Best whataburger I've been too. Service and food is good, never had an order messed up and the people are great.

So this is my regular Whataburger and lately, they suck. Today, on the way home from work, I stopped to grab a chicken sand for dinner. Ordered the chicken sand dry, a large tea with extra ice and a brownie and even asked for a ketchup at the speaker and when I paid. No fries, I'm trying to quit, lol. I pulled ahead and waited. Got my stuff, the sandwich had a dry sticker, cool. Got home, noticed that he forgot the ketchup, no worries. Open the sandwich that clearly has a DRY sticker on it and it's oozing mayo. Gross, I can't do mayo, I'm tired after a long day and I'm not going back. I'll just enjoy the brownie and tea. Go to grab the brownie and the top is slit wide open already. Probably got hit with the box cutter, stale and hard. Down to the tea, at least y'all figured out the foul tea issue. Yall need to do better, stuffs too expensive to be done half a$$. read more

Service, food was disgustingly nasty not clean, found a hair in lettuce I wish there was an option to check a negative... that's what is needed at that place. They also have racial undertones from the employees. Would not recommend eating there. read more

This is as possibly the worst fast food experience I've ever had. Pancake spots at 11:30pm- ihop, chachos on Westheimer, house of pies, dot coffee shop on the south side, Denny's, or whataburger. I chose whataburger If you're a fan of this Texas staple, I hope this location uses this constructive feedback to live up to the name. On 10/28, My order was taken within reasonable time, but after, amongst other angry patrons I sat in line for an additional 25 minutes for an order of pancakes. The line became so long at one point it wrapped around the building to the Pizza Hut (10 cars minimum). No one received their order in a timely fashion. Amongst the honking, angry screams out of car windows, and walk up attempts, it became the line of shame. When I finally received my order, there was no receipt, no butter, no syrup. I asked for the receipt & received a crumpled copy without any information to leave feedback. When I finally ate my pancakes, I discovered they'd not cleaned the grill. Sausage and green pepper mush was stuck to the bottom of the cakes. I've always noticed massive lines at this location. I assumed it was due to their positive reputation. I understand they're understaffed, and it's hard to complain about pancakes, but this is unacceptable. I hope this location works it out! read more

Not only did they forget the dressing again (this time they were reminded of it and with a huff and a puff got it), but they gave me a sweetened tea when I specifically had asked for unsweetened, and they forgot the fork. I realize these people have a large High School population they deal with so they think they can get away with crappy service but come on guys...take a little pride in your work. read more

False Advertising!!! They had a special of buy a meal, get a free kid's meal on Tuesdays. I went there on Tuesday 2/25/25 and the sign was on the counter for the special. I ordered my meal, but when I ordered the free kid's meal, I was told they were not doing that anymore. When I pointed to the sign, he picked it up, put it under the counter, and repeated "we are not doing that anymore"! Stay away from this location! Untrained, incompetent staff without a clue as to the menus. Dining room customers piling up at the counter due to mishandled orders & a hazardous parking lot that is too small for the restaurant. read more

I ordered food here and they forgot some stuff. I came back and brought it to their attention. They took care of it with no issue. But I was happiest to see was that the manager accommodating me with a smile and the cashier who talk to the manager was very friendly as well. read more

I love whataburger. This location is so close to me so I like it. They really need to redesign the lot. Cars are wrapped around the spot and although they are fast I feel that they are so pressured to get the line moving. I don't know his name, but the guy at the cash window was awesome. We wanted to give him what he gave us! He was so excited, sweet,kind among other things and made our day great. We had come from a Dr visit and I had not eaten in ,16 hours. Whataburger employees either have no reading comprehension or there's some kind of company-wide inside joke about the taquitos. Every time - and I mean every SINGLE time - I have ordered a taquito off of the Whataburger app or another food ordering app (UberEats, etc) the ingredients are completely wrong. Ordered a sausage taquito through UberEats... was delivered 2 potato taquitos. Well, I actually happened to like the potato taquitos better than the sausage, so I ordered the potato taquitos through UberEats sometime later... and was delivered SAUSAGE taquitos! I figured it was an issue with UberEats, so I used the Whataburger app this morning for a potato taquito. When I get home... it's a SAUSAGE AND POTATO TAQUITO! What the crispy fried hell, y'all? Not much to say here, except that I should have checked the rating of this location before stopping. I hadn't had Whataburger in probably 10 years and was excited to try it again. I ordered the #1 Whataburger meal. It arrived very quickly, almost immediately after I sat down. That should have been a sign. Welp. The burger itself was cold. Not freezing, but colder than room temperature. The seasonings were OK, but, it wasn't enough to save the experience. I WILL say that the fries were delicious! My bf went to pick up dinner & apart from our meal we order 2 extra fries. The 2 extra fries were not in the bag. Then my bf got the chicken tenders, the gravy & the toast was missing. I'm not sure if you have to ask for the gravy but other whataburgers provide the gravy with the chicken tenders regardless. The food was alright! read more

