The Auto Finish Clinic - Saved me over 1500.00 in repairs and looks great !!! Very happy - Body Shops Near Me - Miami, Florida

I took my car to auto finish clinic February 29 cause I had an accident, and it's was pretty bad I'm not going to Lie about it. My insurance give them $10000..... to fix it. They took more than 2 months to fix a Toyota Camry 2019. the problem is that after they give me my car, the car is still broken. They only repaired the outside of my car, but the bottom is crap. the owner does not take responsibility for the things that happen in his workshop, he is rude and once he has the money he does not care about his clients. ‼DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE‼ you are going to regret it. I had the rims powder coated and brake calipers painted on my prized toy, a 1998 BMW Z3 M Roadster. I am very pleased with the finished product. Looks like new and really completes the car's look. Service was great, the shop stayed in touch with me throughout the process and the price was very fair. I would use The Auto Finish Clinic again, highly recommend. read more

I can't even tell you what kind of work they do, as it's almost 3 months and I am still waiting for my car. They showed up at the accident- obviously tuned into the police radio. They have told me for a month now my car would be ready next week, and there's always another problem. It has cost me thousands out of my pocket because my car has been in their shop now so long. This isn't because of parts either- it's calling out the adjuster numerous x for changes, employees missing work, holidays... you name it, I've heard the excuses. Frankly, I just want my car back. I pray they fix it well, but go elsewhere. read more

My Dodge Dart's driver and passenger door were demolished due to a hit and run. Through the recommendation of a coworker, I had the Auto Clinic take a look to see if my car was reparable. They walked me through the entire process in regards to calling my insurance, assisting with getting a rental, and answering any and every question I had. When my insurance company said that my vehicle could be a total loss, the Auto Clinic ensured me that they would fix my vehicle. 3 weeks later my car looked brand new. They even detailed the inside of my car as a courtesy. Definitely appreciate the labor they put towards my vehicle. I will definitely use there service again in the future. 5 stars!!!!! read more

Easily worst shop I've ever been too take months on months just to do a half a** job, save yourself some time and take your car to professional shop or your dealer, ESPECIALLY IF YOUR INSURANCE IS HANDLING IT! read more

BIGGEST SCAM EVER !! DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! So after my car accident, this one guy named Anthony approached my mother & I stating he was the ONLY owner of "Auto Finish Clinic" & that I would be able to leave with a rental right away and have an adjuster come in the very next day to see my car. This was all a lie because 1st of all, he was not the owner, just an employee. 2nd, I had to wait an entire week for the rental and adjuster. They had my car for a total of 18 business days and did the most amateur job ever! The paint was uneven, the mechanical pieces (WHICH THEY HAD NO BUSINESS TOUCHING) were loose. The bumper was loose. They did not install my Halo lights correctly as well. These "professionals" are all amateurs & don't know what they are doing. The owner named Robert is a total IDIOT. He does not know how to be professional with clients or how to even simply just listen to the clients concerns. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. read more

Not sure the other liars who went here and said he was difficult but a very sweet man. Absolutely would recommend!!!!! Thanks auto finish clinic will be coming back again! read more

I was recently in a rear end accident and my back bumper on my Lexus IS250 was cracked. A friend referred me to Auto Fresh Clinic and what a blessing!! They were so helpful and reasonable. My bumper was fixed in less time then originally planned. Raquel (front desk receptionist) was very nice and helpful. This is the place to take your car for repairs. read more

If I could give this place less than one star I would. They have an employee working there Michael who tracks live accidents and goes to the scene of the accident trying to offer the services of this clinic. My insurance didn't cover the damage that happened to my vehicle from a rear end collision so I went to this place being told I would get 20% off and that my vehicle would be drive able again and it was until the engine blew up a week later. When I went to pick up my vehicle they didn't bother to throw in paint for the horrible work they did on my car. I Paid $1000 and they did $100 worth of work. They straightened out my hood and supposedly realigned the front of the car due to it being pushed back from the accident but when I inspected their work, the fan wasn't working and the sides of the hood are all uneven. I had multiple people tell me I had terrible body work done on my car and should've paid less than what I paid for. These people are big scam artists especially Michael (the one will show up to the scene of the accident to hook you to go there) and Robert (the owner) this guy doesn't know how to talk to anyone and will just tell you lies of how hes going to give you a good deal and throw in all these things for the car but doesnt end up doing it. I went to pick up my car and was so disappointed with my car and couldn't even talk to Robert because he had already was on a flight. This place didn't install the parts on my car properly and it resulted in my engine overheating and blowing up a week later, now I have to pay Toyota $4,000 to put a new engine in my car. I honestly plan on sueing this place. read more

I've had two jobs done by these guys and I'm very satisfied with the work. Robert is true to his word and goes out of his way to satisfy his customers. I would definitely recommend this business. read more

Such a horrible experience. Not even worth 1 star. Read reviews online and decided to bring my wheels for power coating as my friend works next to this shop. After picked up everything looked ok before every single rim and pieces I've left were powered coated started peeling off. No preparation, no sand blasting just pure powder coated on a top of the chrome. After brought back everything owner was so rude didn't want to get in fight with him so I left everything for them to redo it. Robert has to go to anger management classes and school how to do customer service, didn't hear anything like we apologize or sorry about this mess . 1 week later nothing was touched so I decided to pick up the parts as people I guess just don't know to do the job . Got only half of my money back and wasted 3 weeks in total. Just a side note that found other place to do it ( with preparation, awesome place was very happy ) and paid even cheaper that this shop was charging me. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. NEVER COMING BACK !!! read more
