    Garlic knots???? maybe Garlic flats

Maybe I come on an off day. My cousins had bragged about this place plenty of timess over the years. I was in the mood for pasta and decided to indulge in the lunch special just to try it out. The food was okay, but nothing to rave about. What really turned me off from trying them again was that they had 10 people standing around the bar and check in and no one bothered to greet me. I finally asked where pick up was located and was directed to the bar. Mind you, they're across from each other so surely someone would have heard I was asking for a pick up order. Nope. I stood at the bar with the same nonchalant and umbothered response I received coming in. I finally waved someone down and asked for my order. I was glad to leave. Very unappreciative of customers and with subpar food, Italiano's you don't have the luxury to be dismissive of customers. I pass. And you should too.

I'd say this was a step (or two) above Olive Garden. Very rich tasting...authentic. I had the pepperoni pizza and chicken Alfredo. Very fresh, hot and tasty! The staff was nice too. There was a bit of a crowd, so it would probably be best to make a reservation if you have more than 2 people in your party. All in all, i would certainly recommend!

Just ordered here togo and my experience was horrible because they forgot multiple items in my order. Also the servers were so rude , they saw me standing around needing help, but ignored me and seemed as if I was bothering them. My lobster ravioli was cold in the middle I had to reheat it at home So disappointing.

Stopped in for takeout. Whenever I'm in the area I enjoy stopping here. The entrees come with either a house or Ceasar salad and delicious buttery garlic knots. I ordered the chicken florentine. The creamy garlic sauce with pepper, tomatoes and spinach pair nicely with the perfectly cooked fettuccine pasta. I don't eat pasta often but this is a dish I get everytime I visit this place. I chose to do takeout but they have ample seating and friendly staff if you choose to dine in.

Generous portions! Wasn't feeling it this time because I filled up on delicious bread and meatball appetizer. The lobster ravioli is still so good. This will feed a crowd in a pinch. Good fat to meat ratio for the meatballs. The sauce was okay. I ordered the chicken fettuccine with spinach tomatoes and mushroom.

Italian food is one of my favorite cuisines. I work in the medical field and we had a representative bring us lunch from this location and everything was so fresh. We had garlic knots, fettuccine Alfredo and Greek salad. Fettuccine Alfredo is my favorite Italian dish and they made it perfectly if they weren't so far I would eat here weekly. Hopefully one day I make it to the actual restaurant highly recommend their food I was impressed.

Came in on a Saturday evening, was told wait was 35 mins, took about 20 mins to get seated. Dress code: casual, came in with shorts and t shirt, wouldn't look out of place in something a little more dressed up though. Food 4/5: We ordered the large supreme pizza and Italian sampler for the table and I got the the lobster ravioli. Sampler was ok, mozzarella sticks and toasted ravioli tasted like freezer stuff but the mushrooms were amazing. Lobster ravioli sauce was great, would recommend. The pizza was ok. Ambiance 4/5: fairly tightly packed but old school style Italian restaurant vibes. Service 5/5: very attentive, friendly, helpful with recommendations when asked . Value 5/5: very affordable given the quality 15 dollar entrees/pizzaz Overall 4.5/5: pretty good food for an amazing value, I can see why it's completely packed. Would regularly come if I lived closer. Parking: massive parking lot

The food here is pretty good! Some things being better than others. The complimentary bread they give you is a good 3/5, a little too greasy. We ordered the meatball appetizer that we definitely loved and will be having again. Super soft and cheesy, best combination! I had a Caesar Salad as well before my meal that was ok. Definitely have had better, will not be getting again. My entree was the chicken parm which is a mixed review, the pasta was very good and creamy, loved. The chicken itself was ok, but all in all still a good meal and the portion was very filling. I couldn't finish it. Lastly, the Meat Pizza was also pretty yummy! Super cheesy, who doesn't love that? Service was ok, we were there on a Sunday after church so it was a little busy. We didn't have a wait at all but we did have to remind our waitress about some things several times. As for the restaurant itself, pretty clean and well lit. It was busy but it never felt too packed or too overwhelming. Restrooms looks very clean as well, that always speak good about an establishment.

