The pizza there is amazing, however they are so slow. When I went in today the line was backed up and the person who was suppose to be helping just left. Amazing! I have eaten at a few "fast food' pizza joints and this was by far the best. The space was open, clean and well lit. The staff was energetic and kind. There was a problem with my order and they fell all over themselves to make sure that they got it corrected at no charge to me. A great experience! Will absolutely go again! read more

Met a friend here for lunch and boy was I surprised!! They have pizza and salad in small sizes for $5 each. I did a build your own (unlimited toppings for salad and pizza), friend had a house pizza with artichokes-white sauce. The food was superb. Crispy, thin crust and ready very quickly. The mini pizza was filling and I ended up taking my salad home; it stayed crispy for hours until I ate it for dinner. Haven't been a long time but a friend of mine said it's all shes been craving for her birthday. We came pretty late probably close to them closing but was treated well despite them already cleaning and no other customers. Pizzas were absolutely amazing the staff was very helpful Josh took us on a "pizza adventure" and was amazing but said it takes the whole staff to make it possible for everything I just forgot everyone else's names. This was the first time I went to one of these build-your-own pizza places. I thought this place was really good. The service was great and it only takes a few minutes to get your food. I drove past Mod Pizza the day they opened and said, "I'll try them one day." Well today was the day and I was not disappointed. I used their online ordering and it was a breeze. When I got there the restaurant was clean, plenty of seating and the line was about 10 deep. As I went to the cashier to pick up my order, I noticed that, like Chipotle, you make your pizza using fresh ingredients and they cook it for you. The pizza I ordered was delicious...I wished I had gotten the larger size. I ordered a shake and it was just as good as well. I can't wait to take my family there. Great little pizza joint. For those looking for dominos or papa John's, this ain't it. The draw here is building your own pie, similar to Pieology for those in the know. Ingredients are fresh, wish they had a few extra vegetable choices though. Would also be super if they had REAL mozerrela cheese, not the dry, shredded kind. Great pizza for the price. Friendly staff. Only other caveat is if you ask for a pizza with a lot of toppings, the pizzas should be cooked a tad longer so as the heat and cooking can penetrate the density of the pie. Pizza mediocre. Staff pleasant. Clear warning for celiacs to not have their gluten free pizza, but we were there for a function, and my son who has celiac does not usually react to slight cross contamination. They even asked if they should change gloves when we ordered gluten free crust, so it seemed like they knew what to do. We decided to try it. It was severely cross contaminated in the cooking process, as my son did have a reaction that night. The glove change is completely pointless if they are not going to try to keep it from touching the others when cooking it. Although the oven is actually gas, it does create the same wood-fired effect and you get to choose the exact toppings -- there's a nice variety of them -- and how much of each topping for each individual pizza. Crust is really good, not wimpy or soggy. Pizzas take only a few minutes. It's fast food pizza without the stigma or quality (lack of quality) of fast food. Our family of five loved it! read more

The standard personal sized pizza is PLENTY big and no matter how you build it, the price is the same - under $8. You can order from the suggestion menu or pick every topping individually. Heaven! I love the crust! It is my favorite - very thin but yeasty and chewy! I get olive oil with garlic as a base instead of red sauce. Then go crazy picking fresh toppings! They are generous with each selection. And if you want more of something than they put on, just let them know you want it! The mozzarella is deeply rich and satisfying, not thin and anemic like some places and you have the option of adding parmesan and asiago as well! LOADS of fresh veggie options, even sweet corn! Lots of meat choices as well. If there is a line don't be intimidated! These pizzas bake off in a very few minutes and are worth three times the wait! I love this pizzeria! The service is friendly, and fast. You can get a personal pizza in a matter of minutes; it's lightening fast! Maybe even faster than a Jimmy John's sandwich delivery. CROSS-CONTAMINATION DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THAT DOESNT GET COOKED. That is the reason for the 2 star. They need to go through a sanitation class. A ball cap only works as a hair net if you have all your hair in it and pulled back. Not when you want to be fashionable and leave bangs coming out the front over top of the food your preparing. Never changing gloves was another issue. Leaving the work station to go into the back room touching the door and who knows what else and coming back and sticking your dirty gloves hands back into food. Normally, I recommend this place to everyone and love the pizza here. However, one of the pizzas I just ordered did not have the correct finishing sauce/drizzle on it even though I made sure to point out which sauce I wanted since this mistake is commonly made on my order. After getting home, we had to make another trip to a DIFFERENT pizza place to order another pizza. The incorrect order from MOD pizza is now sitting in the trash, which is more than frustrating since I am now paying double for a worker's mistake. All I have to say is make sure you watch them make your pizza carefully. read more

I have been to MOD three times now and two out of the three time have had terrible customer service from one girl. Not sure how to spell it but I think its Ferrin. The first time she seemed to have an attitude the whole time she was helping me make my families pizza. The second time my husband and I were coming in after a movie a couple days ago and she was very snippy and rude so we walked out and didnt even order. i cant imagine how she still has a job but if i ran this place she would be gone.
