This location is consistent. The food is always fresh. The workers are respectful and kind. The restaurant cleanliness is just okay. This is the location I go to the most. The eating area would benefit from being cleaned more often and the cup lid dispenser is ALWAYS dirty which tells me it never gets wiped down. Does that stop me from ordering my pizza to go? Nope!! Came in and the girl with long brown hair in a ponytail and glasses came up to the counter with a broom and rag. She asked what she could get me but she didn't even bother to wash her hands before messing with gloves. She then used her dirty hands and messed with getting the gloves on and then grabbed the dough and placed it into the flour. She asked what I wanted yet there were no signs. I had to tell her you are asking me but you don't have any signage. When my pizza was handed off to the man with a shoulder length brown hair, he couldn't get it off the pan into the oven without touching the pizza with his gloveless hands. I watched him touch the edge of the food and maneuver it off into the oven. Again, he had just touched a broom. Overall this was a pretty unsanitary experience here. I get the oven is really hot and kills bacteria, but no one wants to see bare hands on food and lack of hand washing with COVID. While I was eating I had to hear them say in the background how 'yesterday sucked...' Just when you thought it wasn't getting any better. So I quite enjoy MOD, granted their rewards program is bogus, but their food is consistently good and flavorful no matter which location you go to. This location is no exception the staff was friendly for the most part. However, I will say the guy who took our orders was in some sort of a mood, but from what I could tell the manager finished our orders and he was very very nice. I went back and forth between 3 and 4 stars for one reason only, and that would be the cleanliness of the location. While I can understand someone in a funk, we're all human, when I got there the place was dead and looked like it had been for a little bit. Even while we waited for food there was more than enough down time for someone to sweep at least and go over the tables. During a busy period I totally get it, but a quick 10 minute sweep should have been doable. The food prep area was clean and no issues, but simple things are the main things that get seen immediately. What is NOT to love about MOD pizza. My favorite part, aside from the obviously delicious pizza, is the atmosphere. With the exception of one visit to an atypical location for me, the staff welcome everyone that walks through the door, which is fun and relaxing. Second, you get. To build your own ridiculous pizzas with high quality toppings, and always have the option for Gluten Free. Now, the only reason I did not give them 5 stars, is that I always order the GF crust, and unfortunately they are still working out kinks in the mix. It has to cook longer than the regular pizzas, and very often comes out just a little over done. It would also make it more enjoyable if the final part of the line took time to really cut ALL the way through the crust. It really is the little things. I love MOD, and I will continue to eat there, and hope they find a great resolution to the slightly marginal GF crust. read more

I called DoorDash, was put on hold SIX times! After an hour, DoorDash said I had to call Mod Pizza. I wish they had told me that sooner! So ZERO stars for DoorDash. HOWEVER! Sweet, helpful, kind and apologetic RORI, representing Mod customer service went above and beyond, refunding my order, absorbing the delivery charge AND reordering my entire order at no charge! An hour and a half later, DOORDASH, canceled the order! I was fortunate enough to talk to RORI again and again he could have blamed it all on DOIRDASH, but RORI, being a person of integrity, placed free pizzas plus extras on my Rewards card!
