I immediately went online to try & locate a repair service. I was at a family members home in Ft Lauderdale & called Total Mobility Services. I was in panic mode because without my scooter I would not be able to travel alone & get my flight. From the moment I spoke to this woman Johanna she calmed me down & assured me she would do anything to help! She asked me for my location & placed me on a very brief hold & told me there was a driver making a delivery not far away & made arrangements for him to pick up my scooter & bring it in for repair. Julius was friendly & amazing! Johanna called me back & stated Fernando the Tech was able to fix it & Julius the driver who picked it up would return it! This entire process was less than two hours & I had it back in plenty of time for my flight. This team of workers Johanna, Julius & Fernando were AMAZING! I have never experienced customer service at this level, and the price for this service was extremely reasonable! Thank you for all your help & your Team is A+++. I went to Rose Pharmacy located across the Westside Regional Hospital to purchase a raised toilet…read moreseat for my mother who was at the hospital and was being discharged on the following day. The owner asked me how much my mother weighed and recommended a toilet seat that cost $70.00. Once my mother got discharged the day after, I realized the toilet seat was too small and immediately took it to the store to be exchanged. The old man who sold me toilet seat welcomed me back with a major attitude and asked me how I can help you like I was some sort of criminal. I explained to him that the toilet seat raise he sold me the day before was too small and needed a bigger one. He flat out told me that he doesn't accept returns and needed to leave his store. I told him I was never told about their return policies when I made the purchase. At that moment, he pointed out to a separate piece of paper that was attached to my receipt by the older lady who I believe to be his wife. I told him they have a very deceptive practice because they need to let their customers be aware items sold in their store are non-refundable and not just attaching a piece of paper in the receipts after the item is purchased without customers' knowledge. I do not recommend anyone to buy anything at Rose Pharmacy due to their dirty and deceptive practices. I was left with a useless item that ended costing me $70.00. See attached pictures.

Because mobility works will not educate the consumer. With maintenance, they won't discuss what they are doing... rather they just do it and send you on your way. Most recently I started driving in my wheelchair. Driver seat removed. No discussion about the base I owned. I likely can't use this base again or may but need it... but that is for them to discuss with me. Rather they kept my base and said nothing about it. I assumed it was in the boot of my van with the driver seat. Nope. The process of reinstalling this lock took months!! The tech was deceiving every step of the way.

I my opinion with my recent experience the have started to screw the customer and make profit. I bet they even offer commissions on unnecessary repairs performed at the customers expense. I brought my Sprinter UVL [ which they have serviced for at least 6 years] for an immediate problem that the hydraulic system has a leaked out all the fluid. Most likely a line or cylinder seal. I am versed in mechanic and I am knowledgeable enough to see through their scamming. I know the defect in my UVL lift is not the cartridge as they attempted to insist I need a new one Which is very costly.I brought the van in for specific hydraulic leak. They saw an opportunity ( not the problem) to profiteer assuming a typical customer doesn't understand the mechanic or the function of the lift. They tried to turn a basic hose failure into a very costly job. I spoke with MW service director Mr. Gavin Pullen, and he offered you help and couldn't answer my questions. He stood up for the fraudulent actions. I brought the van to another Braun dealer and they changed the hydraulic hoses. Nothing was wrong with the cartridge. Handicap people have enough obstacles , we don't need to be taken advantage of financially by "stealing" via attempted fraudulent repairs.

Well we have finally found Ocean Conversions. Richard Ruggeri came over to her house quite a number of times to show her different wheelchair styles and was so kind, caring and patient always. Once she decided on the model that fit her body best, Richard was able to explain how we could have a lockdown installed in the front seat. She is now able to sit in the front seat where the airbags are. Ocean Conversions put in an extension to the seatbelt so she is double locked down and she and her driver are safe when they and her caregiver are on the road! Disneyland here they come!
