I love me some Jersey Mike's! This location and visit was top notch. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly and given the staff's full attention. About halfway through the sandwich being made, we decided to switch from the regular to the giant. The staff was very understanding and made us feel like it wasn't a bother (thankfully no line!). Came to this location at 12:30 PM on a Thursday, in the middle of the lunch rush, and they had run out of bread. Complete amateur hour.

I have frequented this Jersey Mike's since it opened in 2021. and have never had any complaints until last week. This is the second time I have been in a week where it has been a mess. Unfortunately I have a new pet peeve and that's when places prioritize the online orders in front of those waiting in line. They will make Multiple sandwiches (I waited for 6 to be made last week) while I waited behind 4 other people waiting to order as well. The guys that ran it before were so efficient, fast and nice. They are taking their sweet time now to the point where on average i have waited 15-20 mins from the time i walk in, until the time i receive my sandwich and that was with only 2 people ahead of us. To top it off, the lady at the end knocked my entire sandwich over, picked it up and rolled it up for me to take home. I went back 2 weeks later and it had improved, so I decided not to post this until today when I placed an online order. I added avocado, added banana peppers and no oregano. I get my sandwich and it has no avo, no banana peppers and there is oregano. I love this Jersey Mike's so I hope they can get it together soon. read more

What a disaster. 5 people working and slowest place I have been in for fast food in a long time. They all looked confused. Very few people in the store and it took us 25 minutes from the time we walked in to get our food. The place was dirty and the ice machine was broken. They also couldn't print me a receipt. The service at this place was atrocious. I ordered my sub at 3:18. I came in at 5:15 and it was not ready. They asked me if I had already picked it up. No apology no accountability. Horrible. Learn to listen to what your paying customers are saying, and don't play semantics with them about what's normal for an ITALIAN SUBMARINE SANDWICH. Normal or "the way it's supposed to be", couldn't be any more descriptive of a sandwich called an ITALIAN SUBMARINE SANDWICH. When I said regular normal bread, and you lay down a rosemary baguette, you're not listening. I actually repeated myself three times "normal regular white bread", and this guy continues to act stupid, and kept suggesting every other flavor. So I'm leaving this review in the hopes that Mikes Subs can maybe do a little bread training, NOT to mention sandwich training, as in maybe teaching the sandwich preparer a little bit about the sandwich. This location needs to find a more efficient way of fulfilling pick-up orders. I ordered at 11:38am and said it will be ready by 12:23pm (2/7/24). Arrived at 12:10 and waited in-store until 1:03pm to pick up my order. I could have been in line three times vs waiting for my order. I've ordered delivery a couple of times and each time order is either missing something or not included. This time they added bacon to my sandwich, which I don't like and the chips were missing. Called the store and the manager was very combative, saying that she personally put the chips in the bag. The bag was sealed so I doubt they were put in there. I also doubt I would spend my lunch break arguing about a bag of chips if they were there! I ordered last week and paid premium for a Celsius drink and I was instead given some kind of agave cream soda, which I don't like and didn't want, not to mention it cost less than what I paid for. It's obvious that the store does not check the order notes and just throw whatever in the bag, on the sandwich or just flat out neglect to put it in the bag. How difficult is it to follow the order notes and double check the bag before giving it to the delivery person? The bags are sealed, so saying the delivery driver stole a bag of chips doesn't fly! I will not patronize this store again. And this sandwich was horrible because they added bacon which I didn't ask for and it totally overwhelmed the taste of the sandwich! read more

The guy with the guages in his ears has horrible customer service . I tried to get him to tell the cook (who was nice ) because the old guy with the glasses told him the wrong order . So I tried to tell the guy with the guages hey ya know the chef is making my sandwich wrong but he ignores me like I'm just a bozo he has no respect for . So I have to go almost around the counter to talk to the cook myself , after he's done making the sandwich smh. Then he has to redo the whole sandwich and I have to wait an extra 20 mins lol maybe if I was older or something the guy with the guages would've listened to me . The first time I came here I had a great experience I think it was when they first opened and the manager was there prolly. Best subs around. Fresh ingredients and the best bread. Very friendly staff who always greet you and seem happy with their jobs. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The app is great for ordering ahead to pick up. The #8 club "Mike's way" is my go-to sandwich every time. There are a few tables inside but I've never eaten inside. read more

I like Jersey Mike's sandwiches and so it's real disappointing that regularly this location, which is the closest to my office, is routinely the worst one I've ever been in. They seem more interested in jaw-jacking with each other than being attentive to customers' orders, they will let someone just sit there and figure out their huge order over the phone while the line of other customers builds up rather than ask the next customer to come forward while that person is getting their act together, and when they do something such as forget to put one of the sandwiches in your order in your bag (like they just did today), they make no effort to try to get your attention as you're walking to your car, nor do they even have the courtesy of apologizing to you for their screwup when you have to drive back and get the sandwich that you paid for: just a sarcastic "thank you". You would be better served going to any of the other locations than this one - they do not have their act together at this location at all and their ability to get your order done correctly and quickly (like the other stores) reflects this ineptitude. Ordered for the first time from this location today at 12:42pm, I made a mobile pick-up order. Received an email confirmation that my order would be at ready at 12:57pm. I came in at that time, and my meal wasn't even in the making. The manager, Mike could not be bothered and stated that "my food would come out when it's ready" even though NO ONE was making any sandwiches at the time. They instead continue to assist costumers that came after me, instead of my mobile order that was made much earlier. I'm STILL waiting on my meal, and will not be returning this location. Ok, done with this place. When my order says "no mayo", I don't want it on my sandwich. These people are incompetent. I order a mini and get a regular, except it has mayo smeared all over it. I walk in and look at the rack, no order. Someone asks my name and they pull it out of the back of a bunch of bags waiting for completion. I think there were at least five people behind the counter and no one seemed to be accomplishing anything.
