    I was on a cruise & during transport after cruise my scooter became disabled. I have very limited…read moremobility & was in Ft Lauderdale & had a flight to Massachusetts in the early evening. I immediately went online to try & locate a repair service. I was at a family members home in Ft Lauderdale & called Total Mobility Services. I was in panic mode because without my scooter I would not be able to travel alone & get my flight. From the moment I spoke to this woman Johanna she calmed me down & assured me she would do anything to help! She asked me for my location & placed me on a very brief hold & told me there was a driver making a delivery not far away & made arrangements for him to pick up my scooter & bring it in for repair. Julius was friendly & amazing! Johanna called me back & stated Fernando the Tech was able to fix it & Julius the driver who picked it up would return it! This entire process was less than two hours & I had it back in plenty of time for my flight. This team of workers Johanna, Julius & Fernando were AMAZING! I have never experienced customer service at this level, and the price for this service was extremely reasonable! Thank you for all your help & your Team is A+++. Your Company is Strongly Recommended! Great Teamwork!

She's bedridden and had bed sores and they just chose not to send a gel pad for her. When questioned by the doctor they told her I was rude to them on the phone. I was not rude I just asked for a supervisor so that they could get to the bottom of this problem. They chose to deny my mother a necessary piece of equipment for her pain and suffering instead of calling me and telling me to try another Supply Company. I have already found a new company that promised to deliver the item in a few hours. Don't waste your time with these people they are the ones who are rude.

I have called multiple times and they lied to me each and every time Saying it is on its way. I had surgery on Wednesday and the walker was ordered by the hospital The same day. I was discharged on Thursday and am non-weight bearing on my left leg and have no means of getting around because of their lies. If you make a promise that the medical equipment will be delivered and your company can't deliver DO NOT LIE to the customer!!! Maybe try and do the right thing especially when someone depends on it!!!!!

I had just stopped there to wait for my flight and parked legally on a public street alongside other cars. Out of nowhere, a woman from the company stormed into the shop yelling that my car had been hit--and then bizarrely started blaming me for being parked there. I wasn't even in the vehicle. What made the situation worse was how unprofessional and evasive they were. They wouldn't tell me who had been driving the van, and they flat-out refused to provide any insurance information. It wasn't until the Broward Sheriff's Department arrived that they finally started cooperating--but even then, the driver withheld their insurance, leaving me stuck dealing with a rental claim and chasing down a police report. I've tried to handle this respectfully and directly, but the lack of accountability, the aggressive behavior at the scene, and the refusal to provide legally required information has been incredibly frustrating. This company may provide services to those in need, but based on my experience, their professionalism and integrity are seriously lacking. I would think twice before trusting them with anything important--especially when they can't even take responsibility for a simple accident.

I called five hours before sailing, and was given an emergency number to call. I was told that someone would contact me that day to resolve the problem. Crickets. I was unable to use the scooter for the entire trip. Eleven days later, I still have not received any sort of acknowledgement from Special Needs Group. I torched $516.00 for nothing. Not happy.
