Yay! They finally opened one closer than going to Vintage Park in the Spring area! This location is clean and great staff - super friendly and helpful. There was a family in front of us with kids trying to figure out all that they wanted, once finished with them the employee apologized for the wait. The pizza is thin crust and made nicely. Been here numerous times since it opened. Service has always been good. In and out pretty quick. Never had an issue with the food.

Whatever you do do not go to the Glenloch Mod Pizza. We waited over an your for our pizza and them made it sound like we would be lucky to get a pizza. Still not ready after one hour and asked for a refund which after 2 days we have still not received. The management at this location is well below par. I understand Covid and work in this type of environment also however the snob responses were not appreciated. read more

My experience at MOD today was the absolute best! KAYLA KAYLA KAYLA!!!!!! Kayla is super sweet and very observant! We frequent MOD at least 3-4times a month as my toddler loves pizza! Today my daughter was a bit too excited about her pizza and couldn't sit still long enough for me to order, Kayla took extra measures to make the wait bearable for my munchkin! My son and I visited this location yesterday. It was our first time at a MOD Pizza and we were both thoroughly impressed with both the food and staff. I can only assume it was the gentleman who helped us was the manager, but we found the rest of the staff to be very friendly as well! It's too bad we don't live near this location, we would be frequent customers. There is one a bit closer to us, I can only hope our experience there will be similar. The staff at this location have certainly set the bar pretty high. read more

I wouldn't really even give this location any stars. The service is sooo slow. We love the pizza but even the pizza wasn't as good as other stores. Obvious there is poor leadership here. Forget this location and drive just a few miles further to the store at Holzworth just south of 99. The employees are quick and the pizza is superb. read more

I love MOD pizza. However, this location is always a mess. The drink machines are out, the freezer with bottled drinks is broken, they ran out of sriracha sauce ... it's always something. The last few times we ordered pizza to go, the bottom was so black and charred that it tasted awful. Clean the oven, please! I think most of the issues are because this store is poorly managed. I know it's a franchise and every MOD should be the same, but this is seriously the worst one I've ever been to. The staff are slow and have no sense of urgency. I saw multiple people walk because of how long the line was taking. The staff member at the front of the line complained to every costumer about something, which put a bad vibe in the place. Also, the place was a mess! Hopefully management will step it up. The place seriously needs some adults running the place. read more

My family has been to MOD Pizza many times, including this location off Grand Parkway off Kuykendahl a few times. I was very dissatisfied in our overall service this last time, mainly due to the 2 individuals handling the oven, slicing & distributing the pizzas. We had received 3 out of 4 of our pizzas & every few minutes I would try to find out where the last pizza was located. They made no effort in actually remedying the situation & make a new pizza since they gave away our pizza to the wrong person. Finally, after waiting 20+ minutes & with no effort, a manager came over (mainly b/c I kept asking where my pizza was & they could not figure what to do). The manager realized that a brand new pizza needed to be made but no one even apologized or even said anything even after the pizza FINALLY came out of the oven after the ridiculous wait time. It left quite a sour taste in my mouth. Good costumer service is the life blood of any retail business. That was piss poor customer service & will most likely keep my from returning. read more

Took my family to eat here for the first time this past Sunday. I had to walk my daughter to the rest room first thing and being our first visit, when we came out we were not sure where to order/ pay. The staffers behind the counter ignored us and continued to carry on their conversation even though I was obviously looking for some help on where to start ordering. Once we figured it out on our own, the two girls behind the counter couldn't have been any less interested in helping us or putting together our food order with any level of professionalism. Upon paying at the register I ordered my daughter a small soda and the staffer suggested I buy a large soda instead because they had run out of small cups... even though the right thing to do in this situation is just charge me for the smaller size and slide me the bigger cup with an apologetic explanation. Pizza shops are on every corner these days, I would hope that a new shop in a thriving new commercial center off the grand parkway would hold staff to a higher standard in order to help retain new business. read more

I have always loved MOD Pizza, but today...today I have to leave a bad review. Nothing to do with the pizza at all. It's the staff. I was ok with only having one person on the line making the pizzas with (not kidding here) 10 people in line, I'm a patient person, I can wait. I was even semi ok with that one person having a gruff beard that wasn't covered or a hair net , hat or anything to cover up the hair on his head. But when help finally did come in the form of another male with a FULL and I mean full bushy beard that wasn't covered, I had to walk out. I'm sure I looked like an idiot after waiting as long as I did only to walk out right before I got to order. But I just just couldn't. I just knew I was going to look down and see some dudes hair in my pizza. MOD... Please, please, PLEASE have your staff cover their hair. Both on their heads and on their faces. It's just good hygiene when you are making people's food. read more
