Because your website consistently fails to save my apartment number, I always call the store immediately after placing an order to provide the gate code and my unit number. I did the same this time. I received an email notification stating that my order was on its way, so I expected it to arrive on time. After waiting, I assumed there might be traffic. By 10:15 PM, I called the store to check on the status. The employee informed me that the order had already been delivered--however, it was delivered to the wrong apartment unit. He confirmed the unit number I had provided, but it was clear that the person who took my call wrote it down incorrectly. It was implied that I had given the wrong number, which is not the case. While still on the phone, I walked to the incorrect building--four buildings away--to see if I could retrieve the order. I then spoke with the manager, who told me the only option was a refund. By the time I reached the unit where my order had been dropped off, the food was gone. I knocked, but no one answered. There was no pizza at the door, only Amazon packages, so it's clear someone had already taken it. I returned to my apartment with no food for myself or my guests. Additionally, the employee who took my call did not confirm the unit number after writing it down. I also did not request contactless delivery, yet the driver claimed they left it at the door because that option was selected. I checked my account--contactless delivery has never been enabled. I also have a doorbell camera, and no one ever came to my door. This entire situation is unacceptable. Although I received a refund, it is clear that multiple mistakes were made due to a lack of attention to detail. The incorrect unit number, the unauthorized contactless delivery, and the lack of verification all contributed to this issue. My daughter ordered this again tonight like she did 2 nights prior and this is the slop they made her tonight. As you can see it barely has a chills ounces of meat for a 12 in sub. I had to come back up here at 11:03 pm as they just closed. The young lady tired to tell me she would give a refund as the oven was already shut down but did NOT accept a refund. Went in for my take out order a couple months ago. One of the young man working the dough on the right side of the kitchen (standing with my back to the street) pulled his cell phone out of his pocket, tapped the screen after a quick scan before slipping the phone back into his pocket. This location *consistently* gets my order wrong or forgets items on the order. Last order, pizza was wrong and items left off. Time before that, items left off. Another time before that they also left items i had asked for off. How hard is it to put a garlic cup in the pizza box. I had tried to contact the manager of this location to complain, but they kept telling me the manager was unavailable. I called and told whoever answered the phone that items were missing from the order and he told me "we will bring them to you." They never came. When i called back again an hour later they said I DIDN'T NEED MY ITEMS. Really? Really? I cant make this up. I love marcos pizza and constantly getting my order wrong is super frustrating, but then getting extra poor customer service and COLD SHOULDERED when i try to get my order fixed is just completely unacceptable. Now for the service, or lack there of. When entering, I wasn't really sure what to get being it my first time, and the two people behind the counter, didn't greet anyone, they just stood there staring, no smile on their face or anything. When I finally ordered, I wasn't sure if we get our own plate, or they bring it. I saw some people get their own place, but saw that the cashiers would bring plates to other people. When I received my pizza, I asked about the salad and the girl just said oh we make the orders as they come in and the plate that's ready first comes out first. Umm, ok but it was a SALAD, and my pizza is ready first? She said yes, why would the salad be ready first? I was so baffled at this, I decided to cancel the salad because I like my salad first before pizza. After eating the pizza and almost asking for a box to go, the salad comes! The girl made it a point to say even though you canceled it, I'm still giving it to you for free because it was already made. I asked What? it was made but yet it's just now coming out? This is my family's 'Go-To' Pizza for delivery! For a main-stream pizza joint, we really enjoy Marco's Pizza! Is it the best pizza I've ever had? No, but they sure are good! They have a great variety of toppings, some good specials, and deliver to our house - even though we are 'technically' outside of their delivery area. They've never told me "No." A couple of weeks ago, we ordered pizza from them and it just wasn't as fresh and the toppings seemed light compared to our usual. I called in to let them know of my disappointment, just hoping they would take note and not let it happen again. The manager, however, offered to re-deliver the pizza (too late for that), or to give us the next one on the house. They replaced our order the next time, and when I tried to pay for an add-on item, he threw that in as well! She then, VERY RUDELY, repeated "No, what is the name for your order!?" This employee used such a disrespectful tone all because I misunderstood what she asked. I then left without placing an order and she didn't seem to care at all that she was costing the company money. I live very close and my family orders from Marco's regularly. I like their pizza and have never had a problem with quality or timeliness. I prefer their pizza over Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, and Dominos. That being said, my gripes are with the employees. Many times I have called to order a pizza and cannot get anyone to answer the phone. The last 2 times I've called to order, I had to call back 3 times for someone to finally answer the phone. Also, they like to appear closed 30-45 minutes before their actual closing time. I assume this is to discourage walk-ins but as a business owner myself, I would be very unhappy if my employees did this. A little more attention by the owner is needed and perhaps some customer service training for their employees would go a long way in improving the customer experience. read more

We went to Marco's to see how they would fair to our other favorite pizza shop. We were blown away! We got a hamburger, cheese, pepperoni, onion, and bacon pizza. To start off if you want topping, they don't short you! There were topping inside the topping mixed in cheese! Say what? It was like they put a layer of cheese down, sprinkled a ton to toppings, added more cheese to make another layer, added even more toppings and then a few more pieces of shredded cheese!
