came here in November and great service, with the online orders it slows down the in person orders but they are busy. they need someone just cleaning the tables and the trash as this store is moving. also a person for replacing toppings but they are trying! This place has really improved recently. I was able to use two rewards to get a free pizza and free cheese bread, thanks to some great employees. I really enjoyed my pizza and I took the cheesybl bread home to enjoy at a later date. I honestly have no idea how anyone can say this location is good. It was a terrible experience from start to finish. The staff didn't even know how to make a proper pizza--they messed up the toppings, burned the crust, and the whole place was dirty and unorganized. One of the workers was wearing a backpack while making pizzas, and another took off their gloves midway through making mine. No sense of hygiene at all. If someone tried MOD Pizza for the first time at this location, I doubt they'd ever come back. It was beyond disappointing. read more

I ordered a thin crust mod last night through Door Dash from a store in Everett. It came with no red sauce on the bottom which I ordered and red sauce dollops which I ordered. They only gave me the dollops. Who makes a pizza without a sauce? There were only 7 pieces of peperoni on a peperoni pizza. I was craving the red sauce, so today for lunch I ordered another thin crust mod with red sauce and the red sauce dollops as a finisher, to be delivered though door dash. This time I ordered hamburger with peperoni and what came were 8 pieces of peperoni and the hamburger was sausage, so once again, SPARSE toppings and they forgot the red sauce dollops. This was from a Lynnwood store. What bothers me is there is no recourse at all if you order through Door Dash. Its not their fault MOD is so cheap and can't read orders. I love Mod Pizza and want to eat here all the time. I try to convince everyone I know to give it a try and it's always high on my list of suggestions whenever anyone asks me where I want to eat. I recently brought my whole family to get takeout after an event and I am hoping this becomes a new tradition. I knew my Dad would love the ability to get whatever you want on your pizza for a flat price and he actually surprised me by not doing an "everything". My prior review is a bit outdated, this location has had a vegan suitable red sauce for a long time. They are always polite and offer to change their gloves for my request of non dairy cheese. I'm always a little perplexed why they put the non dairy cheese on the top of the toppings, rather than underneath like a regular pizza, but maybe it helps them differentiate. I love the ability to get tons of veggies on my pizza. Lately I have been asking for extra sauce. I do hope that one day Mod gets some vegan meat options, but it's great all the same. I ordered a personal MOD pizza and the crust was a disaster. The sliced olives were thicker than the paper thin flavorless crust. I think I had 1 slice and gave the rest to my friend. There are so many different pizza places to choose from in Edmonds & Lynnwood so they really should be putting forth some effort with all the competition to choose from. The best way to explain MOD is subway but for pizzas. You walk up pick a pizza size they have mini MOD and a big size I can't remember the name. The MOD size is 11 inches and it's plenty big enough for one person. So I got a pepperoni, bacon and jalapeño. With three different cheeses. The gentleman helping was really friendly and packed on the toppings. The pizza came out in about 8 minutes. When they are boxing it up they have different sauces you can throw on top I went with the buffalo sauce. Pizza comes out hot so be careful don't be like me and burn the whole top of your mouth cause I was impatient. We've come to this mod pizza numerous times and it's usually great, but today we came in at dinner time (around 5:30) to find them painting the ceiling right on top of all of the open containers of toppings and right above where they prep all the pizzas. None of the open food containers were covered (to make sure no paint dropped in them) and all the workers were just continuing to prep the pizzas without making sure the paint wasn't dripping on the food. This is a busy location. The line was super long at 6:30 pm and it moved slow! I ordered a MOD size salad after waiting in line for 20 mins. After getting all the toppings I wanted (about 10 choices)I noticed my salad was just very loosely sitting in the container. This is not the usual situation for me. I like this place. Usually always get the same thing. But I have noticed the doneness of your pizza all depends on who's working. This time mine was really undercooked. Sometimes it's cooked perfectly and sometimes not. I think they should have a timer or more uniform way of having your pizza be the same every time you come in regardless of who's cooking it. Also this time, which was probably an isolated incident, the guy who made it, after he was done, spun around to put it on the cook's rack and a bunch of my toppings flew off onto the floor and onto the counter.
