I have bought my rings from Eric's Diamonds for years and then when the new owners took over…read moreeverything went downhill. The band on my anniversary ring broke and so I took it in to be fixed. The woman that waited on me said that it would take 2 weeks. But I wasn't going to get it back until July when they reopen again after a 1-week break. So, on July 10th I went to pick up my ring. The girl that waited on me gave me my ring and I put it on. But it didn't fit. I told her that it fit before it was fixed and I asked what happened? I told her that the day I dropped if off I asked the woman who took my ring about sizing my figure to make sure she had the right size and she told me that no need to because she would just pinch it and tap back together. I couldn't even get the ring over my knuckle. So, I asked what it cost to get the ring sized and she said $221.00. I asked does that include the $75 for fixing the ring and she said no. I told her I wasn't going to pay for that and that it was their mistake that they didn't size my ring to make sure it was put back to the right size. I will never shop there again. The anniversary ring was given to me by my husband after 35 years of marriage. Now I can't even wear because Eric's Diamonds ruined it.

Oh Laskers, how I love thee!…read more Hubby has been getting his nice watches here since before I knew him 10 years ago and was the obvious place to get my engagement ring. We met with Nicole to look at diamonds, shapes, settings, etc. it was a really fun experience and I knew that since she met me and heard what I was looking for that I would love whatever hubby proposed with. A few months later he proposed with a beautiful ring! We then went back in to pick out my two and his one wedding band. I also fell in love with a diamond necklace he ended up getting me for my wedding day gift. We got both of our mothers a set of jewelry that matched their personalities here. The customer service is divine. Now, 5 years later, we actually upgraded my ring and designed a new one. We kept my engagement setting and Nicole was able to put a pink stone in it and I now wear it on my right hand which I love! I just referred my brother who is proposing this holiday season to use them since we've had such an amazing experience. This will always be our go to jeweler. They can customize anything, are wonderful to work with, and good at helping hubbies with gift ideas :) Thanks Laskers for all the nice jewelry I own!!
