Dreadful (actually non-existent) service of what they sell. Blame something - anything - else rather than stand behind what they sell.

I took my Cordless driver there to see if they had, or could repair, the batteries. The aftermarket replacement batteries they had were too large to fit in my cordless' carrying case, so I opted to have the battery packs repaired. The gentleman who helped me said I must pay before repairs, which I did, and they would call me when the work was finished. After receiving a call from them, I went in to pick up my repaired batteries, only to be told that I had to pay for them (again). I told the guy that I had already paid when I dropped them off, and he said they have no record of payment. He then told me that I could not take them without payment first. Update: I checked my bank and cannot find where I paid for the battery repair up front. I also pulled out my copy of the repair ticket with "total balance due". Therefore I will change my review from "not good" to "good". I'm not afraid to admit when I'm wrong, so I apologize for my earlier "venting" and negative review. read more

The little kid that runs the counter is inconsiderate and incompetent. Last month he flipped my $2000 Movado on its face on the hard counter top to change the battery! I had to ask for him to put on a pad. This week just rude!! No more here read more

We called ahead before we made treacherous journey there and once our whole family got there they had the audacity to blankly say too bad we don't have one left. Very disorganized ! They didn't know how to process a Square Trade warranty even though they are an authorized repair shop. I scheduled an appointment online by still had to wait 1.75 hours for my screen repair. Was supposed to receive a call when it was done but didn't. And they wouldn't honor the $10 coupon from the website. They need to get it together. read more

This place has the lowest possible customer service there is. These people don't care about you or your device issues at all. I was looking to replace the battery in my iPhone 7 and I called ahead to make sure that they had batteries for my phone in stock. The employee on the phone informed me that there were PLENTY of the iPhone 7 batteries in stock, we immediately drove to the store which is about 45 minutes from our homestead. When we arrived we were helped by the least educated person I've ever met in my entire life. He had the balls to tell me that they were sold out. Let me remind you that I called maybe 40 minutes before I got there and they had PLENTY at the time. I'm very disappointed in there service and they were very rude and short with their responses. I stopped at this location to get a wrist watch battery changed. If you have a cheap watch that you don't care much about this is the place for you. If you have watches are high-quality and expensive avoid. They don't have the all correct tools for properly removing the covers you end up with scratches. read more

One star because of that fact that I cracked my phone and brought it in to battery's + bulbs. Right away the employees seemed to know what they were doing. An hour or so later got my phone back in what seemed to be good condition with a new screen. After I got home I realized that when I typed the screen it selected three to five different spots at once and didn't stop to type when I lifted my finger off. I brought the phone back in later that week and was told that he was "too busy to fix it tonight and to come back on a weekend" so I agreed and left later that day I was holding my phone in one hand and bag in the other and the pressure of me turning the door handle with my phone hand cracked the screen so when I returned to battery + I was told he could no longer get my phone replaced because he wouldn't get his warranty money back for the screen that never worked in the first place. read more

Terrible experience on all levels. I went there to get my wife's car battery swapped out. The store was empty and i was the only customer yet the kid working "didn't have time" to do a 5 minute battery change on a car parked 10 feet away. I purchased the battery and promptly returned it after thinking about the poor service and what was, in my mind, an unmotivated employee who didn't care about his job or the customer. Asked to speak to a manager & was told they currently don't have one. I used to recommend this store to people. I'm no longer giving this store any of my business. We brought my daughter's phone in to fix a cracked screen (which they provide a warranty for). Afterwards, there seemed to be some problems with its operation and they replaced the screen for free within a few hours. A few days later, it appeared there was a more serious problem. We went there again and they looked at it as we waited. After awhile, they concluded they'd have to send it to their shop to fix. However, we REALLY needed the phone within two days. Not for everyday use, but we really DID need it. When I explained why, we were pleasantly surprised that they replaced the phone that day for us. You can't ask for better follow-up service. read more

Worst batteries plus I have ever been to. The people there don't have a clue what they are talking about and lie to the customer. they lie so well that they trick the customers into thinking that they actually know the bull shit they are saying. the manager is a dirty bastard and the employees talk terrible about you in the back. the wait time on tec builds is way to long (2 plus weeks) when i know for a fact that it does not take that long to make a pack no matter how much they are behind. if they didn't slack so much they would have turn around date. also the builds that they do are so terrible that they break within a month or so. they stuff the packing on drill packs with cardboard and there is dried glue everywhere inside the pack. take my advice or not but I've worked at other batteries plus' and none were as bad as this one. so do what you want but if you want actual care and the truth about what you are buying or about batteries or bulbs go somewhere else. read more
