I had more than enough points on my MOD Rewards account for a free pizza/salad, but kept putting off the freebie until I suddenly decided to check the MOD Pizza app one day. I got real lucky because I wasn't notified that my points would have expired in a couple of days, so I had to hastily adjust my meal plans to visit a MOD Pizza and redeem this reward before my points expired! MOD Rewards points expire a year after they are earned, and wouldn't you know it? After going through my points history and doing a little math, I realized that I would have had points expiring real soon, so I made it a point (different kind of point lol) to redeem a free pizza/salad reward as soon as I could. I could have gotten a free No Name Cake for 50 points or a free Cheesy Garlic Bread for 100 points. However, the free pizza/salad for 150 points is the best reward, especially since it would include the larger size of both! The Long Beach Exchange (LBX) location is my preferred location, but I was planning to visit a couple other businesses, which have locations in the Promenade at Downey as well. Rather than going to LBX and two other stops closer to me, I decided to make just one stop farther away and knock out not one, not two, but three birds with one stone! After placing my order in the app, I was told pickup would be ready in 6 minutes, which didn't really sound believable, especially considering how large my salad would be. And guess what? I had to wait an extra 6 minutes for my order to be ready! Not dinging the team for being slow, of course; I think the app just grossly underestimates the amount of time a salad can be prepared. Hopefully, that can be resolved. What kind of salad did I order that caused the longer than expected wait?? A Mega Salad with unlimited toppings. And by unlimited, I really mean unlimited. I ordered my go-to salad: extras of all the meat and veggie toppings except anchovies and artichokes. The app estimated my salad to be around 6500 calories! That's also because I requested extras of three different dressings; it's really not clear in the app, but extra dressing means two extra cups as opposed to a slightly larger cup. I chose three different vinaigrettes: Zesty Roma, Greek, and Sherry Dijon. When I arrived a minute before my scheduled pickup time, I witnessed a female employee building my salad while another employee was building the orders of the customers in line. I immediately noticed the female employee had already neglected the special instructions field of my order: using a stainless bowl. This is something I like to do to ensure my salad is mixed properly and does not end up layered, but even if I hadn't come in early, I still would have noticed. I didn't want to make a fuss out of it because there was only one other employee building the orders of the customers in line, and there were several customers waiting in line. A male employee supervising the pizzas in the oven was ready to service me, and I told him my name for pickup while acknowledging that his co-worker was still working on my salad. I asked him for two empty containers to go with my order, and he would have happily obliged if my order were ready for pickup. I did appreciate how meticulous the female employee was at building my salad, seemingly being extra precise with the portions of toppings since I had requested extras of most. She also took her time to fetch the dressings, and while she did give me more dressings than I asked for, it wasn't close to correct. I got five different dressings across ten cups, and the dressings aren't labeled, so I could not tell which dressing was what. I hope they consider labeling the dressings on future orders. And when she finished bagging my order, I had to ask her for the empty containers that I asked her co-worker for a few minutes prior. She then asked if they were for the dressings. Uhh does she really have a need to know?? Anyways, she only gave me one even though I initially asked for two, but it didn't seem like a second would have fit in my bag anyways. I made do with just one. She also seemed a little annoyed with my order, but I won't hold it against her that much; my orders are pretty challenging to make anyways. When I got home, I was amazed at how large my Mega Salad was. It usually feeds two, but I was able to make three meals out of that! Some of the toppings like the croutons tasted kind of mushy the next day or two, but that's kind of expected if I'm keeping the salad in the fridge for the next couple of days. The overall quality of the salad was pretty solid with most every ingredient tasting quite fresh, even after two days in the fridge. Definitely a budget-friendly meal option if I say so myself! Overall, they still have plenty of room for improvement, but I feel there's enough for me to award a third star, though it's a pretty meager 3 stars that I don't think a 5-star experience on my next visit would be enough to update my rating to 4 stars.

A customizable pizza in a comfortable setting for a nice casual dining experience. The concept here is to create your own pizza from scratch, with unlimited toppings for a flat price. Stick to what you know and like or experiment with ingredients like artichokes, roasted garlic, and spicy sausage to craft your Frankenstein of pizzas. The pizzas are made with a thin crust, and even though I added a bunch of toppings (ground beef, onions, bell peppers, black olives), my pizza was cooked quickly and evenly in their fast oven. Now you don't have to make your own if you aren't feeling it. They have a variety of pre-designed pizzas, like "Mad Dog" or "Lucy Sunshine." I also had a customizable salad with generous portions that could be a light meal on its own. The place is laid-back with plenty of seating and a welcoming staff. The service is fast and prices are reasonable, especially considering the amount of food and flexibility in customizing your meal.

