Spoke with several reps at Asurion to ensure the correct services were rendered and well I was sold products and service under false pretenses. Asurion puts in claims that were fraudulent. Lies to customers only to pass the coverup to other reps. When escalated to supervisors they endorsed the fraudulent insurance claims. Additionally, on recorded lines continued to endorse this business practice to upsell additional insurance packages just to get more services. Asurion is a scam, while I recognize that for some it works with relatively no problems that far outweighs the corruption and fraud that is happening up and down the organization. I am currently waiting for a manager to return calls to address this type of shady business practice. Before escalation to At&T and their corporate partnership teams. Yes I'm frustrated however, it's important that people know and are informed that this company should be avoided and reported for fraud. Two or their core values of customer first and act with integrity are not being acted at all levels of the organization.

There was nobody at the Customer Service desk so I started looking for a staff. The first staff that I found happened to be the GM. I raised my hand and he spotted me. He started walking toward me and was called by another customer. Instead of helping me, he turned around and helped that lady. I let this one go. After he finished with that lady, he started walking toward me again and again was called by a different lady. He ignored me the second time and started helping this other lady. By this time, I had stood there for a good 15 to 20 minutes. Then I saw another staff walked right behind me. Instead of helping me, she helped another customer who had just walked in the door. I was denied customer service three times. I will never shop here again. I had told family and friends about this experience. I had called in to file a complaint.

These people don't know what they are doing and this one guy in particular has terrible customer…read moreservice skills. Let me bring you in on this. I had a sub and amp installed on 2 different vehicles, 2 different times, and needed to be fixed. The most recent was a Buick a couple weeks ago, and 2 years ago a Malibu. Both had issues with a humming sound from the sub that ruined my music and possibly could've damaged my equipment. Both times "they did nothing wrong" and this dude tried his absolute hardest to avoid any fault. I had to take them in a second day for them to fix it, a huge inconvenience AND NEITHER TIME DID THEY SAY SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. With the Buick specifically (and this is why I'm never coming back) the guy I've been talking to about the humming (which would happen EVERY TIME I shut my car off, and loud enough to hear from inside my house) had the audacity to tell me he could not recreate my issue- but fixed it anyway. Implying what?! That I lied? What kind of bs is that? Every time I'd call this arrogant prick he would pick up the phone and he would try to explain somewhere that it wasn't his fault. Gave every excuse under the sun. Even saying it would shut off by itself after 2 mins (it didn't btw). And again.. NOT ONE TIME DID HE APOLOGIZE! Now watch as he lies on the reply comment.
