I declined this offer and went back to the jeweler that did the appraisal and he stood by his appraisal that it was a genuine diamond and took it on consignment for thousands of $$ not a couple hundred $$. Good thing I didn't fall for the scam. Just want to make people aware that you might want to be leary about selling used jewelry at this store.
