glass in the bathroom broke during the really cold stretch of weather. we had someone else give an…read moreestimate which seemed high considering all we did was send a picture and measurements of the window (it's a very small window). read some reviews and decided to give Glass Guru a shot. the person that came out measured everyone and gave us an estimate that is almost $150 less than the first one. we put in half as a deposit. two weeks later, another worker came out, took out the window, put in new glass, and was done in about an hour. I would definitely use Glass Guru again if something like this happens.

Everything in this store is top notch, but one of most unique products is the Laudable Linens from France, custom cut to your table's exact measurements. The cloth has a nano-treatment that prevents stains--it really works! I've been left tongue-tied having seen demonstrations in the shop where wine was intentionally spilled and left sitting on the cloth for a while, then wiped off completely like it was never there. An elastic edge can also be added to keep your tablecloth in place, which is especially handy for outdoor tables. She was entertaining, friendly and very informative. The stories I liked best were about the ways the business helps support local artists, while still making a profit. For this reason I'll definitely be back. I'm not sure how much a picture frame should cost, but they look like they're very expensive ($200) compared to the price of the art work I own. They had some premade up small frames for around $50, but they may not be the size, shape and style to fit my pictures. Worth checking out. I'll definitely get them to quote for some work, but it's the artists work that will really pull me back
