These people don't know what they are doing and this one guy in particular has terrible customer…read moreservice skills. Let me bring you in on this. I had a sub and amp installed on 2 different vehicles, 2 different times, and needed to be fixed. The most recent was a Buick a couple weeks ago, and 2 years ago a Malibu. Both had issues with a humming sound from the sub that ruined my music and possibly could've damaged my equipment. Both times "they did nothing wrong" and this dude tried his absolute hardest to avoid any fault. I had to take them in a second day for them to fix it, a huge inconvenience AND NEITHER TIME DID THEY SAY SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. With the Buick specifically (and this is why I'm never coming back) the guy I've been talking to about the humming (which would happen EVERY TIME I shut my car off, and loud enough to hear from inside my house) had the audacity to tell me he could not recreate my issue- but fixed it anyway. Implying what?! That I lied? What kind of bs is that? Every time I'd call this arrogant prick he would pick up the phone and he would try to explain somewhere that it wasn't his fault. Gave every excuse under the sun. Even saying it would shut off by itself after 2 mins (it didn't btw). And again.. NOT ONE TIME DID HE APOLOGIZE! Now watch as he lies on the reply comment. Proving my point. Surely no one else but this tubby guy with long hair can be right about anything. Tldr honestly the bad service needed to be called out. Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, it won't happen for a third time.

Now it won't even start up right: it did before just really slow, Then I go to check it this morning an the battery is dead, try to plug in the adapter cord for charging and come to find they sent us home with the wrong one!

It weighed over 100 pounds, and had shipped from Los Angeles. Shipping it back was going to be a challenge, just to get the package into the trunk of my car. An older gentleman (another customer) helped me load it onto a cart to get it into the store. The three associates there then went into action, and they were phenom. They took charge of packaging it up, taping and putting special VERY HEAVY stickers on it, things like that. They handled all the paperwork, even made me a photocopy of what I signed when I asked. In short, I was so impressed with their high customer service orientation and work ethic, that as I was driving home, I passed by Perkins, and I went in and bought each of them a $10 gift card.
