The pizza was ok. The service was friendly. We needed a place to meet friends and the kids chose pizza so this definitely fit the requests.

First time here. You will want to know what you want before getting to the counter cause the girl doing our pizza was not very helpful. We ordered a couple of the unlimited but we still do not know if we could have loaded them with more meat or just the toppings. Also they do not go very close to the edges, probably on purpose. Paid and tipped. Order was made wrong and the give a crap factor was almost zero. Pizza was undercooked and dough was still raw. No salt, black pepper , parm cheese, or pepper flakes were provided . I was doing work in Corpus Christi and DoorDashed from this restaurant. We had ordered a combination, pizza and garlic bread with drinks. The door dasher came on time. The pizza itself was just a little off. The garlic bread was extremely greasy and wet. I had been doing some heavy duty work and was hungry and ate it nonetheless. That night, i started to have serious vomiting and was in a pretty bad state. The entire next day I could barely move because the toll it took on my body. After about 24 hours, I was back to normal, but told myself never again! No one in the store follows any health protocols (staff is half wearing masks, putting their hands in pockets and taking personal phone calls from behind the counter while wearing gloves, texting with gloves, etc). I ordered the Calexico pizza which was supposed to come with chicken and I asked them to hold the jalapeño....when they put jalapeño on my pizza I asked them to take it off and the lady garnishing my pizza yelled and berated at the woman who took my order in front of the entire store. Being the first week, they did pretty good. Restaurant was clean and maintained. They need to have a better waiting spot for call in orders (most restaurants make you wait outside). We had to weed through a small crowd when we picked up our order when they called us (3 different times), when we needed a new cup or went to ask for anything. It was most definitely not 2ft much less 6ft. It did make me a little uneasy when we were ordering and they were reaching across each other grabbing food and one girl grabbed some meat then used the same gloved hand to grab a handful of cheese. I'm sure they will work out the kinks and all will be running smooth soon. read more

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Trash cans overflowing, feces and urine all over bathroom, leftover dried food sticking to table, employees standing around doing nothing... I've been there twice...never again! First time they they forgot to charge me...before leaving I asked if I should pay...they were like, "Oh yeah, my bad..." Second time they overcharged me by $14 and I figured it wasn't worth the time to debate the employee who seemed to have trouble simply holding a conversation. On 8/102020 just after 5 pm, we ordered 4 pizzas to go. The place looked clean, and everyone was wearing a mask. While we were waiting for our pizzas, two young men came in without mask. They were served. Not a problem at all. We got our pizzas and left. I am not at risk, but the two seniors that we live with are at risk. The pizzas were great for a great price: The pizzas are not worth my families lives. My integrity will not allow me to return to this location until the pandemic is over. read more

The food was really good. The pizza was nice and crispy and the price is great. I'm giving this place 3 stars because I requested a gluten free crust, but no other measures were taken to help with the gluten free pizza. For example, the first person in the line touched the regular pizza crust and then touched mine. I wish they had done the extra bit to change gloves. I understand that the environment is naturally not possible to be completely gluten free, but I've been to other locations of Mod Pizza that do take the extra step. All in all it tastes awesome, it was clean, but I wish I hadn't gotten sick from so much cross contamination. read more