Came in on a Monday night. Very family friendly ambiance. Large dining area with many tables. There's a small bar area near the front door with a couple of TVs showing sports. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and there was no wait to be seated. For it being a slow night I was surprised how long it took for our food to come out to the table. We started off with complementary garlic knots. They were fresh out the oven and super soft with a generous amount of garlic butter on top. We decided to go with the fried calamari as an appetizer. Nothing really special about it. It came with marinara sauce that was clear from a jar. As my main course I picked the chicken piccata. The chicken itself was a bit overcooked and tough. The sauce was very good and there was a good amount of crapes. The angel hair pasta was cooked correctly. For desert we had the carrot cake. This was a pretty big slice of cake. Not sure if this was made in house but it was really good.

Let me start by saying that I was a FREQUENT customer at Italianos. Recently my friend and I went for dine in service and we found a hair, baked solidly into one of the garlic knots. Upon notifying management their response was essentially, "I'm so sorry, can we bring you some more bread." There was no offer to comp our drinks, our meal or portion of it, or even provide a gift certificate for a future meal. There was NO recompense. Free stuff is not always the goal, but truthfully, if this happens in your establishment, the LEAST you could do is OFFER more than an apology. For the restaurant, this will just be an unfortunate occurrence. For me, I can no longer enjoy one of my fave Italian spots not only because of the incident, but also because of their response. It is disappointing because the food is very good and I have spent a LOT of money frequenting this restaurant.

Got Chicken Marsala on the lunch special. Sauce was great, chicken didn't taste fresh, tiny Cannoli was a perfect finish for lunch! Salad that came with lunch was perfect I just wasn't able to eat all of it. Will do again just plan to pass on the chicken. Waiter was great!

Bottom line, plenty of spaces. Side note, they're not all spaced the way you might expect. Walking in, the place was hopping. Much more crowded than the former business. Pretty good sized menu. They serve you the red salsa, but you can ask for the green. The kind that gives you heart burn for hours. Worth it. Both salsa were great, chips were fresh. We ordered house margaritas, and those were also very good. Pricing was average. For food we ordered the parrillada El Malecon. Mixed beef and chicken, with ribs and quail. Here's where things went a little rough. We ordered the "for two" but the entire was still in a " for one" portion. 3 pieces of steak, 3 chicken, one quail 2 rib portions. Definitely seemed off. The manager came by, and we discussed. On THEIR menu, the double portion is only 4 strips of steak, 4 of chicken, still only one quail, and two rib portions. The reasoning we were given is that people don't seem to like the quail. First, nothing about this is "for two." For 45.99 this isn't it. The chicken and beef were good, the quail was not seasoned well unfortunately, and the ribs were over sauced with a cheap syrupy sauce. Overall food was a no. But here's where I also have to give credit. They stuck with their defense, and while we discussed someone brought a plate of chicken and beef. While we weren't going to ask for anything, we do appreciate their thoughtfulness and speedy resolution. Maybe they knew it was coming , or maybe they just jumped ahead to make it work. Either way, we appreciated that effort. Overall, service was great, food was 50/50. Wouldn't do the parrilladas again, but would try other menu items.

It's far west Pearland so a little bit of a drive from where I live in Pearland. It is located in a shopping strip and parking was not an issue. I don't think reservations are required, but my brother called ahead just in case and our table was awaiting when we arrived. I had mixed feelings about the customer service. It started off strong but as time went on our waiter was less and less available. Luckily, the great food made up for mid service. This was our first time here and we weren't sure what the portion sizes were like. Their menu is like other Thai restaurants and categorized by appetizers, soups, salads, fried rice, noodles, curries and some other specials. We made sure we didn't double up on anything and got a spread that gave us a little bit of everything. When the food came out, we realized we could've maybe got a few less dishes and still been satisfied as the portions here were huge. The food did come out a little staggered, but were hot and fresh. Me personally, I went with the Pad C-Ewe. This or drunken noodles are my go to at most Thai places. They did an excellent job here. The flat flat noodles were cooked to perfection along with the Chinese broccoli. I used for a level four out of five on spice level and they delivered on that. I want to sweat when eating Thai food. I barely put a dent in my dish and this was with doing family style with all our plates. Everything I tried from fried rice to two different curries all hit the spot. I had to practice restraint and not order the mango sticky rice because I physically had no room to put it down. Overall, Thaicoon is another solid Thai restaurant in the Pearland area. I will most definitely be back.

