Tangled Up in Hue has a plethora of quality items that are locally made. Also, it was all reasonably priced. So even though we didn't intend to buy anything for ourselves, you can rest assured that my husband and I managed to walk out with a few things just for us. My mom checked out ahead of me and was absolutely thrilled that the clerk wrapped her gift items in tissue paper and put them in adorable gift boxes. What a treasure in Downtown Eau Claire!!!

The phone system needs to be repaired or replaced due to if you call they can't hear you and you can't really hear them also. The reason I know they don't work is I called them after I was overcharged. It was not a lot it was for 6.00 dollars but that is not the point. I had a really difficult time trying to work out the issue with the man on the phone and after he understood what happened he said " I can't do anything for you I just work here". The person on the phone then gave me the owners number, I called and left a message with no response. I called back a couple hours later and left a voicemail still no response. Again it's not the money amount, it's being passed off or ignored that bothers me the most. I will not say don't go there because I think you really need to see this place and all the amazing items. They need to make the phones work, one it's not safe if somebody got hurt and had to call medical attention the land line is useless. If they have a cellphone that works there then this situation should have never happened.
