On the 3rd time a women answered. This lady not only was she yelling at me she was highly verbal aggressive she wouldn't give me her name. She was very insulting to me and she never stop yelling. I called the service inquiries and got better service from Marcie and also Tami and Eve from the complaint department. However the unpleasantries that I received from the woman must be a disgruntled employee who doesn't give a rats ass about Lincare. I thinking about calling the BBB as well as enlisting my congressman about Lincare . If Lincare truly records calls here is the date November 11th between 9:17 and 9:32 am. I have the complaint ticket number and I will look forward to hearing further about this matter. I will never recommend Lincare to anyone except the devil. This women hit more then just a nerve with me. Her attitude was unbelievable. I never experienced such a nasty attitude from even bad companies like I did from Lincare. Billing department. This one is extremely hard to let go. Although I received apologies from other employees which I do accept it doesn't make up for the disrespect, rude, verbal abuse that I received from this one woman. I hope that they (Lincare) can find that recording because she would be reprimanded on the spot. Yes it's one bad apple but it spoiled a whole bunch.

This office should be condemned by the Norwalk health department. It was so filthy!!! Papers everywhere, No order or filing systems. No wonder they can't find any faxes. I also gave it a 2 because everyone that worked there had NO PERSONALITY. I had a hard time locating the office supplies today and I asked a woman who just stared at me blankly and said "over there." Well thanks, I could have figured that one out myself. When I went to the front to pay, the gentleman behind the counter was staring off into space and did not see me coming. A woman that worked there shouted, "you have a customer," to which he looked at me and I moved forward to the counter. He did not say "hello", he did not say "did you find everything?", he didn't even say "Do you have a CVS card or phone number you would like to enter?" I was shocked. I mean CVS does not sound like the most fun place to work in the world but come on, have a little personality especially if you are dealing with the public all day. On a side note, I went to the CVS up in Glastonbury CT yesterday and the gentleman at the front desk was so peppy and happy, it was amazing. I wanted to come back that same day. He was SUPER excited. I'm not saying that you have to be super peppy when working with the public but a nice smile, a "hello." Anything but blank stares.

You may suspect I'm a mature gentleman (even an old fart), and you'd be right. So I remember when there were no chain pharmacies -- no names, please! -- and the sort of personal service those privately-owned establishments offered. I step into Achorn's and back to 1965 -- without the soda fountain, which I must admit I miss. They know my name; they know the medications I take; with a glance at the computer they know which ones have no refills left and happily contact the doctors themselves to get a renewal. If they don't have my medication in stock, they get it within 12 to 24 hours. When special situations arrive, like an extended vacation, they work the insurance company angles to get what I need to be covered during a long absence. In short, I can't imagine how they could be any better! And if you're buying medications covered by insurance, the prices are exactly the same at those larger locations. So please don't go there if you don't already because right now the worst line I experience is one person in front of me!