Dear Mod Pizza Team, I recently visited your Downey location for the first time at 10pm, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing enough that I feel compelled to share my feedback. The employee making my pizza was inattentive and mistakenly used blue cheese instead of gorgonzola. This not only changed the taste I was expecting -- especially since it was the first pizza I've had all summer -- but could have posed a serious health risk for customers with allergies to specific cheeses. I visited your location despite seeing negative Yelp reviews, hoping for a better experience. But after this visit, I don't feel encouraged to leave a positive review myself. Additionally, around 10 PM, the bathrooms were already being cleaned -- even though the store doesn't close until 11 PM. A worker told us we would need to wait 10 minutes to use the restrooms, which meant we had nowhere to wash our hands before eating our pizzas. Waiting an additional 10 minutes would mean our food gets cold or could delay a customer meeting a bathroom emergency. This seems inconsiderate to guests who are still dining. Why are bathrooms being closed for cleaning so early? To make matters worse, I observed two employees tossing flatbread crusts over the register while customers were present. I understand the importance of enjoying your job, but this came across as unprofessional and unsanitary, especially in a food-service environment -- and it didn't help that my own pizza had already been made incorrectly. The overall atmosphere was disappointing -- staff seemed unenthusiastic, unfriendly, and no one smiled or acknowledged us. After all of this, being asked for a tip felt inappropriate. Compared to other restaurants known for good service (like Chick-fil-A), this was a very poor customer experience. I wanted to enjoy my first Mod Pizza experience, but the combination of incorrect ingredients, inaccessible restrooms, unprofessional behavior, and lackluster customer service made it hard to walk away satisfied. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the training, professionalism, and attentiveness of staff at this location.

The pizza always tastes good here, with a variety of options. The employees are nice, friendly, and welcoming. It gets busy during lunch hours and evening hours but despite the rushes, they still get the orders done right without it being messy or burnt.

Mega dough with as much topping as you please

This place tops Blaze pizza! Get the mega dough build your own! The mega dough was soft and had a perfect fluffy crust. You could add as much topping as you want. It's better than blaze because of the dough. Great service by all the staff there! They recommended the mega dough and the 11in for 2 people to share. As it was perfect.

Quick, fast, oven brick made pizza! Staff at this location are hit or miss. I get it though, it's a busy place with lots of foot traffic from the surrounding hospital and businesses all around. Sometimes tables get missed for wipe downs, but dang as customers we should be cleaning up after ourselves in an establishment like this. I have a habit of picking out a pie on their specialty menu and then end up adding more to it lol. So then it changes to a custom pizza. Good dough which has the perfect amount of chewiness. I LOVE adding pesto on top! I've experimented with different toppings here, even anchovies! Boy are those salty AF. As for the ambiance, there's plenty of seating both inside and outside. I usually sit inside. And not once have I finished an entire pie here. So I usually have my leftovers later in the day and it holds up well.

This is just a fun and relaxing place to have a personal pizza with the incredible toppings and just chill. We came in on 5-11-24 to eat before our movie. I ordered the pizza with unlimited toppings including pepperoni, mushroom, sausage, red peppers and it was really good. Cannot wait to go back.

The are so careless here when making your pizza. All the toppings shifted to one side and the dough was all smashed to one side. When I mentioned it to the guy who gave me my pizza, he just says, I'm going on my break. The other guy says maybe he grabbed the box too fast? They don't seem to care about quality here. I asked for well done, but the dough is still white on the bottom. One of the toppings was supposed to be roasted garlic, not burnt garlic where it's entirely black and crispy and bitter. Look at the picture! They didn't give extra cheese either. love MOD pizza, but not this location. Long Beach location is better.

Gave it another try and even more disappointed than the previous time . The people making the pizza rush you and seem d bothered when you're asking for the ingredients on your pizza . They are not interested in talking amongst themselves to even look up at you and provide service . I tried ordering a salad with my pizza and was totally ignored twice . When at the register I order it and the manager tries to scold me on when I should order my salad next time. Rude as always just came again due to the kids wanting to do their own pizza . The concept is great the food taste okay just the attitude and the lack of customer service just makes it a bad experience.

