazingness; that was very nice. It has been a while so I decided to get a mod. This was my first time at this location. I guess they were busy because they ran out of dough. I had to wait a little for the lady to get more out the back and then prep mine through the machine. I got my usual toppings but they were kind of just thrown on there not really that even. I wish they would have left it in longer because the crust wasn't that firm and the toppings just felt heated not toasted. I know the more toppings you put the more likely it will not cook well. Last but not least everyone had on gloves but the lady who picked my pizza up and put it in the oven, which I didn't care to much for. read more

Delicious fresh and made like I wanted the lady listened and didn't skimp on the toppings. Even when I added audibles at the end she kept a great attitude (Mya)! Stopped in to this new location. Went in just after 11am for lunch which is when they open. It was relatively empty, with just a few patrons in the pretty large corner restaurant. It was bright from all of the windows and the open concept made the already big dining area seem huge. We were greeted as we entered and helped as soon as we were ready. The process was really quick, but this is a chain and I expected as much. The pizza was as good as to be expected. The best thing was the berry lemonade. It's my favorite and the real reason I go to MOD lol. It's so good; they need to bottle and sell it. I dropped a star because the bathroom was really gross even though they'd just opened, but they sent someone in to clean it after I mentioned it to them, which was good. read more

I want to like mod, I really do, but every time I go, I'm disappointed in the pizza or the service. I feel like this mod is different from another one I've gone to, which is better imo. This mod is super slow, and the people are not the nicest. The pizza also isn't as crispy here for some odd reason. While I continue to love their salads, I am very disappointed they got rid of their shakes. Every time I eat here I leave unsatisfied. read more

I would not recommend this location for MOD. MOD has really good pizza but the workers here look like they are so unhappy and they're slow. There's food all behind the counter on the floors and all through the service line. The actual place where you sit is not clean it's just like the workers are extremely unhappy and unengaged here. I've never seen a MOD with this, poor customer service. I highly recommend going to the location on Pearland Parkway not this location near Pearland town Center. I only ordered one pizza and I've been in here for 30 minutes and counting. This is a reflection of poor management. read more

My honest and genuine review of MOD seems to be getting filtered..can't imagine why since there are PLENTY of other negative reviews. So, here goes again.. The service here is typically slow, and the staff is usually uninterested and unhappy, like they hate their job, and/or hate the customers..like they don't even want to be there. This time, the employee that made our pizzas was downright miserable. She was shorter, had a little top bun, black glasses and maroon shirt. When she spoke to us she was barely audible even though she was only a couple of feet away, because she was speaking in kind of a low mumble..looking off into space and never made eye contact. Completely apathetic. I thought she was just miserable but then I noticed she was speaking to the other customers, that were melanated like her, clearly and in a normal tone of voice. Now, I could even hear her from my table 30 feet away. Amazing. I even saw her crack a couple of smiles. Read between the lines. Lol. My dog has more personality than she did. Truth. Miserable, seemingly prejudiced people like this do not belong in a job that requires interfacing with a diversity of customers. Employees like this will hurt your business sooner or later, like a cancer. Good luck with that. **And also, the lady who I presume to be the manager said they were "probably" out of Serrano peppers. You've really got no excuse, except for being lazy- to be out of any toppings, when there's literally a grocery store within spitting distance of your business. They were not even busy. read more

The food was great since I was able to choose my own toppings. The only thing about this location is that it was SO SLOW! The person who took my order seemed as if they could not understand anything I was saying in an empty restaurant. Every time I had asked for a topping, they would stare at me and then question me if that's what I wanted on my pizza. After I tell them that it was they would just stare at the topping before reaching for it and then proceed to SLOWLY add the topping on my pizza. If I could perfectly describe the service it would be the sloth scene in zootopia. read more

I see why the reviews here suck. I walked in and it was empty, but because of their slowness and inefficiency I'm still waiting when there was literally ONE person in line ahead of me, and her pizza was already being made when I walked in. The servers have no hustle about them. I understand you may have been assigned to a station, but if your station is empty or you aren't actively working, then do something else to help your co-workers and keep the lines moving!!! The pizzas are great. The service is not. I couldn't even imagine coming here on a busy day. It would probably the type of experience nightmares are made of... read more

My wife and I visited this MOD Pizza on March 23rd in the evening . This was by far the worst experience we've ever had at a MOD Pizza . It's bad enough that they had a handwritten sign that they were closing at 8:00 p.m. but there were at least 10 people in the building working and not one person was friendly or professional at the entire time we were there they asked if we were ordering it to go or dine in and when I said dine in she says oh wait we closing in 10 minutes so it'll be to go . Then as we're getting the ingredients put on our pizza my wife tells the lady only a limited amount of cheese for her Pizza and if she could remove some so she removes the cheese from my wife's pizza and dumps it on mine totally unacceptable . The people working were in such a rush to get us and everyone else out of there I'm not sure why but very unprofessional I will never go back to this location and I predict this location will not survive unless they retrain and rehire the entire staff they are horrible . Very unfriendly very uncaring they are not MOD like at all. read more

I love MOD pizza and as a vegan, always appreciate a chain with vegan options. At the Pearland Shadow Creek Ranch area location I did notice the area where all the toppings are being a mess. The toppings were crossing into the neighboring bins. There was mozzarella cheese in the marinara sauce, for example. I had to ask her to make sure none of that cheese got in my sauce. For someone with a legit dairy allergy this could be a problem. So love the service but the staff needs to improve the cleanliness at those bins, and make sure the toppings stay in their bins and not cross over. read more

