I've only ordered delivery from here and I think I will again but it wouldn't be my first choice. Although it sounds like they have a lot of menu options, don't be fooled by the bentos. It's very sad - the best part about bentos is that there are a variety of sides but this only comes with some cauliflower. Stopped by to get a few items to try out. There weren't a lot of people so service was quick. We tried ordering on the service machine but when going to py it stopped working. The staff member was nice when taking our order. We got a spicy tuna onigiri, chicken onigiri and a pint of ube ice cream. The place was cute and pokemon themed which we loved all the plushies. The food came out fast. The chicken onigiri was good and will definitely get again. The spicy tuna onigiri was ok. I would still eat again but was a little disappointed the spicy wasn't incorporated into the tuna and it wasnt spicy enough. The ube ice cream is amazing and im still eating out if it this week. I have been a regular customer at this place since it opened. My favorite item had been the fried squid onigiri. Usually the onigiri is sufficient filled with fried squid and sea weed salad except for this time. The onigiri was mostly rice; a few strands of squid and hardly any sea weed salad. Riceballs here were great. There was a deal buy one get one 50%, or free i cant recall. But the interior was super cute and the drinks menu was soo extensive. They also sell mochi donuts and bento boxes, and sandwiches. Lot going on. I would return for riceballs and drinks! Had an odd encounter with the owner at the shop. Came into the shop fairly early; asked if the shop/kitchen is open for business as yet; owner replied "well, you're in here right?"- Umm, okay. Decided to order their special deal of BOGO half off Onigiri- ordered a Salmon and Crispy chicken onigiri which came out to be a total of 6.50- not too bad. Surprisingly really, really tasty! This place is new and we saw that they were doing a New Year deal for $38.99 (comes out to around $42 with taxes). The deal was 3 chicken sandwiches, 2 small sides (we got onion rings and calamari), 3 fruit tea drinks, and 8 pieces of fried chicken. It was soooo much food and the chicken was really good. I called in and asked to order their deal and I got it! Their service is awesome, she told me 20 minutes and it was ready when I got there. First saw this new store in Ubereats. Since it had good ratings I decided to give it a try! I ordered two Jasmine green milk tea one with boba and one with the taro mochi. First of all the drinks came with small straw and I couldn't even slurp my toppings, I had to open the film and eat them with a folk. One of the drinks had no sugar even though I ordered regular sugar level for both drinks. Both the boba and the taro mochi had no flavor and were hard texture wise. Cute place that just opened up. We had their grilled chicken and eel bento boxes and my kids gave it a thumbs up. Comes with a fruit tea (a bit much on the sweetness tho) but overall good combo. Also tried their curry fish balls and unfortunately the texture of the fish balls were a bit chewy... The core of this 4 star rating is due to their mochi donuts- super cute designs and not too sweet. My family loved them. I will come back again but maybe skip the fishballs. read more

I ordered a chicken sandwich that was raw but I did not realize till i ate half already and the next day I got food poisoning. They have this rewards point system that I signed up for, however when I tried to give my phone # to the cashier she just looked at me. Ignored me so I wasn't able to earn any points from the last two times I went. The deals is not really worth it compared to Nom Tea which is down the block from Mochick Tea.
