Marco's pizza has okay level pizza. I eat at the restaurant every three weeks because the location is the closest location to the Houston Airport. The service is awesome, and Marco's integrates with a well-known cashback app to render customers great cash to their wallet. The wallet will be filled with cash after consuming pizzas at this location. The drink fountain machine is broken when I picked my delicacies from the pizza restaurant. I wish the locale will fix its drink fountain machine. The back closet is filed to the ceiling with decorated pizza boxes from kindergarten students. The pizza boxes block patrons from using or accessing the restaurant's restroom. I don't know if the blockage is intentional or accidental. read more

Ordered delivery and one third of order was missing. Tried to get refund for missing food. They left me on hold and hung up on me. Called back and received same treatment. We've ordered here a couple of times and the pizza is always fresh and delivers are prompt. We typically stick with pepperoni and sausage and the quality is better than the local fast food pizza chains. My kiddos love the breadsticks. I do not like how dated and time consuming the online ordering process is. Website needs to be updated and more user friendly. read more

I gave it 3 stars because the food was GREAT. The problem is the website said "Dine In" We dined in, the gave us a 2 liter bottle we ordered with NO CUPS. They said no one dines in any more. There were 2 other families there while we were there. They said the store only had 3 cups. Go figure. I tried to trade the 2 liter for 4 bottles of water, the manager said she would have to refund the money for the 2 liter and charge me for the water. She charged me for the water and I had to ask her for the reciept where she credited me for the 2 liter. She said it wouldn't show up for a day or 2. I had to insist on a reciept. She hadn't done it. I worked here for a crook! He would not fix anything. I worked here admittedly Because I made good tips. This owner knows theres mold! He was perfectly fine serving pizza with roaches crawling all over the place. He would hand me pizzas to deliver with box's that had animal poop on it and would tell me to knock the poop off! I've seen this place and always wondered if their pizza was any good. They recently added a pizza buffet lunch option so my wife and I decided to give them a try. We arrived at noon, paid our $18 and thee people were in the place and an extremely limited of selection of pizza was on the buffet. The salad bar has very little lettuce and virtually zero toppings. Several other people arrived and we all waited as nothing was replenished. The few slices of pizza available and cheezybread we're tasteless. Total lack of customer attention. My guess is this place closes soon as they obviously don't care about quality or customers. Horrible and I would have rated less than one star. Also funny, only two guys working. Never tried this pizza place but have been wanting to try it forever, especially since I get coupons sent to me for this location. Well tonight I decided to order pizza and use a coupon for this location. I did everything right according to the coupon but it wouldn't accept it. I decided to call the location to get this taken care of. Well turns out the valid coupon with this locations address will not honor the coupon because the deal is for 10.99 for a large and not 8.99 which is stated on the coupon. The employee stated they are independently owned and the coupon is for a different location. I explained the coupon states their address for that specific price so it should be honored. I even stated I would bring in the coupon so he could see for himself. He didn't care and just stated it's 10.99 regardless of what the coupon says. Horrible service, definitely won't be ordering here or ever trying their pizza. I'll go back to my usual dominos where they actually care. So much for trying new things. (I confess, I'm going to be lazy and copy paste the review I just put on Google. I hope you don't mind because these words are just as true here as they were when I wrote the review over there a few minutes ago. I love the place. :-) As I'm sitting here enjoying my leftovers from yesterday's delivery from Marco's, I figured I should go online and make sure other people knew what great food and great service they provide. This is, I think, my fifth time eating from this specific location -I typically go in, but this was my first delivery order- so I'm very happy to recommend them for both dining in and delivery. (The driver was remarkably friendly and cheerful considering how cold it was when I had it delivered yesterday. :-) I've had the cheese bread and the pizza in variety of combinations and they have all been very good. Only other suggestion: I'm not a fan of extra Parmesan cheese, which *I think* they typically pour on top so make sure and tell them if you don't want it, as I believe they normally do so otherwise. Well, a friend of ours loves Marco's pizza and recommended we try it. We are Pizza Zone customers where they have excellent customer service and their pizza is UH-making!!! We were in the area, so we decided to try this place out. This is our first time ordering so we were looking at the menu for a bit before we ordered. The lady who took our order was sooo rude! I almost wanted to tell her how rude she was being, but I bit my tongue. She literally slammed the debit card reader because it was disconnected from the power. She knocked over a pen holder and was just so frustrated. I felt bad for her because I figured she was having a bad day. I almost told her to just cancel my order, but my kids are hungry so I decided to not cancel it. We haven't tasted the food yet, so I will be doing a review on the food after we eat. I ordered three drinks and she didn't give me the cups and she looks so frustrated that I don't even want to ask her. It's been 15 minutes and she's now in a better mood. The pizza was good. She was actually nice while bringing us our food. Maybe because I didn't look pleased? I'm not quite sure. I wouldn't come here again unless my kids or husband would want to. I'm not leaving a bad review because of the pizza or the service. I'm leaving a bad review because this location does not honor the coupon specials offered online. I was directed to this location online. It sent me to their website based on my location. I clicked on "HOT SPECIALS", made my selections, then placed my order. At the last screen it says that the coupon would be added when I checked out. I added my card and paid, but the coupon was not added, so no discount was taken off. I called this location and whoever answered the phone told me that "if the coupon wasn't taken off at checkout, that means their location doesn't accept those coupons". Nice to know after they charged my debit card. Why would they send me to the website for this location if they weren't honoring the coupons posted on their website? They could have the best pizza in our area, but if they don't fix this issue, I will not be a returning customer. UPDATE: The pizza wasn't good anyway, so unless I'm at a kid's birthday party, it's free, and I'm starving, I won't be eating from here ever again. After eating one slice of their pizza, my hand was covered in a sheen of whatever butter flavored margarine they slather their pizza pans with with. It's freaking gross! I ordered a pizza salad and drink. The order arrived an hour later without the salad and beverage. I asked the unkempt deliverer to remove the salad and drink from the bill and I would sign for the pizza alone. He said it would be easier for him to take the entire order back. (Smart marketing?). I called the store and the phone answerer said they would send another order free and give a credit also. 2 1/2 hours later when order did not arrive I called again as they said they would send it. Better than average pizza, wings were tasty as well. We had a pepperoni pizza and a Asiago Steak pizza, Both were surprisingly good. I tried them a few years ago and I wasn't that impressed. It must have been a fluke because I tried them again last night and I loved it. For me the best part to a good pizza is the sauce and they nailed it. I got a pepperoni and a deluxe. They are not stingy with the toppings and they're quality. I could taste the fennel in the sausage. Crust is done right. Just enough cheese. They're not the cheapest but I didn't mind. The guys there are friendly and give great service. read more

We ordered a pizza tonight at 6:30pm and it arrived at 8pm. We called and they said they were backed up. We understood since the weather is frightful, flooding rains and thunder. When we did receive the pizza it was warm but almost like a old pizza reheated with few sausages on it. There was one piece on maybe, every third piece.
