What bothered me was that instead of owning the mistake, they blamed me and made up a story that I was too impatient to wait for the pizza. Very disappointing way to handle a simple mistake.

I also approve of the Margherita (tomato, mozzarella, basil) pizza. The fries are crispy. That's all you should ask for with an order of french fries - hot and crispy. Fries come with chicken fingers as part of the platter. Speaking of chicken fingers, they are amazing...well, kind of. The pictured chicken fingers are the original, with the original fried batter; the batter is what makes them so tasty. However, the batter has been completely different the last couple of times we've ordered! I hope it's a temporary change and Bravo goes back to their old recipe for the chicken fingers. This store is amazing!!!! "HELLOOOO"I never went to an restaurant like this before. The worker was super excited to help me. I laugh the whole time hearing the working joke about who can sauce better and move faster I love the environment. I wasn't sure if he was the manager or just the guy that know more, but had everyone smiling and having fun I didn't really get why he had a hat on better yet a beanie when he's in the oven and jumping around from different stations, until I saw it was a mod hat. the young lady with the really long braids was such a sweet heart with a great personality as I stood over watching as they hammering out the 5 pizza who was in front of me. Just created "Mama B's Delight" the best thin crust pizza I've ever had; fresh arugula, basil,spinach, zesty red sauce, mozzarella, chicken, hot sausage,mushrooms, and Mama's Lil sweet hot peppers, roasted whole garlic, red onion and a sprinkle of sharp asiago cheese all baked fast and to perfection on a crispy thin crust -- Wow!!!! Went to the restaurant on June 22 2016. I paid by credit card and the amount on the receipt was $20.86, however I was charged on my credit card $24.86. Called the restaurant and was told a tip might of been applied to my credit card by mistake. Sounds fishy. My wife and I happened to stop by tonight on opening night. The pizza was delicious and the staff was terrific. They were helpful and friendly and fun to interact with. One of the managers, Mo, was very attentive and really made us feel welcome. Loved the fact that there was no charge for any of dozens of toppings.