It is all occuring while she's standing next to pizza that is possibly mine, I can't express how disgusting that is. Then she proceeds to handle the food with no gloves. Oh and at no point did she go to the restroom or back to wash her hands. First and last time I come here. Proceed with caution. read more

View this link for more info: http://www.promenade-downey.com/now-open.html PARKING You shouldn't have a problem for now since the new Promenade (center in Downey) is still mostly under construction or has many stores that have yet to open. If you enter the Promenade from Lakewood Blvd, you should see MOD Pizza kind off to the left next to the not-yet-open Chipotle. AMBIANCE I like all the MOD stickers, photos of people smiling, and the staff t-shirts with the peace sign. I don't mind backless chairs, but I didn't notice any high chairs for our toddlers. We didn't plan on eating there, so that wasn't a priority. The thing I noticed immediately was the loudness. The music. The staff yelling. Patrons yelling because they couldn't hear each other. I hate asking employees to repeat themselves because another employee is drowning out their voice. STAFF They were all nice. Greeted us and smiled. Like others, I have a problem with their food handling and personal hygiene. This is mainly because you can see everything that's going on with your food as you wait for it to be cooked. Of course, I'm sure if we could always see our food being prepared and passed around, then other restaurants would have lower reviews. But this is why guidelines are created and managers are paid. FOOD - Garlic strips ($2.97) - I'll pass on these since they were so thin and hardly flavorful. The "red sauce" (same stuff on the pizzas) is slightly chunky. Not spicy at all. - Mad dog ($8.27) - It's on the menu. Red sauce - again, NOT spicy at all. Pepperoni. Mild sausage. Ground beef. For such thin crust, this pizza was extremely greasy. I would not order this again. I mentioned that I would be sharing with my two toddlers. I'm sure they would have cut it into smaller pieces had I asked them, but it would have been nice if they had just considered writing that on the paper to begin with. Stingy with toppings? Yes. - Cappuccino Crunch shake ($3.77) - Fairly thick. Very sweet. The girl who made ours added plenty of toffee pieces. They only offer regular soda straws, just FYI. I have eaten at this Mod many times. However, I visited on August 2nd and it was a complete nightmare! They had a deal through the app. Get a Mod size pizza for $4. I figured they would be busy so I ordered ahead using the app. I arrived 20 minutes later. It was not ready. My girlfriend got in line. She wanted a salad. The employee informed me it would be another 15 minutes. I inform my girlfriend that I am going to go get gas for the car. We are going to a concert later that night. I get gas, come back and my food is still not ready. I saw an employee walk out of the restaurant looking stressed. I was informed that he was the lead and turned off the oven. They did not know when my food would be ready. To get a refund, I had to wait until the manager got there. Everyone was stressed and frustrated. I decided to walk next door and get dinner at Chipotle next door. I never got my food and never got my money back. I will not be coming back anytime soon. read more

Honestly this place is a disgrace to the Mod Pizza franchise. First off the workers like to move at the same pace as a snail. There was only 3 people ahead of us yet it took us 15 minutes to order. We ordered a garden salad yet it only included lettuce and tomatoes. Might as well call it a lettuce and tomato salad. The pizza was at least decent which is why I gave it one star. I recommend that the owner should really consider firing all of their employees and starting from scratch. read more

I have had lunch here several times now and MOD has become my favorite fast pizza place here in Downey. First of all there is no need to look at the menu, just order a MOD which is a custom pizza and go down the line with your pizza builder adding any and all toppings you'll enjoy. Once done they stick it in the oven and will be done in under ten minutes. The crust is thin and crispy yet still foldable if you enjoy folding a slice like I do. The toppings are great and pizza is an overall joy to eat which is why I keep coming back for lunch. Staff has been very friendly and I've had no issues while building the pizza or with service. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating too. If you come here for a good tasting fast custom pizza, you'll be happy. read more

