There's a curbside sign at the door, and one at the parking lot. Making it obvious, if you've ordered curbside service, park there and call. I went in seeking a contract upgrade. Upon entering, a female employee talking to a customer loud enough for me to hear and said "I can't believe people don't know how to read. We have this big sign and he thinks he can just walk in here." The customer defended me, saying she interpreted the sign as I did. I don't have a contract and all my phones are unlocked. I was seeking a simple upgrade in service. Verizon down the road had a simple sign to wait in car. How you treat customers matters. This is my 3rd attempt at this store in 2 years. It's the same manager, and the same female attitudes. Avoid this store, the manager, and his witchy crew. read more

AT&T itself is okay, the staff is friendly, but this store is terrible with wait times. It's not uncommon to wait 30 standing by the door for someone to be able to help you. It's happened to me several times. read more

As a long time customer to ATT it is sad for me to say that I can't recommend this provider. Persistent connectivity issues...after a long period of fair to good working order...despite hours spent with 611 support and repetitive instructions to reset phone, change towers, restart phone, etc etc. My strong encouragement is to look at Verizon or any other provider first and ATT as a last resort. AT&T is on commission so be ready to bombarded with the "who cares about your questions, Lets just get you into a new phone!" This is a corporate store so if you visit any other At&t store you can only go to corporate stores to exchange phones or do anything with. I.E you can't exchange a phone you bought from the E.C store in Menomonie. I found these people rather pushy and if i was to ever go to a At&t store it will be in Menomonie. read more

Horrible service. We drove two hours to switch a SIM card. We were told to wait in our car. They called us with 45 minutes until closing to say they won't help us. 16 years of AT&T phones and direct tv this has put me over the edge! read more

Ended up getting charged for service stopping on our internet account after being told that auto pay was working. Tried to call and get it figured out and the representative was incredibly rude and talked to us like we were total idiots. We shouldn't have signed a contract because we really want to just cancel service and be done with this place. read more

Brandy from AT&T on golf road really helped my mom and I out of a tough situation with sprint. We were only waiting 5 minutes in the store when she came up to us and helped us right away. It was very easy to talk to her and she helped us with all of our questions and made us feel so comfortable when we were with her! We were there for quite sometime trying to figure out how to get off of Sprint network and she was very patient with us the entire time. Highly recommend going to her if you're in the Eau Claire area and need to go to AT&T. read more

I have never had so many issues with a company before. They do not follow through with pricing guarantees, have extremely poor customer service, and keep raising prices every 3 months even though the pricing was supposed to be locked for 1 year. Then they cut off my service all together for not paying but as it turns out they were looking at the wrong account and I had been paying all along. The internet is also poor with difficulty streaming netflix without needing time to load. I am not happy with any part of this service. Do yourself a favor and go with another company. read more

I went in to purchase a new Iphone and they wouldn't sell me one unless I agreed to go on the next program, which would eliminate my unlimited data. Who doesn't make a sale. Said that I had to purchase the new phone from the ATT website. read more