This location is horrid. The chicken bites were way over cooked (pic included) and tiny. Typical other location have moist and juicy bites about 2" in diameter and there were the crumbs from the bottom of the bag. Fries taste like they were cooked last week. We also ordered two burgers on of which was wrong; not even close to what we ordered and the other one was missing from the bag altogether. Total disappointment in this location. read more

The only reason this place doesn't get a 5/5 is because of the ridiculously long waits in the drive thru. Morning, noon, or night, cars or no cars, there is a wait. While that is a testament to their food, it is not always a "fast" experience. LOL. Download the app for rewards which come pretty quickly if you are a regular customer. It's easy to use and who doesn't want a freebie every now and then. read more

I don't usually give anything above 3 stars for chain fast food restaurants but this particular one has my attention. Apart from the 60's music that I love to hear while eating the crew in fact are attentive coming around and asking if everything is ok or if I needed anything. I can't even get this much attention in regular restaurants that DO have servers let alone Asian restaurants. The a/c runs very cold in here because I had icicles on my nose when I finally walked out of here. I had the chicken sandwich, it was a bit disappointing because it was a little small, a little on the soggy side and lacked something that I could not put my finger on but everything that happened around this down the hatchery improved the ratings. I have since then been relocated to downtown and unfortunately will probably not be back to this one but I have one word to the manager and crew, keep up the good work! read more

Popular location! Be careful at what time you go, their lot is small and there's A LOT of traffic either going to Whataburger, or just passing by to go to the one of the neighbor's shops. At lunch, I noticed they seemed to have copied the Chick fil a set up with 2 lines and a worker outside. I haven't ordered that way, so I'm not sure how well it works, but it looks crazy with their parking lot so small! The times I've come and ordered (only through the drive thru), the service was pretty quick and did the job. Can't complain! read more

Stopped in last about 7pm. There were no fewer than 9 employees standing around the restaurant and talking to each other. I walked up to the counter and stood there several minutes but no one could be bothered to take my order. They probably even watched me count all 9 (9!) of the employees! I've had Whataburger in Phoenix, Arizona (wasn't impressed with food/service) and was told it was wayyyyy better in Texas. Visiting from Las Vegas, Nevada (24 Hour City) i was glad to know this place was open 24 hours! It's pretty challenging looking for somewhere to eat late at night here in Texas. I came here with my Basketball team (7 of us) and was very pleased with the cashier Rosie. This is why... you know that feeling when you walk into a restaurant with a big group and the workers give you a bad look because there going to be busy? Well, it sure didn't happen at this Whataburger. From the second we walked into the restaurant to when we left, Rosie was amazing!!!! She was very friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable but most important welcoming. We told her we were visiting from Las Vegas and it was our first time here. She had such great energy in recommending what to order! I was so pleased with her service that i even took a survey online to show my appreciation. I personally ordered a Bacon and Avocado burger combo. It was really good. Lots of flavors and my fries were nice and fresh. It was pretty busy in the restaurant but we all got our food quick. The restaurant was nice and clean and over all i would come back! Thank you Rosie for the wonderful services! You alone deserve 5 STARS! read more

Fresh! Best way to some this location up. Im not sure if its because of the time of day or the fact that I went into the location. This morning I ordered the Honey Butter Biscuit combo. I chose to go in because the lines are ALWAYS long. When I entered there were no people in line and I was immediately serviced. Within two minutes I received my food. Five stars for Jessie! I'll hire him if you don't praise him for this situation. Negative five stars for Zania. Seems like all the women employees here are very comparable. So rude always, no customer service skills, sloppy appearances like they don't care. No manners. The list goes on. Zania and the other women working drive thru tonight we're the worst I've ever seen and I used to manage fast food way back when. Now I'm a director and I wouldn't of even offered them a interview based off that little show I got. I waited for 20 min for a chicken sandwich and fries because she forgot she had me pull forward cause she was busy fooling around with the other girl. I called the store and asked if it's normal to be sitting out there for 20 min. Jessie came out and immediately helped and apologized and brought me food.
