Mislabeled packaging, overpriced kits, and a no exceptions no returns or refunds policy. Spare and replacement parts were considerably overpriced as well. At a glance I saw a used R/C helicopter priced at $150- when I got home I looked it up and the exact model was a third of the price brand new elsewhere. All of that aside, dude has a sticker on display right behind the register with a legit swastika on it. Guy was creepy right from the start and was smoking in the store as well. Highly recommend staying very far away from this place!