I visited the store on the evening of 8-2-2023 I placed my order and I could see they were very busy but no one was making an effort to try to catch up. It took a about 10 minutes for someone to take my payment which i should have walked out at that moment but like I said they were busy and I tried to be patient. While waiting for my Order i then could she the cluster fuck these employees were in, they were bombed with orders and walk ins clearly they were short staff and in need of help, people were upset about their food. As for me I waited a whole hour just to receive my food I planned on just getting a refund but I overheard someone els asking for a refund and being told they can't refund without a manager being there. The employees had no communication between each other no communication with the customers just a mess no organization what's so ever and that I believe contribute to them getting bombed with orders. Definitely will not be returning to this location and parking is a mess as well . read more

Have been here 3 times and each time my pizza came out great. Most recent visit was the best and the employee took his time with my order and made suggestions, really enjoyed that and tipped because of it. Thank you appreciate the extra effort. Place was clean, service was fast (wasn't to busy), peppers and cheese rack by the soda was stocked up. No issues. Will visit again for my next trip to the movies. read more

Pizza is delicious no doubt , went in today for my son's fundraiser, upon assembling my pizza, the female employees were super helpful and the male employee purposely would ignore what toppings I wanted just to pass my pizza down. I didn't get his name, but he didn't even let me choose my cheese. He just started putting it before. I could even tell him what I wanted. That was annoying. read more

Parking - can be kind of hard to find depending on the time. It's located in the Downey promenade which is packed with businesses. I went to pick up for lunch I should've known better it's a lot more active at lunch time then the normal hustle of the dinner rush. Location - very clean, air conditioned, lots of seating. Easy to read menu and all fresh ingredients right in front full display. Everything made right in front of you. Food/pricing- as my first visit I ordered online for lunch to make a quick pick up. I have gone another time to take my two younger yelpers. The ordering online was quick and easy. I tried the mad dog it was so yummy and good sizing of pizza. My kids have gotten the Maddy plain cheese and pepperoni. Of course picky pizza eaters they are the whole thing to my surprise. It's 11 inches each individual pizza. Second visit I tried the Calexico a nice kick and a different twist on a buffalo chicken ish pizza. Each pizza you can customize, unlimited toppings for the same price. Vegan options available. The best part is they have different drink options, limited beer selection, salads, dessert, bread and milkshakes. Need to Know - easy ordering online and over the phone. Serve beer and wine. Tuesday's draft beers are half off all day. If you upload the mod app you get points just for signing up but also rewards per order you make. read more

Since my initial review two years ago, my husband and I continue to visit MOD Pizza but not as often as before. More so due to other food options available in the area than anything else. It's conveniently located in the Promenade at Downey by the theatre. A good place to pick up a meal to enjoy while watching a movie. read more

This was my first time at MOD Pizza and I was more than pleasantly surprised. What seems like another fast food chain actually delivers excellent thin crust Pizza. I ordered the Tristan with additional Chicken Topping. Despite not containing any red sauce it was anything else than dry. Juicy, Crispy, and overall tasty. The service is extremely fast and I had my Pizza within 6 minutes after ordering. Friendly staff and trendy interior. read more

This makes me sad because I really do not like leaving bad reviews at all! I was so disappointed when I walked into this location! The workers were not friendly at all and didn't not even say hello or even make eye contact or smile. When I was finally able to order the worker said "are you ready what can I get started for you?" And I replied "yes may I please get a.." and she said wait a minute I need new gloves and I'm not ready yet. Okay then why did you ask me ?? Not even bringing up that her stomach was on the counter where the food was being made and was starting to touch my pizza but I stayed quite and just ordered. And when I finally got my pizza is was burnt. If I wasn't in such a hurry I would have sent it back took a bite and tossed it I was so annoyed. Sadly don't think I will be back and will spend my money else where. :/ read more

Needed a quick bite and decided on a pizza. Walked right in and got in line. The person helping me was very nice and helpful. he asked if I have been there before and broke down the ordering process which was very helpful. After looking over all the ingredients I began to build my pizza. Mod Pizza is a build it your self pizza joint that are always very fun to go to and you always get what you want. Pizza - Started with the crust adding a marinara sauce. Added cheese and some gorgonzola cheese as well. Pepperoni, sausage, onions, mushrooms and some garlic was then added. Topped it off with some asiago cheese I believe and some garlic butter around the crust to give it a nice richness. Takes a couple minutes to cook and they call you out by your name for pick up. For drinks they have a lot to choose from especially their teas, They have many different flavors. Crispy and hot just right out of the oven. Great flavor and such a good crust. Will definitely be going back when wanting a pizza on the run. read more

when I first got to the restaurant I thought it was just like Blaze but a little messier and fewer ingredients but when I ordered my pizza and ate them I was so surprised by how good their dough was, I think lighter than blaze and the cheese was better too. Overall impressed by their pizza and would definitely go back if I happen to be in the area. read more

