The tenders look like they got smaller so you might as well get the four piece set with the cole slaw. The sauce they give you also feels small I wish they included more than one in each other, its not enough to dip the chicken and the fries in. Overall, they were nice. A lady came by and asked if we were doing okay which I appreciate as that doesn't happen often in fast food settings. Parking can get a little full and crazy at certain times but weekdays there were some spots. Overall solid food that came out crunchy and hot, but I wish the tenders weren't so small. I went a few times when it first opened but was on the way to a concert recently when I figured I would stop here. I needed to use the restroom so I went inside to see about seven people behind the counter. The bathrooms were completely filthy and disgusting I didn't even want to eat. My friend was already waiting in line at the drive thru by the time I got back to the car. The guy with the piercings all over his face was extremely rude and didn't even get the correct order. By the time we left and opened the food there was multiple pieces of hair baked into my chicken. Both plates had hair all over the chicken and breading. Between the establishment being gross, the horrible customer service and the hair cooked into this food do not eat here. Save your money out go to in n out next door.

The food is just as good as I remembered! This is the first time we've used DoorDash to get our order, and I must admit I was apprehensive about if the wings and fries would be too soggy, but honestly it's just about as good as it is in the restaurant. I called to see if there was anything they could do given the inconvenience, and the response was really disappointing. When I explained that I didn't want to drive another 20 minutes back just to have them re-tossed especially since they wouldn't be fresh by the time I got home again he said there was nothing he could do and even told me, "I don't know what you want me to do." Unfortunately, not all are the same but Castro Valley location hits the mark: friendly staff, efficient and food prepared fresh to order. I started visiting the Castro Valley location as my uncle is staying at a nearby care facility. I've placed orders at the counter and since I'm a regular (Uncle likes his pies, onion rings and chili) I downloaded the app to minimize the wait. Burgers and onion rings (there's an onion in there) are delicious and the pies hit the spot. Place is bright, clean, inviting with simple menu and clear view of those pies. I usually visit weekday lunch and Genesis and Victoria are always friendly and efficient. Overall, simple, fresh and delicious no-nonsense food. Plenty of free lot parking, indoor dining only. We were surprised because at that point, there was only one other table and they had their food. Turns out they had a lot of to-go orders and were prioritizing those orders. I was surprised that we didn't get any update on our order but they also were not working on it. The food itself was not great. The best part was the eggs, but the bacon tasted like hotel bacon, while the hash browns were not crispy or tasty. The toast was not very good and even the orange juice tasted like the fridge. The inside of the restaurant was really cold and had a sterile environment. It was not a great environment and the time that it took to get the food really made it that much worse. We will not be returning to this place -- we would much rather support a small local eatery for brunch instead of coming here without much personalized service or care.
