At a glance I saw a used R/C helicopter priced at $150- when I got home I looked it up and the exact model was a third of the price brand new elsewhere. All of that aside, dude has a sticker on display right behind the register with a legit swastika on it. Guy was creepy right from the start and was smoking in the store as well. There was an error in my address so I immediately reached out to eBay and the company to have the issue resolved. EBay confirmed that the address was updated and sent a message to the seller. I received a message from the seller with a threat to cancel my order if they didn't hear back from me by 7am. I responded asking to work with the customer service department to resolve the issue. They again responded with a threat to cancel my order by 7am. I mentioned that I would review the company commensurate to the level of customer service I received--which was poor, and the Customer Service Manager, Jolene, called me a "feedback extortionist" and breached our contract by cancelling my order without consent. I was willing to talk on the phone to work out the details. I called Goldstar Tech Inc three times (in which, as another reviewer wrote, they did not answer). I called eBay three times, and all seemed fine until I kept receiving the threats to cancel from the seller. Ultimately, they relisted the item, probably hoping to achieve a higher bid price. I will NEVER buy from this company again, and neither should you.