MOD pizza doesn't do much that deviates from all the other build your own pizza concepts. Their crust is done pretty well - thin and crispy and doesn't get all soggy even if you load it up with veggies. Portion-wise: it feels slightly smaller than Blaze. I do have to say that their homemade blackberry lemonade is DELICIOUS. As a frugal person, I rarely purchase drinks at dining establishments but will make an exception at MOD. It does make my overall lunch a bit pricier since I prefer to not spend over $10 for lunch (~$9 for the pizza, ~$2 for drink). Staff is really friendly but the wait can be kinda long during the lunch rush. read more

My partner and I decided to stop here during our limited meal break, and we were not disappointed! Walking in, the assistant manager (Andrew I think) greeted us and helped us choose our options. The entire staff was super helpful, and after working behind the counter the assistant manager was out wiping tables and chairs with bleach to keep the place clean, all while being friendly to customers. Will definitely be coming back! read more

I can't say enough how awesome the customer service was on both occasions that we visited. Got a hello from an employee outside before I entered and also from the staff once inside. A little confused about the ordering system, the girl behind the counter quickly explained. Two sizes of pizzas are offered along with a variety of toppings and my fav, veggie cheese. The crust was thin and crispy and loved the fact that they also had chicken sausage. Drink options are also pretty good and they serve alcohol here. If going inside to order, the lines are always very long, a lot of staff seem to have no sense of urgency, and the menu makes people seemingly confused, making the wait even longer. If ordering online and picking up, it is speedy and easy, but each time for one reason or another, I don't get exactly what I ordered. Parking is difficult due to popularity of the Promenade Centre. Be prepared to walk a good distance.. or circle until you get lucky. Price is OK for what you get (unlimited toppings). The only redeeming, and arguably the most important factor, is that the food is fresh, hot, and damn good. read more

Terrible customer service!!! 3 of us walked in and a big group walked in behind us. The place was empty. Both female employees looked at us and snickered and made comments to each other as if our presence was a complete inconvenience to them. One of the girls I was with asked to get the $13.90 value meal (advertised on a big sign above the cash register). The employee rudely replied, "we don't have a value meal." I pointed to the sign and the employee said, "Oh, ok, but the meal is $15." I told her, "yes, with tax I'm sure it is." She argued with me that the meal was $15." Both female employees insisted the meal was not $13.90 as advertised, but was indeed $15. What?!?! Not worth the argument at this point. We ordered our meals and went to the resister to pay. Then we waited so long to pay while the other employee was opening boxes, and pretending to be busy while we waited. Mod Pizza, teach your employees some customer service skills!! And smile goes a long way! And maybe teach a lesson on the concept of taxes? The "value meal" was indeed $15.20, AFTER taxes! read more

