I love me some Jersey Mike's!…read more This location and visit was top notch. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly and given the staff's full attention. About halfway through the sandwich being made, we decided to switch from the regular to the giant. The staff was very understanding and made us feel like it wasn't a bother (thankfully no line!). The entire process was smooth and a step above other Jersey Mike's I've visited. Plus, the food was spectacular as usual.

The parking is similar to most of this chain's shops as it is located in a shopping plaza and shared with other businesses. The tables are not the cleanest nor does it seem like anybody cares because the shop isn't packed or busy either. The subs are decently packed with meat, veggies and other toppings of choice however the bread was not as toasty as other JM's. The counter service was also lackluster as staff did not seem to want to work or answer any questions about the subs. My group of four ordered multiple subs and the orders were mixed up/lost until we started questioning. Not sure why it was hard, but by the time it was all figured out, the hot subs were already cold. I would grab a sub here again if I really wanted one, but always would prefer the one closer to me that provides much more consistency.

It is really aggravating that these employees can't pay attention to how the order was placed for pick up. They shouldn't offer curbside if they don't want to walk the food out to your car.

Gross, I can't do mayo, I'm tired after a long day and I'm not going back. I'll just enjoy the brownie and tea. Go to grab the brownie and the top is slit wide open already. It was a really delicious burger with a great charbroiled aroma, seasoned well and hearty in taste. The meat quality was solid and good and the moisture was ideal. The buns were also good as were the fresh cut tomatoes n pickles. There are so many hyped n overrated burger places down here private and chain, it's really pitiful. Many food critic praised places use that terrible smash trend and / or have to cover up the burger with lots of sauces, onions n cheese to mask a bad patty. This is one of the select places that nails it and the best fast food burger here imo along with Portillo's, but this is more gourmet level. Well, the weather here has been quite chilly, plus, I've been sick. To avoid further illness, I temporarily checked him out to have lunch somewhere warm. I packed his lunch so he didn't need food. I wasn't particularly hungry, but I wanted a drink. Because McDonald's has my favorite guilty pleasure (Dr. Pepper) for just $1, we decided to go there. We arrived at around 10:25AM while breakfast was being served. The toy displayed immediately caught my son's attention, and he wanted one...but without the happy meal. I ordered my drink and asked the server if I could purchase a toy. He went to the back and grabbed a toy for my son. He did not charge us for the toy, which I thought was really nice. Then, my son asked for fries so I ordered and paid then went to have a seat while my order was being prepared. Of course, my son had his lunch kit from school so he pulled it out (homemade pizza lunchable) and started to eat. I was nervous that the employees would tell me that's not allowed, yet they came by to give him a high-five and compliment him on his healthy lunch. They were so sweet to him! The cashier even brought out order to the table instead of calling out the number as they usually do. We were able to enjoy our lunch in warmth and peace, and my son returned to school with the biggest smile on his face. Well done, McDonald's!