This place is not for delivery. Our pizza was burnt and the toppings were not evenly distributed. Some slices did not have cheese. Sometimes things look burnt and they taste fine, but this was not one of those instances. It really ruined the whole pizza and over powered the toppings. I have heard people talk highly of this place so I assume if you go in person it's much better. read more

Every time I order online I have to wait over 30 minutes for my order ! What's the point of ordering online if the order are getting ignored at all time of the day . Week day or weekends ! Doesn't matter the day. They wait for you to get to the location to make your pizza ! Smh ! And then they are mad that your mad for waiting over 30 mins ! read more

The menu is user friendly! The pizza is great! But customer service is terrible! The workers are rude, impatient, and not helpful at all. Second time coming in and I'm extremely disappointed with the service. This place could be great if the workers can be nice. People are paying for great food. Also, when they add toppings to your pizza it's so minimal. If you ask them to add more they do it with such anger, and still add very little. Honestly, I do not even feel like coming back because of the service. Hopefully things change. read more

Great pizza! I have never had an issue at any location before today. I have always enjoyed my sweet tea from MODS, but today I notified staff that tea currently was not very sweet. They informed me that they just got done being busy and may not have the time to address this. Then a staff member decided to try it herself. She denounced my complaint and stated, "yea I know what ya mean, but really it is sweet it's just that we followed the normal guidelines even though yes it is normally sweeter than this." She walked away and I asked if they would fix it. Other patrons were following the scene as it was breaking out. I was left without a solution to the issue and just left my empty cup on the counter as I didn't have the time nor energy to collect a refund. Thanks for the customer service. I'm sure the people that work here are nice people, but I have never seen any single employee here "hustle." They move at a very lethargic pace, and do not ever multitask. They must do one thing at a time, very very slowly. They slowly walk, slowly move, slowly assemble the pizza, slowly place it in the rack, goof around and chit chat with each other, goof around some more, and then put the pizza in the oven. This is the last time I come here. It should not take, EVERY TIME I COME IN, 20 MINUTES MINIMUM DOOR IN TO DOOR OUT TO GET A PIZZA WITH NO ONE IN FRONT OF ME. read more

The pizza is decent, when the freaking place is open. They will close at 7:30, 8:42, 8:18, or whenever it suits them. It's an absolute joke.

I used to come here often and had been in awhile, I'm here at the moment and it's very busy but they seem very understaffed, things used to be done really fast here too but some of the workers work really slow and I think it's probably just a burnout which is totally understandable considering this place has always been very busy. read more

This place is going down hill quickly.... when you enter no one greets they just stare like you've inconvenienced them. The staff is disorganized no one knows what's going on so the wait is super long. They act stingy when you ask for extra ingredients as if it's coming out of their own pockets yet they advertise limits toppings. I asked the lady with the large eae lob piercings for parmesan and red peppers she snapped at me and said they don't have parmesan packets. I said why can't I have any of the cheese in the line she said they're busy you want them to stop and get parmesan? I said YES! That pissed her off I ended up waiting another 10 minutes for cheese. Back when Pearland was still a food desert with a bunch of chain restaurants sprinkled with a few mom and pop places. It was nice to have a new pizza option and support local. This location was their first location and since then, they have expanded quite a bit. For a traditional, non chain pizza, Center Court is the best pizza in Pearland. Now we have other styles around town, but that's neither here nor there. This location is not super spacious, but I've never seen it overflowing with people. They have bar that always seems to have regulars sitting there. They also have a small patio outside. Parking is plentiful. I have never dined in so I can't really speak on the customer service. There's been a few times where I had to wait a bit longer than expected, but I always come on their specials day. As long as I've been a customer, I have only ordered take out on Mondays here. They have one of the best Monday deals in town. Anything pizza on their menu is 12 bucks. It's a great way to beat those Monday blues. As far as pizza goes, I've had quite a few of their creations. My personal favorites are the Touchdown and Ninja Turtle. They have all your regular topping pizzas which are good, but they also have cool pizzas like chicken pesto pizza, honey BBQ, or Greek. What sets them over the top is this seasoning they put on the crust. It's basically an oregano based seasoning. It might throw you off at first glance if you don't know about it, but trust me, it's delicious. Their menu doesn't stop at pizza. They also have appetizers, pizza rolls, loaded fries and tots, pasta, salads, burgers and sandwiches, calzones and desserts. I highly recommend their pepperoni rolls. It's always a crowd pleaser at all gatherings. Their wings also should not be slept on. My favorite kind of wing is a breaded wing, and that is an option here. These things are big too and you will get full after having a few. They have a bunch of sauces and dry rubs flavors to choose from as well. Rolls, pizza and wings. That's what you must get here. For all the Pearland locals, if you haven't tried Center Court, do yourself a favor and check them out. I will be back!

It was good, but we aren't sure if we would order it again due to the unique flavors. There's quite a bit of mustard so if you aren't a mustard fan, you might opt out of that if you want to try this dish. We also got the Appetizer pepperoni rolls and they were good, I would definitely order those again. It gets pretty busy on Mondays and we were lucky enough to get a table just before 6 PM in the evening. The restaurant supports a lot of local youth sports and you will find photos of their support on the wall. This would be a great place to bring a group of friends, a youth sports team, or just have a chill dinner with your spouse.