Made On Demand, that's what MOD stands for. The basic idea is the same as all the other build your owns out there: choose your toppings, and slap it on a pie. MODify if yourself, if you will. It's a good addition to the new businesses that have been popping up in Downey. How do they set themselves aside from other fast custom pizza places? They offer thin crust only. Their regular 11" pizza is about $8, and you can put whatever you like on it. I like how they offer gluten free and dairy free options, because people with different dietary restraints want to enjoy pizza too! The toppings they offer are pretty standard with other places such as Pieology. They do offer some interesting dips/finishes though, most notably Sri-Rancha (yes, that is Sriracha ranch) and balsamic fig glaze. My only gripe was that they are a bit stingy with their toppings...but it tasted great and didn't have too little. I also tried their garlic strips ($2.97), which are served with red sauce, pesto, ranch, or sri-rancha. I don't really recommend these, because I like thick garlic bread, not these sad pieces of crust with some garlic sprinkled on top. I also had a MODshake ($3.77), and you can choose however many mix-ins you want. It was delightfully thick and delicious. I approve! This is not my favorite custom pie place, but it does fill in that niche for thin crust custom pizza. Workers are bubbly and energetic, and the music they play is great. Definitely worthy of a visit if you are close to the area, but they don't set themselves too far apart from Pieology and the like, so don't go far out of your way. New and up coming pizza spot. The location is also in a new and up coming plaza, there are very few stores open in this plaza because it is still in the process of being built but it is looking amazing. Parking here is easy, lots of open parking spots. The MOD is such a cool and hip pizza place, this location is defiantly new and very modern. Walking in you get a great vibe with cool photos on the wall, nice seating areas (indoor & outdoor), good music playing, and a cool team greeting you. The menu is posted on the wall for you to order off of or you can have them build your own pizza with what you like. The pizza crust are all at a set price for the different sizes and the toppings are all you can choose and unlimited :) Everything looks very fresh and clean. The staff was so cool, very friendly and patient, epically seeing that it was our first time here. The team took there time explaining to us how the ordering works and even went to tell us all the toppings they have (big selection). They have a wide selection of drinks and also a few beers on tap and bottle. Me and my mom ate here the other day. It was my first time ever at a MOD Pizza. It was pretty cool, a little loud, but not too bad at first. I ordered the Lucy Sunshine pizza and added some olives. When I asked about the dollops of red sauce the lady told me they were added after the pizza came out of the over, which was fine. I also ordered the garlic strips with red sauce. So far so good, everyone seemed friendly. Then when I got my order the first thing was I was given ranch instead of red sauce, even though red sauce was clearly marked on the paper it was sitting on. No big deal, I gave back the ranch and asked for the red sauce. But my pizza was slightly burned and was also missing my dollops of red sauce they told me it came with. When I asked the lady at the finishing counter for it she looked downright annoyed at me. She didn't say a word, just gave me this scathing look, took my pizza, and put the dollops, as if it was my fault my pizza wasn't right. No apology, no "Ok, no problem." Not a word at all. Just that scathing angry look. I know it's a new location and all....but when the pizza is marked as something, you'd expect the employees to know if something was missing off of it or not... Needless to say, with this being my first experience at a MOD Pizza, I most likely won't be coming back... read more

Great that MOD is expanding all over the area. This new location is already running well, very friendly staff that knows what they are doing. It can get pretty busy here and it does take a bit longer than other create your own pizza places. What I love here that makes them stand out is that not only can you create our own pizza or salad with as many toppings as you like for a set price, but they have a larger selection of toppings as well as different pizza and salad sizes. The largest, a double crust, is a bit odd, the same size as standard, just two crust on top of each other, interesting to try, just not worth getting again. Very good quality, both the salad and pizza are well worth getting again, very much loved our meals here, perfect for kids and picky eaters as well! read more

I got an order to go to this place and order this pizza and deliver. There was a long line, maybe 15 people ahead of me, finally about 20 minutes, I was close to ordering but I was behind this elderly couple who were discussing on what to put on all 6 pizza they plan to get. should they get one topping each or combined six toppings on one pizza for six pizza. Geez! c'mon! I was kicking myself for accepting this stupid order. I should've known better, only stick with the known fastfoods. I never heard of MOD before, I thought it was kind of like Dominos or LIttle Ceasars when I saw the order came in. it was like an order of pizza for $8 something, red sauce/mozarella/pepperoni., simple, should be fast, right?. After 30 minutes, my turn, hallelujah, there was a total of 5 person handling your food, hoped you liked that... One asked your what sauce, then the other one ask you what toppings, but she would give it to the next person next to her to put more toppings because there's three of them lined up to mess with your pizza, then they put your name. So, it's queued to go to the oven. My order was simple and pathetic looking and was ready to cook but even though that most pathetic-looking pizza that I ordered (next to all pizza with dozens toppings) was done, it can't be put yet to the oven, because those kids making your pizza might lose their place in which pizza belongs to whom, so they actually would wait for the pizza of those elderly couple in front of me who were still looking and contemplating on which toppings to put. Oh goodness, so, it finally went to the oven, good, wait 3 to 5 minutes, the whole batches of pizza starts coming out, I saw the one I ordered. The saddest looking pizza with burnt edges, a bit of melted mozarella cheese and 5 lonesome pepperonis, they looked impoverished compared to the all decked-out colorful pizzas I actually felt sad to whoever ordered this pizza, I wouldn't pay ten bucks for this. Oh well, I can see that pathetic pizza, but oh no, there are at least 10 more pizza ahead of it waiting to be handled by the fifth person, to cut it and to put another dog and pony show, asking you again what extra spices you want, how about dippings... you want this,.. you want that... how about this or that... DANG IT! seriously, I just want to grab that stupid pizza and get out of there. MOD PIzza Super Fast?! I spent a almost an hour! If you guys think it's cool to have 5 people handle your pizza, go ahead order your pizza there. To all food couriers out there.. you see an order for MOD Pizza - skip, cancel, turn off your phone, not worth it, you're gonna lose your sanity. I almost did. I have no intention of tasting their pizza, the dough are pre-made, not fresh, not tossed. It doesn't look appetizing at all, I saw one ordered a spinach pizza, oh gosh.seriously??? oh well, whatever floats their boat, it's their pizza, they can have it and eat it too... .. oh I better stop. read more

