When I walked into the restaurant I immediately noticed how clean the dining room was. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. The food was fantastic. The general manager was professional and made sure the staff and customers were happy while making sure business ran well during peak hours. I love this place because the food is great! Their customer service has recently improved a lot. I've seen a lot of new faces and they seem much more friendly and capable than some of the employees I've encountered before. The new manager Will is really awesome and has made a big difference there. The restaurant is a lot cleaner and the overall experience is very positive. On April 9, 2018 I came in with my family and received horrible service. When we received our pizza's they weren't to our liking. When we asked the staff to remake our pizza the staff was rude and unprofessional. In addition to horrible service, one of the employees handling the pizza's had a habit of scratching his forehead and touching the pizza without gloves or washing his hands. Another employee cleaning up had the strong odor of marijuana on his person and could barely keep his eyes open. Any time new customers walked in, the employees would look at each other and complain because it was one hour before closing time. read more

When it first opened, they concentrated on friendliness, service, etc. More recently, how good your pizza is a function of who is working there. Some seem untrained; Adult supervision is sporadic. That is not to say that younger people are not responsible but I do believe they sell certain items that you need someone older there. Their motto is super fast however I did not experience that. On the bright side the pizza good with a good selection of fresh toppings. Their mushrooms were thick unlike most pizza places. The garlic strips were amazing. Would eat their again but they really need to pick up the pace. read more

Nice place and good food. The staff is very nice. They're a bit slow with service though. The salads are very good here, but I noticed the salad leaves are a bit dry and uncovered. You may want to ask for the salad dressing on the side since they drown the salad with too much dressing. I also noticed the area where the utensils are kept isn't kept very clean. I went to grab a fork and the whole container was full of dust! One star off for that alone! Otherwise this is a nice spot to visit and a good size shop with a decent patio area. read more

The staff who worked 8/3/2018 was horrible! I ordered online at 9:25pm paid for it and got a confirmation that it would be ready at 9:51pm. My brother went to pick up the pizzas and at 9:55 he was told they forgot to make them. I called alyssa answered and said "umm we didnt forget we just are understaffed and so we had people in here like a rush and so yah were gonna start them now sooo ummm yah..." But told my brother they had indeed forgot. I asked her so thats your good customer service. Instead of apologizing or calling to let us know you.. And Thats as far as I got she hung up on me and refused to answer the phone. No one did after that luckily my brother was in the store still and he got her name and had me on the phone as i told him to tell them i want a refund! Its now 10:05pm no pizza and they were standing there about to barley start making it . What type of people do you have working there who hang up when asked about an unfulfilled order that was paid for no appolagy no I'm sorry just an umm and so and hang up!?? Ridiculous! First time trying this place. I ordered online pretty simple. My order was ready just a few mins afterwards. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. The prices are reasonable, better than $10 at a Pizza Hut or dominos and the taste of the pizza is very good much better than the the typical chains. It's thin type crust though so if that's not ur thing this may no be place for you. I will defiantly be coming back for more. This may be my new favorite type of pizza. read more

Okay, so I convinced my girlfriend to try MOD over Pieology... Best decision ever!!! Our first time here and we will never go back to Pieology. The crust is great, crispy with the right amount of chewy-ness. The best part was our pie maker, Tyler. He greeted us as we walked in and we happened to also get him as our "pie" guy. Dude was engaging and super helpful with topping mixes and combos (btw you can get as many toppings as you want, no extra charge). I've never interacted with someone making my food like that before. Tyler totally made the experience 5 Stars all the way! Apparently he hasn't been on staff that long either. After driving for 8 hours, and ending up in 100°+ weather, needed a good place for dinner for the family. Ordered for different pizzas, all of which were excellent. Deluxe salad and garlic strips were great also. They also had homemade flavors of lemonade and ice tea, as well as the stand fountain drinks. The biggest surprise was that they credited us with a BOGO pizza offer without us even knowing it was available. And all of it was ready within minutes. Great value! read more

We tried two pizzas. One a single crust which was okay, nothing notable. The second had a double crust, one crust on top of another. Creating your own pizza is one thing. Knowing how to cook it is another. Even though there was only 1 person ahead of me, I finally left after 25 minutes of watching them remake pizzas, cut under cooked pizzas and put them back in the oven, all the while watching my 1/2 cooked pizza just sitting there keeping warm on the edge of the oven????? I have worked in restaurants before and know that consistent hot temperature is very important when cooking. We've been going to Mod quite often and love their pizza and pear iced tea. Was a bit disappointed last Friday when we went for dinner. I didn't mind that we weren't greeted when we walked in, what upset me was standing in front of someone who worked there, being ignored. We waited for a few minutes before being acknowledged. We were next to prefer. When my husband was ordering his food, the guy helping him was told to go on break. Instead of waiting til he was finished, he up and left. It was my second time at a MOD Pizza, and I've got to say my experience was great. A young woman (Shelby I believe) helped through the process, she welcomed me with a warm smile and checked in later to see how my food was. The manager on shift made friendly conversation and one member even offered fresh Parmesan, (all the shakers were being used, very busy inside) before I sat down, the type of staff that goes above and beyond to make sure their customers feel welcome. It's kind of like chipotle, but for pizza and more bang for you buck because let's be honest, chipotle is overprice. They have bomb ass burritos but come on 10$ for a burrito and a drink?!
