I have been a regular customer at this place since it opened. My favorite item had been the fried squid onigiri. Usually the onigiri is sufficient filled with fried squid and sea weed salad except for this time. The onigiri was mostly rice; a few strands of squid and hardly any sea weed salad. The rice was also too soft unlike sushi rice. I did not even finish it; threw it away after the first bite. Hardly worth the $5 spent. I can say that they just lost a regular customer; not coming back again

Riceballs here were great. There was a deal buy one get one 50%, or free i cant recall. But the interior was super cute and the drinks menu was soo extensive. They also sell mochi donuts and bento boxes, and sandwiches. Lot going on. I would return for riceballs and drinks! I got a fruit tea and aloe vera topping was very good and refreshing. they also have gelato!

Had an odd encounter with the owner at the shop. Came into the shop fairly early; asked if the shop/kitchen is open for business as yet; owner replied "well, you're in here right?"- Umm, okay. Decided to order their special deal of BOGO half off Onigiri- ordered a Salmon and Crispy chicken onigiri which came out to be a total of 6.50- not too bad. Wait time was just about ten minutes, which isn't bad. Onigiri came with a sriracha mayo sauce (tasty). Since it's my first time in the shop I did not realize the triangular seaweed rice is comparatively smaller than the ones from other cafes in the area. Overall, an okay experience

This is a smalll yet high quality bubble tea shop it is a small unassuming spot. With the large plethora of bubble tea shops spreading around nyc the only difference differentiating different spots is the quality of the product. This place had high quality tea and different unique flavors I have never seen b4. They also have a good variety of different toppings for your own customization. You can customize further with sugar and ice lvl. It is high quality tea but not the best ive ever had

Mochick Tea has been on my radar ever since I first saw it on Hungry Panda, though I have to admit, at the time, I was skeptical if it even existed since I couldn't find it on Google, Maps, or Yelp. Since then, however, I've read raving reviews about their food and drinks and decided to check it out for myself. We tried their Mix Berry Yogurt Smoothie and Cygnus Fruit Tea, and a word of advice? Skip the smoothies, stick with the teas. * Mix Berry Yogurt Smoothie 莓莓酸奶冰沙 Oddly tastes like a creamsicle, in the most artificial way possible, and incredibly sweet too (it doesn't help that sugar is non-adjustable). * Cygnus Fruit Tea 天鹅星 Sweet, light, and refreshing, with strawberry, lychee, and green tea flavors. It was my drink-- that is, until my sister stole it and dumped hers on me like I'm a trash can :p

I'm very annoyed. I ordered two onigiri's and a milk tea. Despite the food is fairly good, The wait is ridiculously long. It's been 30 mins for 3 simple things.

Lovely spot to grab a quick bite! Enjoyed the grilled chicken hamburger, bun was fluffy, chicken was flavorful. They have a lot of unique drinks too. Obsessed with the Oreo cake cream milk tea, incredibly rich and creamy. Mangonada is really special, spicy, tangy, sweet... very fun flavor combo!

Order the brown sugar milk tea and it was so satisfying! The boba was soft and the tea had just the right amount of sweetness I was looking for. The service was also great, super friendly and quick turnaround. Also, how cute is the logo?!

Their customer service was great. Probably my 5th time coming here and they have an ongoing buy one get one 50% off for rice balls. The food is better than I expected!

    Jasmine green tea

First saw this new store in Ubereats. Since it had good ratings I decided to give it a try! I ordered two Jasmine green milk tea one with boba and one with the taro mochi. First of all the drinks came with small straw and I couldn't even slurp my toppings, I had to open the film and eat them with a folk. One of the drinks had no sugar even though I ordered regular sugar level for both drinks. Both the boba and the taro mochi had no flavor and were hard texture wise. First and last time, there are better options out there!

