The pizza was almost inedible. At first I was upset about the minimal chicken on my pizza, once I tasted it I was glad there was so little because it tasted like bad leftover chicken. The lady making our pizza's was so kind, engaging and patient with my kids BUT confused Gorgonzola cheese with Garbanzo beans! Never had garbanzo beans on pizza and never will again lol. read more

We ordered from here for a doordash pickup, and will probably never order from this particular location again. My mom went to go pick up our 3 pizzas from here, and given she isn't very tech savvy, we gave her a screenshot of the receipt. She gets to the store, and they tell her they have experienced a lot of theft, and their policy requires her to press 'confirm' on the app. Mom doesn't know how to do this, asks for help with the app, they say they can't help her, they don't accept screenshots, okay. Mom is upset, but brother and I understand, we've both worked food and retail, sometimes it's just like that. Brother calls the store and asks they don't throw out the pizzas. He will come pick them up. Brother gets there, tells one of the workers the situation, shows the receipt on the app. The worker says something to the manager like 'should we release the pizzas to him? I don't think we should'. The manager informs my brother again, that they do not accept screenshots. He tells them he knows, shows them the receipt on his Doordash app. The manager flicks through the app on his phone and says "is this really the app?", as though it is some sort of fraudulent app without our exact order and name on there. After more back and forth, the pizzas are reluctantly released to us. We ordered our pizza at 12:55pm, and my brother got home with them at 2pm. This store is 8 minutes from my house. By this time, the pizza is cold, my mom is gone, and we are well past hungry. Contacted Doordash through the app. They apologize, inform us different stores have different policies. Again, I understand, but this store went above and beyond to keep us from 'stealing' 40 dollars worth of pizza, even when shown clear evidence that it was in fact our order. Doordash calls me, tells me that MOD Pizza contacted them and said a woman tried to pick up the pizza and they could not release it to her. I relay this whole situation to them, and then Doordash tells me that MOD claimed that they were confused about this being a pickup order. They thought this was a DELIVERY and that's why they wouldn't release it. I had to tell the person on the phone that if they were saying that, it just isn't true. I understand store policy, and while it was annoying for us to go out of our way to pick it up again, I cannot believe they straight up LIED to Doordash. That's why I am here reviewing. Never have I in all the Doordash I have ordered over the years, have I experienced so much trouble in trying to pick something up. It's like they were trying to cover for themselves. The boxes of pizza literally say PICKUP, and then my name. We have come to this location since it opened, and we love MOD, but we are never coming to this one again. Went for their grand opening and it was super fast! The line was out the building but we were already ordered and sitting down within 15 minutes. I was very surprised by how quick it went. The people were very nice and had great knowledge of the menu and options. The pizza came out perfectly cooked and exactly what we wanted. The inside was crowded but that was kinda expected for opening night. Will definitely be going back. read more

I thought I was ordering bell peppers on my pizza. But when I got home I discovered they were some other hot peppers that I didn't like. I called and spoke with Glass the mgr on duty. i went back and he fixed me another pizza without the hot peppers. And Kaleb cooked it to perfection. It was refreshing that they cared about my experience and wanted me to have what I wanted. Glass was personable, pleasant and respectful. And interacted with his coworkers to get my order done. My wife and I stopped in there yesterday and had lunch really like the idea of being able to put whatever I want on the pizza so we experimented with different items with a help from their staff. Service was HORRIBLE! Literally 6pm, 3 employees, 1 on oven, 1 looked like putting delivery boxes together, the other one SLOWER THAN A SNAIL making a single salad, which he clearly didnt know how to make. Took it to the customer at the booth, had to bring it back and look at the deck to see whats in a garden salad, the 2 people in front of us were still waiting for their order to be placed. Waitiled 10 minutes, said enough is enough, went to Jersey Mikes. Odds of coming back..less than .00000001%. This location is fairly new and has fallen so fast...what a shame. read more

We have visited many Mod's locations, this is by far one of the worst experiences we've encountered. The place was slightly busy, our family of 4 were in line and once the last person in front of us was served we were completely ignored by the three staff members. One gentleman completely avoided eye contact with us at the dough station and never looked up. I finally spoke up and was reluctantly served, as if we were some inconvenience. It was my mother in law first time at Mod and she was not very impressed. Right after we were served a gentleman walked in and he received a nice welcome into the building. It's difficult to not think this was a little discriminatory with the way eye contact, pleasantness, and overall basic customer service was completely lacked for us and not other patrons in the building. MOD is great in the respect that you can eat here even if you have a gluten intolerance. The staff is very helpful and aware, they changed their gloves, brought clean pizza pans from the back, did not allow the gluten free crust to touch anything. As well as cooked it on the pan and then cut it with a new pizza slicer. Of course the ingredients are great. Make sure you alert them if you have an allergy most times they are awesome about their accommodations. read more

The lady who took my order, Trinity, has no communication skills when it comes to taking orders. When she took mine she gave me attitude and expected me to know exactly what came on the mad dog pizza. I told her what i wanted and she acted clueless.
