Loved this place! It's a cute place to grab a snack or make it a meal. They have a variety of delicious mochi donuts and boba tea. You can add a rice hot dog to make a small meal. Yum! The mochi choices changes every week. Service was friendly and helpful. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Fun and casual vibe with cute decor and a booth to win a prize for your kids or date. Highly recommended to stop and go when in Portland!

I enjoy the texture of mochi donuts in general. However I don't find Mochinut's flavors to be very strong or tasty. It's also $18.50 for a half dozen or $33 for a dozen. Because of that, this is a spot I generally only go to when friends want to. I haven't tried their corn dogs or bubble tea or ice cream. The store interior is bright, but you can tell customers and their kids really wreck this place throughout the day. It could use a deep clean and more frequent sweeping and wipe down.

I'm always in the neighborhood where this place is located. Truth be told, it's not a stop I would make on my own; a friend of mine had us pop in. The wallart was cunt; I live for a cute wall art. However, the place could use a nice deep cleaning, like repainting the walls, etc. I understand we got there 15mins to closing. Still revamp the place. I ordered the recommended key lime and churro.. for end of day donuts, the two were pretty delicious. Maybe I'll stop by earlier in the day to taste a fresher batch.

I love Mochinut, I hope they stay around for a long time. Can't eat that many, but if I could, I would. I like how this place looks, it's clean an colorful, all full of joy. If you haven't tried one yet, I recommend. The Orange cream is my favorite.

We were walking in the area and noticed that this place had some soft serve. The flavors of the day were vanilla and melon. I got a swirl of the soft serve. The melon had a refreshing taste to it and complimented the vanilla pretty well.

Really nice service, clean store! I got the sparkling lime and mango with half syrup, which was a perfect amount of sweet with tart.

Most of these new popular dessert places - not only mochi - are sloppy on the inside. Not so much here, but the interior is kinda aesthetically unpleasing. I stopped as there was a parking spot right in front of the eye-catching yellow facade. Service was friendly. I enjoyed the little donuts and if I'm craving a Korean-style hot dog I'll come here.

First time Mochinut at this location, I got their Ube, Churro, Pistachio flavors. The pistachio and churro were my favorite. Not too sweet. The ube with sprinkles was a bit too sweet for me and I didn't really enjoy the hard texture of the sprinkles with the donut. The donut has a nice chewy texture.

This mochinut location offers a variety of donut option for both sweet and savory. I ordered a box of 3 and got ube cream, campfire marshmallow and peach funnel cake. Everything was good ube cream was my favorite, the peach funnel cake was nothing special did not taste the peach tasted more like powdered sugar, and the charred marshmallow was soft and gooey. I enjoyed the mochi donut texture, slightly crunchy on the outside soft and chewy inside and the donut did not have an oily taste to it. I also got a Thai milk tea as well and the boba was hard as if it has been sitting there for a while. I thought it was funny that the staff just eyeball the measurements while making the drink. I liked what I order quick service and cute interior.

I've been here a few times and I love it. Mochi donuts are my absolute favorite. They switch up their flavors every week ish. I love the chocolate, tiramisu, peach, guava, passionfruit, and pumpkin flavors. The most recent time, I had the pumpkin cream and it was SO GOOOOOD. just like Starbucks pumpkin foam. They are not tooooo sweet and I love the texture. The inside is super cute and fun. There is seating. Parking can be hard at times. The staff is usually very nice.

OMG the mochi donut is so delicious! the texture is the best- reminds me of a crueller where it's kind of hollow inside. The flavors are inventive- really loved the crème brûlée flavor! and the soft serve was black sesame flavor, so good! will be back!

We happened upon a soft opening for Mochinut and not just mochi donuts are here. There's also ice cream and Korean hot dogs. I haven't had much experience with Korean hot dogs, but they are some of the most interesting and fun way to enjoy eating a hot dog. We went with two different ones, both half and half, which is mozzarella and hot dog. My daughter got a ramen crust and I got the potato crust. When one thinks about Korean hot dogs usually the one with potatoes is the visual. They had ones with hot Cheeto dust as well. There were options for dipping sauce as well. My daughter got a garlic mayo and that was hands down great. I asked for Sriracha mayo but somehow ended up with a curry mayo. As I said at the beginning, soft opening. The ramekin was mislabeled. Fun store, great location and the line was practically out the door. Bummer that the claw machine wasn't running yet. The teen would have done some damage. Enjoy.

This a great spot with some unique donuts and drinks. We shared the Churro, the lime and the pumpkin flavor. They were light but had a good flavor. They also offer a variety of drinks, I had the mango lemonade. It was very refreshing and had nice chunks of mango. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The interior is nicely decorated. They have ample seating, the interior is clean and bright. We had a good time hanging out and catching up with family it's worth stop every for a pricey donut.

They rotate flavors often, but Raw Honey & Sea Salt and Cinnamon Sugar are always available. The chai flavors are also excellent, especially the King & I, inspired by Thai pandan tea. I just had a chance to interact with their mobile food truck at an event, which was such a fun aspect to the overall event. I got a quad of donuts and a chocolatey chai! Also I will say this: Pip's offers a free birthday dozen, which is incredibly generous gift. My birthday falls around the holidays so I usually can't make it in, but I want to be clear that I have absolutely zero complaints about that. Adults, especially, should never grumble about not receiving a generous freebie. The fact that they offer it at all speaks volumes about the kind of business they are!

Walking in less than an hour before closing, we were surprised to see most of the items still in stock! We ended up picking four things to try: Vanilla Bean Kouign Amann ($7) - This pasty has a sweet yet salty exterior that's complementary in flavor rather than clashing. It's accentuated with a crunchy glazed and caramelized sugar layer that's on the sweeter side. The interior is interesting. There's a cavernous gap right in the center that's filled with a sickly sweet melted sugar syrup. It's unpleasantly sweet and very cloying. The puffed and filled area is large enough that it compresses the other layers so the kouign amann is dense. I've never had a kouign amann quite this sweet before. (3/5) Meyer Lemon Olive Oil Cake with Thyme ($5.50) - This cake is so moist and rich, thick and dense, fatty and rich, that it feels like I"m eating a slab of butter. I'm sure it has just as many calories too! It's quite sweet, although not nearly to the level of the kouign amann. Overall, it's just a really rich and decadent cake. (4/5) Blueberry + Vanilla Cream Brioche Donut w/ Earl Grey ($6) - The top of the pastry is dressed with a cream that has an unmistakably strong bergomot earl grey taste. I wish there was way more cream - there's essentially only a dab on top! The rest of the donut is filled with a custardy light blueberry and vanilla jam. It's not too sweet and has an excellent high quality blueberry fragrance, creating an exceptionally strong blueberry taste. The jam is not too thick and is somewhat syrupy from sugar. The donut itself is really soft and extremely airy. It's the fluffiest donut I've eaten in a long time. (5/5) Raspberry Rose Cruffin ($8.50) - This pastry has some fun dehydrated raspberries sprinkled right on top of a light and fluffy cream that's not too sweet. The cruffin base is buttery in taste and great lamination even when filled with the custard and rose/raspberry cream. This is a heavy cruffin that's very filling. The bakery case in front of the store is beautifully stocked with fresh pastries, perfect for enjoying with a cup of coffee or tea. However, be advised, there are only two tables in the back of their public space, so it's not particularly inviting space to sit and enjoy your breakfast. Given the location, I assume there is outdoor seating in the summer months, but don't quote me on that. Regardless, run here if you haven't been. These baked goods are worth the visit!
