Over 100 stitches were required, and the healing so far has been far better than I expected, with minimal scarring. Throughout the treatment, Dr. Kishinevsky was patient, professional, and reassuring, completing the procedure efficiently and without discomfort. The follow-up consultation at her Norwalk office was seamless and thorough. In what was a very difficult situation, the care I received was excellent, and I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Kishinevsky.

Unlike others, I felt their customer service was not great at all, and I had a way better experience at Unique Beauty. They get to keep four stars because of their selection. Earlier this year I went in looking for a BB or CC cream, explicitly telling the saleswoman that I prefer only having to wear one product on my face in the summer. She then tried to sell me a moisturizer to wear under another moisturizer to wear under a layer of foundation to wear under a layer of powder. This may be a workable routine for some, but it the COMPLETE opposite of what I asked for and I was livid. This is not the only example of something similar happening, but it is the worst. I tried to avoid after that. Today I went into the branch that I generally prefer, and had an even better experience than usual. A woman named Jackie helped me and she was amazing. She listened to what I said and I walked out with exactly what I wanted (plus a little more, which is fine). She was also accommodating of the fact that my 2-year-old was being a little rambunctious, and I was ultimately really happy with the experience. Overall, I highly recommend the store on the east side of Main St. (near Shoes n More) and would avoid the branch across the street at all costs. I don't know if the difference in staff is by design, but one is consistently better than the other.