I used to be more then a regular; a booster (as in supporter, not petty thief) of not simply…read moreBrancaccio's... but of Joe himself. A truly genuine, authentic salt of the earth guy. And one of the greatest chefs I've ever had the pleasure to know. And I've known my share of cats who made their livings and their names in a kitchen. From the very first day I discovered Brancaccio's I felt a magic a connection that I knew would change my life, make my belly really f--kin' happy and set my soul a-dancin'. On that first day Joe and I talked about the great food of NY; most of it gone but not forgotten by those who were of the time. We both lamented the lose of the legendary Zito's bakery on Bleecker. I can't tell you how long it had been since I'd ran into someone who even remembered Zito's much less was intimate with the place. I knew I was home. This was well over a decade ago. I won't go into specific things on Joe's menu that are worth trying because quite literally... everything is amazing. It just is! Soul satisfying beyond my ability to do justice to. I'd also like to throw out as an example of the humanity of the joint and it's capt. Joe... Joe treats his employees with respect, R E S P E C T as Aretha belted, dignity and the aforementioned humanity which is beautiful and virtually non-existent these days as far as I can see... and you can taste it in his food. That's just a big-ass Right On! Finally I like to say two or three things: First that as I initially identified myself as "used to being a regular" as and this is by no means a boo-hoo thing simply a fact... I fell pretty ill for a while and am just now beginning my reentry into the world. And as a matter of fact during the recent drag of days for me a thought kept slamming into the walls of my head and that was that I couldn't wait to once again sink my teeth into Joe's food. Well that day is here and I'm salivating at the thought. "I'll take one of everything my man!" Secondly, understand I've never written anything like this... I'm actually down on the whole review culture. So if this sounds at all "over the top"... or written by a cousin who Joe owes money to, get that thought right out of your head. All of I said is sincere and one from the heart. And lastly an additional "oh yea baby" to Joe's taste in music.

As far as the customer service goes I wish it was a bit better. The staff aren't the most pleasant. No good morning no acknowledgement of comprehending what you order they just walk away and start the order. Which is why I double check always. I do notice they speak more pleasantly to other customers that come in. Not sure if it's a culture thing or could they be discriminatory but it's a bit unsettling. Food: 3.8/5 I only order the poppy seed bagel and that's pretty tasty. Not to doughy although I do have them take out a good portion of the bread because I like it to be extremely thin. Service: 3 /5 Service needs major improvements , language barriers are also a major factor to consider as they do speak Spanish and their primary language. Ambiance: 3/5 Standard & basic bagel shop set up. Standing & waiting area is basic they have counter tops should you want to stand inside and eat nothing fancy. They do have a wide variety of drinks to choose from and coffee and tea.

Ok, first, let's be accurate about a few things. Etymologically, "batata" comes from the Spanish for "potato." This is a nod to "Sephardic" Jews, from the Hebrew word for the Iberian Peninsula (by definition, Spain and Portugal; after "expulsion," this came to include a diaspora more broadly northern African. I ended up coming back and trying more later though. Grilled Chicken Banh Mi - 4.5/5 The chicken was juicy, tender, and had a good amount of flavor. They also give you a lot of meat. The pickled filling wasn't overly vinegary, which I liked. Bread was good, nothing crazy. I do wish they went heavier on the mayo and pâté because it could have used a little more moisture. Grilled Pork Banh Mi - 4.5/5 Pretty much the same strengths as the chicken version. Good meat, solid flavor, good bread, and a nice balance of fillings. Could still use a little more sauce, but overall really good. Triple Ham Banh Mi - 4/5 Decent, but not exactly how I like my banh mi. It was a little dry for me. Maybe I just prefer mine wetter and a little more loaded with condiments. Small Plate / Flattened Bánh Ít Trần? - 5/5 I still need to figure out the actual name of this, but it was excellent. Very fresh and surprisingly filling, with a slightly sweet and savory flavor. The sauce paired with it extremely well. Easily one of the best things I had here. Price - 5/5 Pretty cheap for a New York spot, especially considering the portions and quality. Experience - 5/5 Simple menu and everything has been pretty consistent. There's a decent amount of seating and it isn't too loud. Just know that you may need cash, and there's an ATM a couple blocks away.
