My last visit here right before they closed was very good and my recent visit one night was also very good. I ordered a basic Mushroom Pizza togo and it was very nicely made in the crust, sauce, cheese and topping components. Very delicious, very moist, just right amount of cheese and the crispy crust. The mushrooms were very well-cooked. I sometimes order just extra mushrooms for my topping, but forgot to say extra this time. The sauce is kind of sweet and tomatoey for sure. Vibe- Cool pizza spot in a strip center in Pearland! They've been here 13 years :) there's 6 tables inside with 4 chairs at each table. Customer service- Great! Food/drinks- I got the margherita pizza (you can pick from a 6 inch, 12 inch, 16 inch, or 18 inch). I also got an order of fried mushrooms and since they did not have that many mushrooms I was able to try the fried ravioli. I would give the pizza 4/5; it was actually better the day after! I have ordered from here for years, and until tonight I would have give 4.5-5 stars - however, at this time I will now be ordering elsewhere. We ordered 2 pizzas tonight (one thin crust, one hand tossed), but both were thin crust when delivered. No big problem, I communicated through the slice app and was asked what we would like to do - I just asked that they deliver the hand crust pizza as it was ordered, we weren't in a big hurry. They said that it would be to us in 20 minutes...but we were then asked to return the one that was wrong (mind you, I sent a picture of it already where I am holding up the pizza edge to show it's thin crust and you can see the toppings to know it was the wrong crust). I expressed my concern that they would then serve this pizza to someone else (after I had touched it) but was told it's their policy to show the cook and manager (again I sent pictures immediately when I saw it was incorrect). Overall that just grossed me out - I didn't ask for a refund or anything free, I've never had any issues with my orders in the past, but the returning of a pizza I've touched was weird to me. First time trying this spot and I was pleasantly surprised with how great the pizza was. It's a small shop on the inside so with covid going on, we ordered for pick up. The inside is a ma & pa feel with few tables and a soda machine that you can grab drinks yourself. They don't have a bar or beer/wine so that was a little bit of a bummer but no problem. We ordered the medium size 12" margarita pizza. The toppings all tasted super fresh, the cheese was great, tomatoes were just right and the crust was absolutely perfect!! After only 2 slices I was full so I did Christmas shopping while the box was in my car. I couldn't stop thinking about the rest of the pizza and immediately devoured the rest when I came back from shopping. Overall this place had a fantastic margarita pizza and I couldn't stop telling everyone in my house how glad I am I tried it and that we will all be returning! read more

I placed a takeout order for a large pizza with grilled chicken which came out to about $12. Pizza options are limited in Pearland as most of the pizza spots in town are the chains we're all familiar with. If you want something original, you have to venture out to Houston. Pizza Parlor is family owned and operated. Good deal on the pizza and a large cheese is only $9.99 and can last you for three meals at least. The pizza was solid all around, good crust, good sauce, good cheese. Nothing that particularly stands out but nothing to take away from it either. For Pearland, I've now found my go-to spot along with Center Court. read more

I really hate to write a negative review, but I paid $25 for two inedible meals, an appetizer, and a 2L bottle of soda that had gone flat. I thought the prices were very reasonable until we tried to eat the meal. I tried this place because they deliver to my area, and Dominos is not my cuppa tea. The 8" Margherita pizza was burnt and inedible. The fettuccine alfredo was flavorless, watery, and just genuinely terrible-- the sauce was very obviously from a jar. The garlic bread that came with the pasta was badly burnt and very thin/had been crushed by something in-transit. The only thing that was close to edible was the fried mozzarella, and they weren't even hot by the time we received them. The food was thrown away. The only positive thing I can think to say is that the person who delivered the food was courteous. read more

This is absolute swill. I'm sorry to be so blunt. We got a pepperoni and cheese pizza, some fettuccine Alfredo and some fried ravioli and it is SWILL. There is barely any Alfredo sauce on the noodles and what is there is incredibly bland. The raviolis are burned. The garlic bread is burned. The pizza is just BAD. Trust me. And if you don't, go ahead and order fifty dollars worth of "food" and then write a similar review because you too will have discovered that THIS IS SWILL. Our kid's meal pizza (8", 1 topping/ sausage) was good. Our fettucine with alfredo sauce and added (extra cost) meatballs, on the other hand, was not that good. Alfredo sauce was wimpy. Meatballs (3) came with red sauce on them -- like they were cooked in/ with spaghetti and taken out for us. Why would someone who ordered alfredo sauce want red sauce on their meat? Meatballs were served on our alfredo so it was tainted with red sauce, which my daughter hates -- hence why we ordered white sauce. Garlic bread came with this order. Since moving to Pearland, Pizza Parlor has been our go-to for pizza. We try to support Mom & pop shops and they have on very rare occasion disappointed us and have always made it right when we called. They had a 10% off coupon with yelp check in so I tried them. The gentleman that took our call seemed fairly new as he couldn't answer all my questions regarding toppings. We ordered for take out. Upon arrival, we realized that a topping was left off one pizza. The manager graciously added them on the side for no additional cost. Aside from customer service, I rate this company a 3/5 due to the quality of the actual pizza. The toppings did slide off in one chunk a few times as previous reviews mentioned and the overall distribution of toppings were sloppily done. On our chicken and banana pepper pizza, the chicken was dry and the crust took up too much space; there were chunks of space on the pizza where more toppings could have been placed. For our simple pepperoni pizza, you could see where stacks of pepperonis were placed, instead of being evening spread. These pizzas are decently priced and we were excited to try, it's a shame there were prepared with such low quality. read more

I've tried their meat sauce pasta, too, and I love the flavor. Our entire family is a big fan of their pizza and pasta. I've interacted with the owner only over the phone, but he is always friendly.
