If you're on a less common medication, expect when you go for a refill, to get maybe 17 out of 90 prescribed, and then have to come back a few days later for the balance. I was told, by a not over-solicitous pharmacist there that if I wanted, I should call a week early to be sure they had it in stock. And recently, when I had an infection, my primary doc phoned in an antibiotic Rx, but the pharmacist decided to leave an hour early, so no meds could be dispensed. My low-grade fever became a much higher fever by the next day when I had access. (The MD was having his own emergency). I was told to return 9AM next day, even though google, etc. says their office hours are 10AM-5PM. Oh, and most of the time (i.e., when Sonali isn't there) they don't answer the phones; they let them go to voice mail. Can't be bothered talking to people, I guess. So I waited an extra hour before driving in. After almost 30 years, I'm going elsewhere!

Most that I called, were not very nice on the phone & they said he would have to wait almost a week to get a new one since they were booked & busy. I called CT&A and spoke to Mike who was very friendly & helpful. He told me if we placed the order by noon, he could assure delivery by Saturday (only two days). I had him call my dad to go over specifics and he told him to expect a call on Saturday to notify him of the time of arrival. I was worried due to traffic & weather that they might be delayed, but Michael & Standre came over to my Dad's house at 10:30 am and replaced the refrigerator with a brand new one. It fit perfectly in the space and they kindly helped my dad remove its contents and put trash in the garage. They also had to remove a door to fit it into the kitchen but put it back even better than before as it used to be a little loose on the hinges. They could not have been kinder and more sensitive to my dad. I am really impressed with the sales team (Mike) , the delivery experience (Michael & Standre) & the overall level of service & reliability. I can't recommend them enough & will always use County TV for our appliance replacement!

They carry the big name brands and lesser-known, less expensive options like Queen Helene (I love the Olive Oil Masque, about $3 for 6 oz last time I was there). It's worth a visit for all kinds of bargains on anything related to beauty. If you can't find an item anywhere else, chances are, they have it. With the sheer volume of stuff it can be hard to find what you're looking for, but the staff is knowledgeable and happy to help. With the holidays coming, Unique would be a great place to shop for gifts. No shortage of stocking-stuffers here! And it's nice to shop at a small business instead of the big box stores.