The service was stellar. I ordered a dish from the from the lunch menu and for most dishes, you get a choice of protein -- pork, chicken, tofu, veggie (all $13), filet mignon or shrimp (both $14). I got the Pad Prik King" with filet mignon - a stir fried dish with bell peppers and green beans in a chili paste. My husband ordered "Cashew" with chicken - it included cashews, carrots, bell pepper, onion and dried peppers. Both entrees came with a veggie egg roll. (pics attached). I wasn't a fan of my dish but my husband liked his. I did really like the egg roll. I think I'll give this place another chance but will get something different. Also, I'll get chicken next time. The filet lacked flavor.

Food on the other hand, for a vegetarian- only the Karma bowl for an entree. Its like you choose your grains, ur veges, and sauce and they will put it all together over heat and give you. Mine was ok and I probably could have added a lot of veges as my bowl was only 1/2 full. It is one price for one bowl, irrespective of how much of what you add. Taste wise, it was ok as I had no idea how much of sauce would go into it or the spice level. The second order was vegetable roll. We asked for a little customized version of excluding mushrooms. They brought it with 'kanpyo' instead and forgot the carrots First of all kanpyo looks like mushroom and didn't have the faintest idea that they were very different things , secondly carrots were no where to be seen. When called to enquire, they apologized and took back the order without a minute's hesitation and made a fresh batch made with no mushroom no kanpyo and carrots included. Appreciated that very much. My sisters and I came here today to simply enjoy crawfish & each a drink. One of my sister's ordered (medium spice) and her order was almost perfect, nice large crawfish, and the season was just right (see pic). Me and my other sister ordered medium season with "extra garlic." Our crawfish was so spicy we could only eat about 3. Also over 50% of the crawfish was tiny (see pic). My sister got a headache and her stomach was upset. So she was not feeling well. We informed Abigail, our server, of the problem and learned that adding "extra garlic" actually means "more spice" -- which we didn't know, we simply wanted extra garlic. Now, the manager, Gus, was informed. He came to the table and was willing to take the crawfish back and redo our orders. (At this point, we didn't know we were getting the same crawfish back). He also mentioned of the end of the season was the reason for the tiny crawfish. Tiny crawfish that should not have been served to us or anyone (regardless if it's end of the season). It should be used for fishing bait or tossed. And besides my other sister's tray was at least 95% large crawfish. Our server came back and apologized, and another employee brought us a tray of crawfish still with over 50% tiny crawfish. This time, the taste was better. We learned that when crawfish is not satisfactory; they take it back to the kitchen, rinse the same crawfish and re-dip in sauce. The server is not the cook or the leader, they have limited authority. The manager came back over and saw the size of our crawfish. He offered additional crawfish, (which I appreciated) but it ended up being the same size mix. The last mishap of the night is that I was doubly charged. A training issue. It took at least 30 minutes to get this rectified and I am still monitoring my account. I believe there were several opportunities throughout the evening that we should've been offered "real compensation" much earlier in the evening. But the offer didn't come until the very end --when my sister emphasized how long we had been at the restaurant; and all that we had experienced and that we should "at least" been offered a dessert or drink. The manager presented discount cards to use on another visit and apologized to us. Thankful. When experiences like this happen, I always think about the top leader, like a District Manager. A DM should train the on-site manager on how to handle/ satisfy issues "at the beginning." Also to ensure that the chef does not prepare and serve disproportionate food to customers.

While my bartender was initially slow with service, she did attempt to improve toward the end of my visit. My tab from that evening reflects multiple charges (approximately $45.00), and notes were left reflecting my experience. My primary concern involves the manager on duty. Due to heavy rain, I politely requested to exit through the side door closest to my parked vehicle. I had already remained inside for over an hour waiting for the rain to subside and ordered an additional drink simply to wait it out. The manager informed me that if I attempted to exit through the side door, she would physically confront me. When I later attempted to leave, I first tried exiting through the front entrance but was met with severe rainfall that would have left me completely soaked. I then proceeded toward the side exit. At that point, the manager physically grabbed me and forcefully threw me to the ground while it was actively raining. There is absolutely no circumstance under which a manager should place their hands on a guest or use physical force. As a result of this incident, I am experiencing physical pain, specifically in my elbow and hip. I also felt attacked, unsafe, and humiliated. The physical and emotional impact of this incident has been significant. I have videos and photographs documenting the weather conditions and related circumstances and am requesting an immediate and thorough review of this matter, including all available surveillance footage and witness statements. I expect prompt follow-up regarding how this incident will be addressed. What occurred was not only unprofessional but poses serious concerns regarding staff conduct, guest safety, and liability.
