    I was on a cruise & during transport after cruise my scooter became disabled. I have very limited…read moremobility & was in Ft Lauderdale & had a flight to Massachusetts in the early evening. I immediately went online to try & locate a repair service. I was at a family members home in Ft Lauderdale & called Total Mobility Services. I was in panic mode because without my scooter I would not be able to travel alone & get my flight. From the moment I spoke to this woman Johanna she calmed me down & assured me she would do anything to help! She asked me for my location & placed me on a very brief hold & told me there was a driver making a delivery not far away & made arrangements for him to pick up my scooter & bring it in for repair. Julius was friendly & amazing! Johanna called me back & stated Fernando the Tech was able to fix it & Julius the driver who picked it up would return it! This entire process was less than two hours & I had it back in plenty of time for my flight. This team of workers Johanna, Julius & Fernando were AMAZING! I have never experienced customer service at this level, and the price for this service was extremely reasonable! Thank you for all your help & your Team is A+++. Your Company is Strongly Recommended! Great Teamwork!

    When this company made a mistake and was overcharging Medicare for a piece of equipment that they…read morehad picked up they decided that they were not going to fulfill my other prescriptions for my mother. She's bedridden and had bed sores and they just chose not to send a gel pad for her. When questioned by the doctor they told her I was rude to them on the phone. I was not rude I just asked for a supervisor so that they could get to the bottom of this problem. They chose to deny my mother a necessary piece of equipment for her pain and suffering instead of calling me and telling me to try another Supply Company. I have already found a new company that promised to deliver the item in a few hours. Don't waste your time with these people they are the ones who are rude.

I have called multiple times and they lied to me each and every time Saying it is on its way. I had surgery on Wednesday and the walker was ordered by the hospital The same day. I was discharged on Thursday and am non-weight bearing on my left leg and have no means of getting around because of their lies. If you make a promise that the medical equipment will be delivered and your company can't deliver DO NOT LIE to the customer!!! Maybe try and do the right thing especially when someone depends on it!!!!!

    I had major ankle/foot surgery last month (March) resulting in reaching my "max out of pocket…read morecost." This means if "MyMedicalOutlet" had been a professional company they would respect customer relationship with insurance companies. I expect "MyMedicalOutlet" will comment that their prices are SO LOW because they bypass dealing with insurance, more likely they are in for fast sales. When I realized I had not included my insurance coverage at order time (within 2 hrs of placing order) I called the company add insurance or cancel order, I was told my order had "already been picked up by carrier," this was early in the afternoon CA time. I do not believe that was the case in this instant, again wanted the fast sale. I am giving a 2 star review only because the order was sent correctly, within a week. I will never order from them again due to trust issues, I do believe they lied to me regarding the pickup by carrier. Beware of honesty with "MyMedicalOutlet"
