I'm a fan of the franchise and this particular location is consistently the best I've had. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They engage customers and often know regulars by name. I'm a stickler when it comes to cleanliness, especially when it comes to my food. One can tell when iced tea containers are not cleaned. I'm happy to report that each time I ask for iced tea , it tastes fresh without that strange taste left when not rinsed correctly. You can certainly tell how busy this location is by the line. I love Jersey Mikes! Sadly this location is lacking service. I called tonight at 8:40 to place a to-go order. The phone was answered after multiple rings and then I was hung up on. I arrived at the store a few minutes later to find that the store closed early. The open sign was still on, but the door was locked. The manager on duty and employees, saw me come towards the door and wouldn't make eye contact. Ordering online has a certain time that the meal would be ready, At 3:10 I arrived 2 minutes early but didn't receive my order until 30 minutes later. It was on a Monday at 3:00 pm and they only had one person working. They have a line but the other employee is just casually sweeping behind him not helping him. Read the previous review on here and it said "how understaffed they were, but that was a month ago and to look at it now obviously management has yet to fix the issue. What blows my mind is the fact that I placed my order first before a group of six kids walked in and he decided to make their order first, plus the other 4 people that walked in as well. So that means he made 10 sandwiches before he wanted to work on mine. Had me waiting for 30 minutes. I guess ordering online is not a priority it's about who is in line first. Granted it was lunchtime and the store was busy, but as a customer I still expected my order to be ready at the time presented or at least close to it. The good was the manager repeatedly informed me of the delay and how understaffed they were. As a customer who understands the fast pace of this industry I could understand. Just stood in line for 10 minutes, nobody even acknowledged me. Then I get to the front of the line and they tell me they're out of all the bread other than wheat. Unfortunately, my son is allergic to it. Would be really nice if they had better customer service and let the customers know that they didn't have any bread before making them wait 10 minutes to stand in line. read more

Then our car broke down outside, they were all so helpful with lending us cables to jump our car with. 3 attempts from diff groups before we were able to get up and running. They were cleaning up bc it was closing time and still helped out. Shout out to the girl with the thick ass cables her cousin made her get for her car. The food at this location is fine. But the lack of customer service when you order off the app is horrible. Multiple times I have had to wait 15 minutes past my time the app said my order would be ready. But I. Saturday Aug 17th 2024. I placed an order and the app said It would be ready at 1:07 pm. I arrived at the location at 1:10 and let the person working the register know I had an online order. I waited until 1:35 pm and my order had still not been made. I asked the worker when It would be ready and he responded he did not know. I waited another 5 minutes and asked for a refund. He said I would have to wait on the manager. After she came out she acted like I was putting her out asking for a refund after I had been waiting in my order 35 minutes after the app said It would be ready. This place was running fast and efficiently when they first opened and the trainers were still there. Lately it takes way too long! Also they keep running out of rosemary parm bread not even that close to closing, happened multiple nights last week. Today I tried ordering on the app and they hadn't even started the order (two sandwiches) until about ten mins past the pick up time. It wasn't busy at all either. I've never been to Jersey Mikes before and I was excited to try it but there was three dudes there, no one explained anything the only question that was asked was what type of bread we wanted. Came here on Sunday to get some sandwhiches for my family, walked in and the lady told me that it was gonna be a while because they were making a catering order. Okay no problem so I waited about 10 minutes then proceeded to ask how much longer will it take and she said she still had a bunch to make so it would be awhile. Okay I understand that, but what is don't understand is how she couldn't pause what she was doing to take care of the customers in front of her. These Young People during the night are absolutely amazing. My 3rd time coming in to this store and the young man who took my order which I believe his name was "xavier" greeted me and he some how remembers my name & whole order that I got from the previous day. Which left me absolutely flabbergasted and not only that but when I went to find a seat and eat, he went out of his way to clean of the table I was going to sit at. I rarely leave positive reviews, but I am pleased with this Jersey Mike location. I had the number 26 with no bacon and light lettuce, which was exactly what I wanted. My wallet contained an expired coupon for a free drink and chips with a sub-purchase that was only one day old. I called to see if they would still honor it, and an employee named Noah said it was fine and honored it, which made me very happy.