Visited this place for the first time tonight as a recommendation from a family friend. And i must say this MOD beats out any BOY pizza place ive ever been too. They were very busy but very fast getting people through the line. the lady standing in front of me in line mentioned she had been coming every weekend since they opened and has yet to find a reason to not return. The staff was friendly, and seemed to be happy with their job, i saw lots of smiles and laughter in the kitchen. The place was pretttyy clean for how busy it was . that i was surprised about because ive worked in this industry and i know how hard it is to maintain cleanliness. I was going to get a beverage and a elderly man dropped his drink on the floor,, i was just about to help him when the person handing out pizzas came very quickly to help clean up the mess. They are very attentaive to whats going on outside the kitchen. I tried the caspian pizza and it was made to perfection!!!! So goooood!!!! They even had someone walking around with dessert strips and i was able to try those as well. I defintley will be getting those on mu next visit!! Great job to the management here! All around a great experience, and i dont ever leave yelp reviews but this one i could pass up. See you next time MOD pizza. and thanks btw. :) read more

I just had mod pizza for the first time and it was soo good. I like the variety and i like the way it feels when you walk into the location. I actually had a conversation with the manager jimmy and he was telling me all about the company and the store, im from Seattle, and so was he, and coincidentally the company is based out of Seattle, so we intimidately connected on that, seeing as it was a new store with such a young leader, i think he is doing a phenomanal job. He invited me back with my wife to have dinner with him and we surely will take him up on that offer. Its rare to see management care so much about the customers, it was refreshing.. from my visit it seems the staff was happy and having fun, and they really paid attention to keeping the eating area clean. Overall great visit, i had the number 8 with pineapple. and i think i may have found my favorite mod. Thanks again read more

When you talking about high-quality pizza the thing that comes to peoples minds is mods pizza I would give this place a five out of five stars. Whenever you go there they have a wide variety of pizzas to choose from they have pineapple, pepperoni, or just a plain or cheese pizza. They have a lot more than just the pizza though you can also get chicken wings that come in a wide variety of styles. For example you can get things such as Buffalo wild wings or spicy wings. Whatever you're craving something to eat I would completely recommend mods pizza. I would give this place a five out of five stars and would recommend it to anyone who's looking for something good to eat. read more

Zero stars and I didn't even get to taste the pizza. We waited so long for it and when we went to ask why it was taking so long they said they burned it but they could make a new one if we wanted. Lol. We had tickets for a movie and couldn't wait so we got our money back. I asked for the manager and told him I wasn't asking for anything but wanted to let him know.. he didn't even care. All he said was "did you get your money back?" And the typical I appreciate it with a careless look on his face. Not going back read more

This establishment is a suitable location for a quick meal or social gathering. The customer seating area is well-maintained. However, I recommend more frequent cleaning of the work area. During my visit today, despite the lack of customers, there were food items on the floor that should have been promptly addressed. The customer service has consistently been satisfactory. I frequent this establishment approximately once every three months. read more

Great service and amazing food, my first time going to MOD and the worker was so nice he explained to me the menu and helped me make a pizza and the environment was very peaceful. I'd definitely come back again So I came to MOD today for lunch and I'm so happy I did, a worker named Angel helped me and had great customer service very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable and the pizza was delicious, great store! read more

The employees are always attentive and provide quick but friendly service. I go during lunch breaks from work and they always make visits enjoyable. Pizzas are always good, place is kept clean, and A+ customer service. Even earn free food occasionally by using the app to accumulate points! read more
